Order terminals broken, staff understaffed, long waiting times ☹️

Even for BK this is underground. The reviews should have put me off; There are enough alternatives at the airport train station. The self-service terminal works completely poorly, like a demo version. The shop is dirty. Half of the coupons are not available and the other half are then not redeemable. The drinks machine is broken. It takes ages. The staff has no plan for anything. Close the store and give it to a smart franchisee. But it tasted pretty good.

By far the worst Burger King I have ever visited. The staff doesn't speak German, the selection of drinks is limited with a Cola Zero and a Fanta, the touchscreen on the ordering terminal and the drinks machine doesn't work and I only received my food after 15 minutes even though it had been on display for 10 minutes but the waitress had to have a coffee first and then leisurely packed the order for the customer after me. What a bad service! The food tastes like any other Burger King. I won't eat here anymore!

Complete disappointment - never again! We recently ordered from Burger King and it was by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had. 1. Whopper Jr.: The burger tasted like the meat was days old. Incredibly disgusting! 2. Service: We were initially only given 4 burgers, even though we clearly paid for 5 on the receipt. Only after a heated conversation with the staff did we receive the missing burger. 3. Toilet: The toilet was out of order. In a restaurant of this chain you should be able to expect that basic hygiene requirements are met! 4. Premium Burger: The so-called “Premium” burger was also terribly bad. Absolutely not what you would expect for a higher price.

Stay away from here. The employee we met was very arrogant and seemed aggressive. I asked to pay with cash, but got a very arrogant answer that I had to pay with card and use the screen for my order. When I got my order, which I wanted to eat in the restaurant I just got a cold "Tschüss" (goodbye), what a nice tone to have before customers! My mate had a worse experience. He saw an arguement between two employees (including the arrogant one) in the kitchen. He had trouble with the screen menu and asked the arrogant employee for help to order a large soda, she snared at the poor guy and I felt I almost had to step. He accidentally made a double order because the machine had a malfunction, but the order couldn't be changed, the arrogant employee told him. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone, especially because the employee we met is extremely unpleasant and scary. The arguement didn't contribute to our experience either. I would recommend burger king to take this place under the loop and perhaps make some changes to the staff.

I came here to grab a quick bite to eat before my flight. On Google maps it said it was open, but when I wanted to go in the employees said it was closed. And then on the way to the plane I saw the employees eating inside, then I went in and they still said it was closed.

The internet says until 10 p.m. We were standing in front of closed doors at 8:30 p.m. Did people no longer feel like it?

I'm wondering why the "crown" point system was introduced, when I wanted to redeem the points the answer was "you can't redeem the crowns here", I heard the same thing in Burger King at Cologne Central Station!! so I definitely won't do anything anymore order from you. A solid Burger King, the food was very fresh and the staff was friendly. What is strongly criticized, however, is that the ordering terminals are very slow and it is really a challenge to order there; they need to be replaced.

my girlfriend got very very sick and got food poisoning from this restaurant, do not go here. the service is terrible and the food is even worse. zero stars. if I could sue I would.

I ordered a double Whopper, a Whopper and a cheeseburger to go from Burger King at the airport level 2. Unfortunately the Whopper was missing from my order. Came here with low expectations, but have to say the Gourmet King I ordered was delicious. Tasty meat, fresh ingredients, great presentation. Fries are below average. A pity, cause they used to be so much better than McDonalds. Not anymore. The staff was friendly. However they need to keep the place in better shape, the area to return trays was overflowing with trash, despite only few customers and plenty of staff being around.

Bizarre opening hours for a train station/airport location; rude and unfriendly staff; and on the day I was there only one card payment machine was operational meaning you either pay cash or queue. Update: gave it another try and can confirm the 1* is fully justified. Half the products are sold out, the staff is unmotivated and the service is poor.

Disgusting, unfortunately there is no minus rating! Although there were hardly any customers and there were enough staff chatting behind the counter, the shop was completely filthy. There was almost no selection at the drinks machine. Items that could be ordered at the counter were out of stock and supposedly you cannot cancel the purchase.

All I can say is a warm welcome to the future Germany. Catastrophic describes it best

Extremly bad! Long waiting time more than 20 minutes after placing the order, no veggie options available, incompetent employees, received the wrong order, individual products from the order were missing and a long discussion followed despite a clear receipt. I'm sorry, but this is an outrage, especially at a travel hub.

The service is bad and the person at the checkout counter doesn't even take orders. I'm waiting, but the food lasts forever.

After all the negative recessions, I was pleasantly surprised. The order was carried out quickly, the staff was friendly and, above all, the food tasted very good, at least better than the last few times in other BK branches. The highlight is the drinks machine, where you can choose from several dozen different drinks, especially creations that are not otherwise available (e.g. Cola-Zero lime or raspberry or caffeine).

Employees were amazing and very helpful. We had no time and ordered something we didn’t want. The manager and other workers was so helpful. I want to thank them one more time for the great work and support!!

The only place where you can eat and have a charging point in the airport without big budget

Just walked past the closed Burger King shortly before 7 a.m. and the only thing you see running around inside are mice. It would probably be better if the shop remained closed

Worst service I have ever experienced at Burger King. The ordering panels weren't operable and it took 18 MINUTES to place eight orders at the counter in front of me, so I ran out of time to order myself and had to get on the train without my damn cheeseburger. In any case, it would be cool if the colleague with the hippie hair and the wooden necklace would chat less with her colleagues and do a bit of stretching...

I got a meat patty from the Plant Based Burger in plant-based packaging - I think it's nice that you can see that at Burger King now, you can taste it too (as a Flexi I didn't care about the garbage, so I ate the garbage) . Plant-based cartilage would be new to me. The funniest thing is: my other burger had the flower patty on it. For everyone else: stay away. For the offices: take a closer look.

The fact that even a 1.6 star rating doesn't make the branch management change their mind speaks volumes. Above all, I was shocked by the incredible unfriendliness of the staff. The food quality is at the lower end of tolerable, even by Burger King standards.

Cash register was not occupied. After a gentleman said to his colleague “take a cash register” she said “no I won’t do it” x I said I won’t do it” she reluctantly took over the cash register. This woman was extremely rude. I can't rate the food because I decided not to eat there after the unfriendliness. So service 0 stars. Actually -3

No coupons redeemable and bad times

Order terminals constantly out of order. Why is it still not possible to order via the BK app in 2024? The competition with the golden M has been able to do this for years.

The shop was already closed at 8 p.m.! Very bad opening times.

Once again no coupon acceptance, that was enough for me. I have no idea why BK even has the vouchers if you can never redeem them anyway. No Bk App coupons can be redeemed here! The toilets are equipped with code locks. The code can be found on receipts at the bottom. ...but only works for women, NOT for men. The employees know it, but do it deliberately. The code is on the receipt but the employees point out that it is defective. Many customers buy special products to use the toilet. The employees also seem too relaxed. When “friends” come, they just go to the chip station and take something. The shift manager also packs something into a burger box and sits down with his friends. And all of this in front of the customers. Despite the many negative reviews, the store still seems to be running. Let's see how much longer.

To the employees of the reception (February 16th), if you don't feel like talking to people then find another job! I haven't seen something so unfriendly and incompetent in a long time. As others have already written here, colleagues are addressed several times in an unfriendly tone regarding the order during completion. To the management, change the staff or train your people better. Three orders went out before me where the order was taken incorrectly...

Previous reviews are on point. Place is dirty, the staff is just rude, and it's probably the worst burger king I've been to. Self-service Kiosks were not working. Staff coughed into my food while handing it to me, onion rings were more like dough rings. Save yourself the nightmare, have a Starbucks muffin (right across), and just imagine it as a burger, it tastes much better .

Worst burger king joint I've ever been to in my life! Onion rings were soggy and burnt and literally non-existent because they tasted like stale flour. Asked for sauce to go with fries and nuggets but was only given 1 and told I had to pay extra for the other. When I saw another customer's order had 3 types of sauce for $0.00. But what tops it off is the hygiene of this place and the rude obnoxious service from staff. Especially the Indian staff (sorry but I had to describe colour as I don't know her name) ... she was coughing all over the place and over people's food order!!! How disgusting?! You could have the decency to close your mouth or turn away. She looked like she hated life and work as well. Why work here then? And we saw another staff member wore the same glove for throwing rubbish and touching bin and preparing food order. That's downright appalling! People can get food poisoning from the hygiene of staff at this joint. AVOID IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Vermutlich schlechtester BK der Welt

Today 13th jan 2024 (6 pm - 7 pm) i ordered one Beef menu with pommos drink and a ketchup dip. I was really hungry as I was coming from a long journey and I had a few bucks more than what the total menu cost (12.79). I payed the amount on the automatic ordering screen and it showed me one order number but I didn't received any receipt. As I was so hungry and I can't pay more i informed that I didn't received the receipt in the counter and she replied it's fine and they received the order. After few minutes of waiting i approved them for the food and then their response was really painful, they especially a guy from the kitchen was behaved like throwing a harassment towards me.. as like I didnt ordered, he showed me the orders on the desk and joking like I didn't ordered anything.. Its not about money or anything, sometimes if you have done any mistake have the guts to accept. And if someone who payed the amount, was really hungry and had a good thought about the brand burger king, and then if everything goes wrong with a kind of insulting and not giving value to the money that has paid, it's not good... It's not right... As my bank statements are bit slower to get updated i was not able to show and get back my money, if someone having the same experience please be kind to others if possible.

Langsam, unfreundlich, essen kalt.

Ein Desaster auf voller Linie. Es ist nicht so, dass ich jetzt kulinarisch höchste Ansprüche an einen Burger King hätte.. aber 20 Minuten auf einen Cheeseburger , eine Pommes und ne Cola gewartet. Der Cheeseburger kam ohne Cheese, Self-Service Getränkestation war eine defekte die andere konnte nur eine Hand voll Getränke machen und die Mitarbeitenden haben jetzt auch nicht den Anschein gemacht, als müssten sie sich beeilen. Schade.

Es ist leider extrem dreckig, meine Jacke klebte am Tresen fest, ich habe auch niemanden gesehen der sauber gemacht hat oder die Tische gewischt hat. Man steht sehr lange an, die Selbstbedienung skioske funktionieren nicht.

Vermutlich habe ich noch nie einen solch schmutzigen Burgerladen gesehen. Es ist absolut ekelerregend, wie Tische und Boden kleben, überall Müll, Salat und Pommes rumliegen und obendrauf ein muffiger Geruch in der Luft liegt. Schwer vorzustellen, dass es in der Küche besser aussehen soll.

Ja, es ist sicher nicht der beste BK aber ich hab schon schlimmere gesehen. Essen arttypisch. Toilettennutzung nur mit Code nach Bestellung. Keine Couponannahme. Bedienung in Ordnung. Habe meine Bestellung zeitnah, vollständig und in erwarteter Qualität erhalten.

Dreckig, Pommes liegen auf dem Boden, Mitarbeiter pöbeln sich gegenseitig auf niveauloseste Art und Weise an. Sowas hab ich vorher nur auf Instagram oder YouTube gesehen. Vallah und schwör von der Schichtleitung in unterdrückender Art und Weise zu einer Mitarbeitenden. Da weiß man ganz genau was abgeht👍🏻 Da die Küche bereits zu war und mir versucht wurde einen alten Burger anzudrehen bin ich wieder gegangen. Nicht zu empfehlen

Für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen. Doppel Chili Cheese Burger mit 2 patties a 5g ist ein Witz.

Dass dieser BK bereits um 20 Uhr schließt ist ein Akt der Gnade gegenüber allen, die später kommen und sich so diesen Laden nicht antun müssen. Vorschlag: Sofort dichtmachen und an McD weitergeben (Die haben das bessere Management)

we ordered on the self-service machines to make sure that there were no misunderstandings. I for example ordered a king beef without bacon and without tomato. What do you think happened? I got a king beef with bacon and tomato. Additionally, I ordered chicken nuggets and they weren’t on the plate. When I asked them, what happened to the chicken nuggets, they gave me an attitude. The food itself was really bad too.

Guten Tag. Leider funktionieren die Toiletten hier nicht da wie wir erfahren haben die Türcodes nicht gehen. Schade, dass das bei beiden Toiletten so ist. Zudem ist es sehr schade, dass die Steckdosen die sicherlich zum Laden von Handy Devices und ähnlichem vorgesehen sind nicht eingeschaltet sind. Danke und freundliche Grüße

Coupons werden, genau wie in der letzten Woche immer noch nicht genommen. Gleiches gilt für die PlantBased Nuggets, diese sind auch genau wie letzte Woche ausverkauft. Der Laden ist insgesamt recht dreckig, zwischendrin mal durch gefegt wird nicht. Zum Schluss dann während ich noch meinen Burger esse zwei mal vom Mitarbeiter gefragt worden ob er jetzt endlich mein Tablet haben kann, er bräuchte das jetzt, hab ich bislang auch noch nicht bei Burger King erlebt, schade das der nächste so weit weg ist, der laden hält sich wirklich nur wegen der Lage!

Schlechte Rezensionen stimmen nicht. Ich kann sagen, dass war einer der saubersten Fastfood Restaurant in denen ich je war. Das Essen schmeckt echt gut für ein Fastfood Restaurant vor allem, wenn man hunger hat.

I got what I ordered in a farely quick manner. The staff was also friendly. Not the best fries nor burgers but considering the price, it's OK.

Waren heute da, Okay keine Gutscheine Annahme. Dann sollte aber der Rest stimmen. Service und Wartezeit sind zum kotzen einfach 7 Leute sind da und nur drei arbeiten! Und leider sind alle bestellterminals defekt Die anderen alle stehen sich vorne die Füße wund nicht weil die nichts zutun haben sonder, weil sie einfach nicht inderlage sind die Bestellung zu bearbeiten. Es war aber alles warm.

This location was fast and efficient and the food was good. Not sure why there are other bad reviews, but this is good old American fast food.

As we where denied at the DB Lounge for a long wait we transferred over to the BK lounge and what a difference it was. We never felt so welcoming after the DB Lounge experience. For us the BK is the best lounge at Frankfurt Airport station, period :-)

After placing and paying for the order at the automated order screen, I wasn't given a receipt. I tried to explain it to the staff but she didn't understand English and wasn't friendly in the interaction at all. However, I was able to get my order once the number showed on screen. I got the whopper menu which had 3 options for side . The whopper was a bit bland and the coke tasted odd, but the bun, chilli fries, atmosphere and value for money was good. For people who prefer more flavour, the Harissa burger might be better.

Das darf doch nicht wahr sein?! Bestellt wurde der King’s Champ‘n Cheese und geliefert wurde die very light Version davon. Wir gehen hier gerne mal Mittags Essen, aber BK hat uns hiermit vergrault. Der Manager hat sich tausendmal bei uns entschuldigt und uns mitgeteilt, dass der Burger auch so von der Zentrale gewünscht wird. Nicht einmal Ruccola war darauf!!!!! Liebe BK Zentrale, was soll das??? Könnte sich mal ausnahmsweise kein Bot bei mir melden und mir erklären, warum diese Niederlassung keine Bons akzeptiert und ich bei anderen Standorte den Burger so erhalte, wie auf euren Bildern zu sehen?????

It's a Burger King, what do you expect? Not too busy when I visited, prompt and friendly service. Pointed out that the water had run out and it was replaced within minutes. Clean, ticks the box for a quick bite.

Nach der Rückkehr aus dem Urlaub haben wir hier schnell was gegessen. Die Burger von BK habe ich besser in Erinnerung. Die Polster der Sitzmöbel sind teilweise zerschnitten. Die Kundentoilette wird auch auf Nachfrage nicht geöffnet. Das Personal konzentriert sich darauf, Gäste ohne Bestellung zu vertreiben.

We ordered cheesy Rösti (plant based) and long chicken burgers. I really like veg one. Happy with the food but unfortunately not happy with the service. Located at a major international airport, i expect the staff to speak better English. I doubt if it's the language, but the lady at the counter just seemed rude. Usually at peak timings, we understand they are exhausted, but this wasn't the case here. It's also very expensive here when compared to outside. Only one kiosk was working out of four. The managing lady didn't let us order there and she was rude as well. I wouldn't recommend to go here.

Being located near an international airport, i expected the staff to speak better English.. even if I ignore the language, the lady at the counter just seemed rude. Wasn't very amiable when we had few questions regarding our order. It wasn't even busy time. there were very few customers at the time. There was another managing staff as well who was also rude. Only one kiosk was working, and they wouldn't let anyone use it stating "it's not working", but i saw another customer ordering and receiving the order (the staff missed that).

Llegué del aeropuerto y fuí directo a comer ahí. Llevé escrito en el traductor del celu lo que quería y la chica de la caja me entendió perfecto y sin ningún problema!

Wir sind direkt 8:00 zur Öffnung rein. Zu dieser Zeit ist das gesamte Lokal samt Bestellterminals und Tischen sehr sauber. Das Essen (CC Burger, Pommes) waren frisch zubereitet. Dank der Freestyler kann man sich viele verschiedene Getränke holen soviel man mag. Coupons werden hier auch akzeptiert. Schnelle unkomplizierte Bedieung.

Kommt bei dem Laden sicherlich drauf an, wann man hingeht. Heute bei mir einwandfrei, die Kassiererin war (vermutlich) durch den Stress etwas unfreundlich, aber Essen einwandfrei. Ebenfalls cool, dass man sich hier noch die Getränke selbst abzapfen kann :)
