Probably the worst Burger King I know in Germany. Unfortunately! For a location like this, it's a disgrace! It only gets two points because it's relatively clean. Otherwise, the ordering terminals are unresponsive, they don't have paper, they don't accept vouchers, and some of the debit terminals aren't responding. Unfortunately, the wait time is also very long. And the orders are faulty. We've been here for three days and not a single order has been perfect... Save yourselves and run over to one of the terminals!

Absolute mess. Only one of the four terminals even works. When you try to check out there, 50% of the time you get an error message and everything disappears. Then you obviously don't want the money. A real garbage store, don't go there. I'd rather buy 3.50 for 500ml of water than spend a single cent here.

The terminals aren't working. Have they ever worked here? Not for me. I wanted a package of 20 nuggets. Employee: "I only have 9 nuggets left." "Make a special package." Discussion that leads nowhere, also due to a lack of language skills. A manager joins in: "Open new nuggets." Burger King knows why the terminals are essential. Oh yeah: what's the point of this constant apology with the same old phrases? Autogrill, get your processes, technology, and personnel in order.

I've been here regularly for the past three years, morning and evening...not much has changed in that time except for the quality of the products. I was there a few days ago and couldn't believe my eyes...the burgers looked exactly like the pictures, and a huge thank you again to the guy in the kitchen who called out "Here you go!" 😂👍 The food has definitely improved at Burger King. I know the seating here is really worn out, but with the amount of vandalism sometimes, I can ignore it...the food still tastes good. Thanks to all the employees there, you're always nice and friendly ❤️

After ordering, I had to wait 25 minutes, which meant I was able to witness how things just weren't meant to be. It was almost physically painful. The employees had no idea what to do. They argued, prepared the wrong food, threw it away, and took the same route several times for nothing. Finished burgers weren't delivered (better to discuss it), while others were returned by customers. My burger was carried back and forth by three employees! And of course, it was cold when it was finally delivered. If there were stars for a lesson in inefficiency, this would be 5 stars...

I ordered a meal here for around €25 via the touchscreen. Unfortunately, the item was out of stock – but no one told me this beforehand. Instead, I was simply given something else, without any prior consultation. When I asked, the blonde employee with a flower hair clip simply said I had already paid and should take it as it was. If I wanted something else, I should reorder and pay. That's not good service. As a customer, you should be informed when a product is out of stock, not simply given something else without asking. Very disappointing.

We didn't get everything we wanted for two different orders each...seems to have a system...you could only pay at the ordering terminals if you were taking the food with you...otherwise, you had to scan a barcode (but which one?). The staff was extremely unfriendly...and the food was only lukewarm. The tables were dirty, though...I'd like to post something positive...but unfortunately, I can't find a reason for it.

56 minute wait. People freaking out it was taking so long but nothing being communicated by management. While I understand it was busy and often will be at airports, the managers handled it extremely poorly and did not even jump in to help their staff prepare food. They should institute a wait timer so people get a sense of how long it will be as I took to warning people as many had to leave for their flights before their food was even close to ready. The workers were honestly moving in slow motion as well. Avoid at all costs!

We arrived about 15-20 minutes before closing time. The fact that the cashless counters aren't operating isn't really a problem, but it does mean you have to wait longer in line to order. We stood in line for 15 minutes, and when it was our turn, we were told that nothing was available. The employees could have announced beforehand that nothing would be available after 10 p.m. When we told them we'd been waiting 15 minutes, their completely rude response was, "It doesn't matter that you had to wait. If there's nothing left, then there's nothing left." It was only 10:02 p.m. So, waiting 15 minutes to get nothing at all. A rip-off.

Avoid this store. I waited over 40 minutes for my order and there was no warning or signage about the long wait before ordering. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and tasteless. Total mismanagement across the board: chaotic staff, cold food, very long wait, and zero regard for customer experience. I genuinely hope Burger King management see this review and take appropriate action (date of visit July 23, time around 1pm). Until that happens, I strongly suggest avoiding this location if you value your time and money.

Please fire the team that was working on the 7th of July at 13 o’clock. I have never seen that in my ENTIRE life. First they are SO SLOW LIKE WAW HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE ITS AN AIRPORT PEOPLE ARE STRESSED. Secondly they litterally make a mistake in EACH ORDER. From the moment i made my order to the moment i got my order (my full order because they forgot a burger) 45 minutes passed. Please never go there they dont deserve any customers AND PLEASE FIRE THEM LIKE OH MY GOD HOW DO YOU STILL HAVE YOUR JOB. A small bonus is that they are very rude and unpolite. Pure rip-off – extremely rude and disrespectful employee! Burger King at Frankfurt Airport (Terminal 1, operated by Autogrill) is a disgrace. The official Burger King app listed the Whopper for €2.49 and the Long Chicken for €3.49. At the checkout, however, they charged €4.99 for the Whopper and €6.79 for the Long Chicken – more than double! When we politely addressed the employee, he immediately reacted rudely, condescendingly, and extremely unprofessionally. His verbatim comment: "You're not getting any money back from me." No attempt to explain the situation, no understanding, just a dismissive, condescending attitude. I asked to speak to a supervisor. This, too, was arrogantly refused with the statement, "He's not here." He wouldn't give out a phone number, and he also refused to call anyone himself. Instead of offering help, the employee was simply rude, loud, and completely disrespectful. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially not at an international airport. This branch is a complete rip-off and is damaging Burger King's reputation. I strongly advise everyone not to buy anything there. Customer service = 0.

I was waiting for 30 minutes for my food and during that time dozens of ordered and paid for meals have not been prepared and served. The worst Burger King I've ever experienced. Drinks in the summer are served warm. No ice unless requested. No carbonation, so it tastes stale. Despite complaining. We then got the drinks from Rossmann. The burgers were dry and cold, which meant the meat was already grilled and had been sitting there for a while. Even though it was hardly busy, the service was poor. The shelves for trays were all full.

The Burger King branch looks pretty clean (I didn't use the restroom), but there were hardly any customers. Maybe it's the food, which I really didn't like. Starting with the drink, it's 24 degrees outside, so I'd normally expect ice cubes in my drink, but instead I got a lukewarm Fanta... The fries were salty, but somehow I had all the salt on my fingers. The fries didn't taste salty at all... The man who made the burgers must have had a bit of a cold and was constantly snotting up his nose. He was only wearing a glove while preparing them. He touched the lettuce and the patties with his bare fingers, and with the hand where he had the glove, he used the sauce tube 👍 Somehow, everything didn't taste as Burger King-like as I'm used to...

It's just disgusting. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. First and foremost, I witnessed a staff member handling food—specifically tomatoes and lettuce—with bare hands and no gloves. This is an unacceptable breach of basic hygiene, especially in a high-traffic location like an airport. The drink I ordered was incorrect—not once, but twice. When they finally got the right one, it was completely flat. Upon returning it, I was told there was "no gas" available for the beverages. There were no signs or notifications to inform customers, and a long line continued to build up, unaware of the issue. This level of service and lack of hygiene is not only unacceptable but also potentially hazardous to health. For an establishment operating in an airport—where food safety should be paramount—this is simply inexcusable. I have recorded the incident and will be reporting it to the appropriate health and safety authorities. Honestly, this restaurant has no place operating in such a critical location. The reply from the owners is useless, and they will do nothing. Please file a complaint with the airport authorities if you witness what I did.

You really want to kid me!!! Yes, I love dips, so I ordered nine. If I hadn't accidentally looked in my bag when I received my order, I wouldn't have noticed until I got to the hotel that there were only three dips in the bag. I immediately informed the relevant employee, who was training a new employee, that some of the dressings were not included and she informed me that most of them were out of stock. Just as I expressed it to your employee, I would like to repeat myself here: I EXPECT that I will be informed without leaving Burger King and without appropriate compensation! They couldn't refund me the money, so I decided to make a different selection that I didn't want. When I arrived at the hotel I discovered that my extra patty was missing. REALLY NOW???!!! Are you kidding me?

The toilet, however, is not very clean and out of 4 toilet paper rolls, none of them are in the wall holder provided. The food is good, but it felt like half of it wasn't available anymore, maybe. Doesn't take coupons Edit: On the second attempt, the coupon was accepted by a colleague. That's why 4 stars. The colleague (who is usually there) should be a little more polite. When I wanted to redeem my coupon, he didn't even really answer me and acted as if he couldn't speak. But he can also talk to his colleagues and he will probably be able to speak German or English.

Firstly, the wrong burger was served and the question was answered with a shrug of the shoulders. Some of the food was cold and the coffee tasted musty, as if there was mold in the machine. Last but not least, a rat ran through the restaurant towards the kitchen. When I pointed this out to the employee, she just grinned as if she already knew. Food inspection urgently needs to take a look here. We will steer clear of Burger King in the future.

Food poisoning alert! My partner and I ordered 2 burgers and 2 cheese chili fries. When the food arrived, we noticed the bun was extremely hard at the inside which is supposed to be roasted. Both the burger and the fries were not served hot (they were at room temperature). Because we were very hungry, we just ate the food. Then roughly 2 hours later, we both started feeling very uncomfortable stomach ache and nausea. It kept getting worse. We both threw up multiple times. The pain didn't go away after throwing up. Sleeping was quite difficult as well. This was the worst case of food poisoning we have experienced.

I was very unpleasantly impressed. We waited for 40 minutes. One patty was missing from the burger. Waiting for another 20 minutes to prepare a new one. Such timing is clearly not for the airport ( The taste is worse than in other establishments.

You would want to think that Burger King should be consistent at every store but the food here wasn’t good. But the worst is definitely the service, if you speak German you can hear them arguing about stuff and if you don’t speak German don’t even bother asking something because you won’t get a real answer. And also coupons don’t work here which is a shame

Shortly before our flight, we decided to have something to eat at BK again. Very bad decision! Far too long waiting times. The employees didn't know how the menus should be put together. We were hardly understood. Some of the food was cold and didn't taste good. We wanted to evaluate on site, based on the coupon. Unfortunately this didn't work either. Never again! We'd rather not eat anything.

1.No coupons will be accepted. 2. Burger loveless and half cold. 3. 2 out of 4 terminals out of order. 4. The service was unfriendly and had never heard of a smile. All in all, simply not recommended. BurgerKing should take away the license or franchise from Autogrill. Sure, because it's only accepted in participating restaurants, but I find the store more than terrible.

There were several mice running around the restaurant this evening. The employees weren't particularly interested! A guest complained about this and the supposed shift manager got upset! He became very rude. Completely unacceptable behavior from the staff. Management must urgently intervene here! The responsible health authority should urgently take a look at this branch and take action!

I can't believe why you guys doing like this. I had a conversation with the manager and he said they have the right to decide how customers should pay. Then how you respect customers? This is an airport branch may be everyone don't have the solid money with them. Also the coupon barcode scanners are not working with Automat machine. If You decide to eat in fast food restaurant like BK, You probably know what to expect (fast order, no surprise in terms of flavour and repeatable quality). Here it was quite different... At first: even though there were not many clients, I was waiting quite long to get my order (for just 1 burger). Way too long assuming that this is fast food restaurant. Eventually it could turn out to be fine as prolonged waiting means that order is freshly prepared. Not this time! My burger was not even lukewarm, rather cold. Any positives? I am trying to find one so: it was quite clean place. Long story short: avoid this place.

Dear Mr. Burger King, I know I'm not worthy, but I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being served by a lady who brightened my day with her rudeness and lack of interest. I apologize for asking if this Burger King participates in the coupon program. I should have known that this wasn't the case. How did I even think that? Thank you for giving me my food at particularly expensive airport prices. I know I'm not really worthy, but for a lot of money even the king turns a blind eye. I promise to improve, and in the future, when faced with such rudeness, I will phrase my obsequious order much more politely. Thank you for taking my money; I know I'm not worthy. I humbly apologize for my visit. Thank you.

Absurd. Bought a large Caesar/Chicken baguette. Without asking (and without napkins!), it was packed into a paper bag that immediately became greasy. I sat down at the table. The access to it was open. So far, so-so... A lady came and asked me to leave. I got it "to go." This wouldn't work. The lady was the type of prison warden with a migrant background. Hardly understandable. The baguette, unfolded, was only 1/5 full, with something dangling prominently, suggesting that the entire baguette was filled with it. The first fifth was soggy and had nothing to do with "Caesar" (the well-known salad). The chicken should have been thrown away, but I was hungry. The other four-fifths were dry baguette. Bland, since it was almost unsalted. I'm not bothered by the price (almost €10!), I saw it beforehand. But I'm hungry... Welcome to Germany🙈

Don't order the chicken burger under any circumstances. It's a dry piece of chicken with salad and a weird sauce. Very bad.
