Doesn't take coupons Edit: On the second attempt, the coupon was accepted by a colleague. That's why 4 stars. The colleague (who is usually there) should be a little more polite. Firstly, the wrong burger was served and the question was answered with a shrug of the shoulders. Some of the food was cold and the coffee tasted musty, as if there was mold in the machine. Last but not least, a rat ran through the restaurant towards the kitchen. When I pointed this out to the employee, she just grinned as if she already knew. Food inspection urgently needs to take a look here. We will steer clear of Burger King in the future.

Food poisoning alert! My partner and I ordered 2 burgers and 2 cheese chili fries. When the food arrived, we noticed the bun was extremely hard at the inside which is supposed to be roasted. Both the burger and the fries were not served hot (they were at room temperature). Because we were very hungry, we just ate the food. Then roughly 2 hours later, we both started feeling very uncomfortable stomach ache and nausea. It kept getting worse. We both threw up multiple times. The pain didn't go away after throwing up. Sleeping was quite difficult as well. This was the worst case of food poisoning we have experienced.

But the worst is definitely the service, if you speak German you can hear them arguing about stuff and if you don’t speak German don’t even bother asking something because you won’t get a real answer. If You decide to eat in fast food restaurant like BK, You probably know what to expect (fast order, no surprise in terms of flavour and repeatable quality). Here it was quite different... At first: even though there were not many clients, I was waiting quite long to get my order (for just 1 burger). Way too long assuming that this is fast food restaurant. Eventually it could turn out to be fine as prolonged waiting means that order is freshly prepared. Not this time! My burger was not even lukewarm, rather cold. Any positives? I am trying to find one so: it was quite clean place. Long story short: avoid this place.

9:20 p.m., There is almost no choice left. The staff is not competent (a guy in the kitchen rushing) and 2 people at the checkout including a girl who has time to twiddle her thumbs because she is waiting for the guy in the kitchen to finish. With a little skill you can easily see that there is a problem and that it is the kitchen that will need more labor. We should really think about investing in a good manager to get back on track. Finally something found... tapped... no further step to order possible. Go to the checkout with a bonus coupon (0.4L milkshake)... Employee, who unfortunately looked as if he had just come out of a garbage can, scans, looks, ... looks at me... speaks a language that I didn't understand, turns to his colleague. She comes to the checkout, asks if I speak English... to which, strangely enough, I answer GERMAN would also work... maybe I thought she could do it too... She told me that she only had SMALL CUPS... Even for BK this is underground. The reviews should have put me off; There are enough alternatives at the airport train station. The self-service terminal works completely poorly, like a demo version. The shop is dirty. Half of the coupons are not available and the other half are then not redeemable. The drinks machine is broken. It takes ages. The staff has no plan for anything. Close the store and give it to a smart franchisee. But it tasted pretty good.

By far the worst Burger King I have ever visited. The staff doesn't speak German, the selection of drinks is limited with a Cola Zero and a Fanta, the touchscreen on the ordering terminal and the drinks machine doesn't work and I only received my food after 15 minutes even though it had been on display for 10 minutes but the waitress had to have a coffee first and then leisurely packed the order for the customer after me. What a bad service! The food tastes like any other Burger King. I won't eat here anymore!

Complete disappointment - never again! We recently ordered from Burger King and it was by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had. 1. Whopper Jr.: The burger tasted like the meat was days old. Incredibly disgusting! 2. Service: We were initially only given 4 burgers, even though we clearly paid for 5 on the receipt. Only after a heated conversation with the staff did we receive the missing burger. 3. Toilet: The toilet was out of order. In a restaurant of this chain you should be able to expect that basic hygiene requirements are met! 4. Premium Burger: The so-called “Premium” burger was also terribly bad. Absolutely not what you would expect for a higher price.

Stay away from here. The employee we met was very arrogant and seemed aggressive. I asked to pay with cash, but got a very arrogant answer that I had to pay with card and use the screen for my order. When I got my order, which I wanted to eat in the restaurant I just got a cold "Tschüss" (goodbye), what a nice tone to have before customers! My mate had a worse experience. He saw an arguement between two employees (including the arrogant one) in the kitchen. He had trouble with the screen menu and asked the arrogant employee for help to order a large soda, she snared at the poor guy and I felt I almost had to step. He accidentally made a double order because the machine had a malfunction, but the order couldn't be changed, the arrogant employee told him. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone, especially because the employee we met is extremely unpleasant and scary. The arguement didn't contribute to our experience either. I would recommend burger king to take this place under the loop and perhaps make some changes to the staff.

Came here with low expectations, but have to say the Gourmet King I ordered was delicious. Tasty meat, fresh ingredients, great presentation. Fries are below average. A pity, cause they used to be so much better than McDonalds. Not anymore. The staff was friendly. However they need to keep the place in better shape, the area to return trays was overflowing with trash, despite only few customers and plenty of staff being around.

No Bk App coupons can be redeemed here! The toilets are equipped with code locks. The code can be found on receipts at the bottom. ...but only works for women, NOT for men. The employees know it, but do it deliberately. The code is on the receipt but the employees point out that it is defective. Many customers buy special products to use the toilet. The employees also seem too relaxed. When “friends” come, they just go to the chip station and take something. The shift manager also packs something into a burger box and sits down with his friends. And all of this in front of the customers. Despite the many negative reviews, the store still seems to be running. Let's see how much longer.

To the employees of the reception (February 16th), if you don't feel like talking to people then find another job! I haven't seen something so unfriendly and incompetent in a long time. As others have already written here, colleagues are addressed several times in an unfriendly tone regarding the order during completion. To the management, change the staff or train your people better. Three orders went out before me where the order was taken incorrectly...

Previous reviews are on point. Place is dirty, the staff is just rude, and it's probably the worst burger king I've been to. Self-service Kiosks were not working. Staff coughed into my food while handing it to me, onion rings were more like dough rings. Save yourself the nightmare, have a Starbucks muffin (right across), and just imagine it as a burger, it tastes much better .

Worst burger king joint I've ever been to in my life! Onion rings were soggy and burnt and literally non-existent because they tasted like stale flour. Asked for sauce to go with fries and nuggets but was only given 1 and told I had to pay extra for the other. When I saw another customer's order had 3 types of sauce for $0.00. But what tops it off is the hygiene of this place and the rude obnoxious service from staff. Especially the Indian staff (sorry but I had to describe colour as I don't know her name) ... she was coughing all over the place and over people's food order!!! How disgusting?! You could have the decency to close your mouth or turn away. She looked like she hated life and work as well. Why work here then? And we saw another staff member wore the same glove for throwing rubbish and touching bin and preparing food order. That's downright appalling! People can get food poisoning from the hygiene of staff at this joint. AVOID IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Today 13th jan 2024 (6 pm - 7 pm) i ordered one Beef menu with pommos drink and a ketchup dip. I was really hungry as I was coming from a long journey and I had a few bucks more than what the total menu cost (12.79). I payed the amount on the automatic ordering screen and it showed me one order number but I didn't received any receipt. As I was so hungry and I can't pay more i informed that I didn't received the receipt in the counter and she replied it's fine and they received the order. After few minutes of waiting i approved them for the food and then their response was really painful, they especially a guy from the kitchen was behaved like throwing a harassment towards me.. as like I didnt ordered, he showed me the orders on the desk and joking like I didn't ordered anything.. Its not about money or anything, sometimes if you have done any mistake have the guts to accept. And if someone who payed the amount, was really hungry and had a good thought about the brand burger king, and then if everything goes wrong with a kind of insulting and not giving value to the money that has paid, it's not good... It's not right... As my bank statements are bit slower to get updated i was not able to show and get back my money, if someone having the same experience please be kind to others if possible.

Ein Desaster auf voller Linie. Es ist nicht so, dass ich jetzt kulinarisch höchste Ansprüche an einen Burger King hätte.. aber 20 Minuten auf einen Cheeseburger , eine Pommes und ne Cola gewartet. Der Cheeseburger kam ohne Cheese, Self-Service Getränkestation war eine defekte die andere konnte nur eine Hand voll Getränke machen und die Mitarbeitenden haben jetzt auch nicht den Anschein gemacht, als müssten sie sich beeilen. Schade.

Es ist leider extrem dreckig, meine Jacke klebte am Tresen fest, ich habe auch niemanden gesehen der sauber gemacht hat oder die Tische gewischt hat. Man steht sehr lange an, die Selbstbedienung skioske funktionieren nicht.

Vermutlich habe ich noch nie einen solch schmutzigen Burgerladen gesehen. Es ist absolut ekelerregend, wie Tische und Boden kleben, überall Müll, Salat und Pommes rumliegen und obendrauf ein muffiger Geruch in der Luft liegt. Schwer vorzustellen, dass es in der Küche besser aussehen soll.

Dreckig, Pommes liegen auf dem Boden, Mitarbeiter pöbeln sich gegenseitig auf niveauloseste Art und Weise an. Sowas hab ich vorher nur auf Instagram oder YouTube gesehen. Vallah und schwör von der Schichtleitung in unterdrückender Art und Weise zu einer Mitarbeitenden. Da weiß man ganz genau was abgeht👍🏻 Da die Küche bereits zu war und mir versucht wurde einen alten Burger anzudrehen bin ich wieder gegangen. Nicht zu empfehlen

I really have to share this so everyone can avoid this scam. This was truly an eye-opening experience. Before my departure, I decided to grab a meal at Burger King in Frankfurt Airport. I ordered a combo meal: a double burger, a portion of chicken wings, fries, and a bottle of water. The price displayed was 27 EUR. I tried paying with my card twice, but both transactions failed because their machine was broken. They then asked if I had cash in euros, and I said no. They told me that I could also pay in US dollars, which I happened to have. So, I handed over a $100 bill to the cashier. To my surprise, they only gave me 38 EUR in change. After sitting down, I realized something was off—I had just paid $60+ for this meal! That means the exchange rate they used was nearly twice the actual rate. This meal ended up costing me over 400 RMB, which is absurd. I went back to the cashier and then to the manager, but they insisted that they have the right to set their own exchange rate. What the hell?! This is blatant daylight robbery. If they had openly listed the meal price as 400+ RMB, I wouldn’t even be this angry. But forcing people to pay twice the actual price just because they don’t have euro cash? That’s insane! I’ve already sent complaint emails to the airport and the German Consumer Protection Agency, though I don’t know if it will help. Either way, I’m sharing this so that everyone can be warned: At the airport, always pay with euros or use your credit card. Never pay in USD cash, or you might get scammed like this!

Taste wasn't too bad. There was a euro coin in the durum, which says a lot about the hygiene of the business. I'll find out tomorrow whether the stomach ache was worth this €1 discount.

Absurd. Bought a large “Caesar / Chicken” baguette. Packed without asking (and without napkins!) in a paper bag, which immediately became greasy. I sat down at the table. Access to it was open. So far so well… Lady came and asked me to leave. I got it “To Go”. It wouldn't work like that. Lady was the type of institution manager with a migrant background. Hard to understand. When unfolded, the baguette was only 1/5 covered with something that hung out dominantly and suggested that the entire baguette was covered like that. The first fifth was soggy and had nothing to do with “Caesar” (the well-known salad). The chicken should have been thrown away, but I was just hungry. The other four fifths were dry baguette. Dull because it's almost unsalted. I'm not upset about the price (almost €10!), I saw it before. But the hunger... Welcome to Germany🙈
