It's just disgusting. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. First and foremost, I witnessed a staff member handling food—specifically tomatoes and lettuce—with bare hands and no gloves. This is an unacceptable breach of basic hygiene, especially in a high-traffic location like an airport. The drink I ordered was incorrect—not once, but twice. When they finally got the right one, it was completely flat. Upon returning it, I was told there was "no gas" available for the beverages. There were no signs or notifications to inform customers, and a long line continued to build up, unaware of the issue. This level of service and lack of hygiene is not only unacceptable but also potentially hazardous to health. For an establishment operating in an airport—where food safety should be paramount—this is simply inexcusable. I have recorded the incident and will be reporting it to the appropriate health and safety authorities. Honestly, this restaurant has no place operating in such a critical location.

Literally saw 3 mice eating the garbage on the ground. When I said something to the employees they seemed to have already known. There was trash everywhere despite 3 workers in the kitchen and no customers. The food was soggy and disappointing.

I really felt like eating kebab yesterday, so I thought I'd run for a bit and see what I could find as I was waiting for my train... The fresh homemade bread attracted me! , staff friendly, when I saw the fresh homemade baklava, I was amazed! About the amount of work that is being done here! That deserves respect! Conclusion, all in all it was a delicious kebab and better than what I expected! Critically, it wasn't one of the best I've eaten.... But it wasn't bad!🤣. I thought the price was a bit much for the small roll, but I was still full! I thought the bread wasn't baked properly yet so he hurried so that I could get my train. This next morning I thought to myself, why not have a kebab before work for once? When I ran to the kebab, I was curious how well it was rated....when I read the reviews I first had to check whether I had googled the right kebab..🤣🤣🤣. So I went next door to the other kebab next door which had a much better rating! ...... Honestly... This kebab deserves much more than 4 stars 🤣🤣🤣🫣 I would almost say these comments are unfairly damaging to your reputation! No, I wasn't in the toilet.... I don't think it's wrong that they might charge €1 there, if people just run to the toilet without ordering I would have to take action too! Better criticize the toilet costs at the train station! 🤣🤣🤣

Absurd. Bought a large “Caesar / Chicken” baguette. Packed without asking (and without napkins!) in a paper bag, which immediately became greasy. I sat down at the table. Access to it was open. So far so well… Lady came and asked me to leave. I got it “To Go”. It wouldn't work like that. Lady was the type of institution manager with a migrant background. Hard to understand. When unfolded, the baguette was only 1/5 covered with something that hung out dominantly and suggested that the entire baguette was covered like that. The first fifth was soggy and had nothing to do with “Caesar” (the well-known salad). The chicken should have been thrown away, but I was just hungry. The other four fifths were dry baguette. Dull because it's almost unsalted. I'm not upset about the price (almost €10!), I saw it before. But the hunger... Welcome to Germany🙈

My girlfriend spent 200 euros on my birthday to give me a fun evening. We couldn't go because of an emergency and I let them know. I didn't expect the full amount but nothing zero nada I didn't expect. Not even the slightest understanding... so leave it and spend your money on kebab rather than at this service desert. NEVER AGAIN EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered for delivery...delivery time over 1 hour. Ordered chicken breast fillet according to the menu, the dish was delivered with chicken legs, which consisted mostly of skin and bones. That doesn't work at all. In addition, it didn't taste good and was very greasy. Never again. Doesn't even deserve a star!
