NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!DISASTER!!!! CORRECT MINUS: Don't waste your money... because if you have an emergency and can't go, they won't even give you a cent. My girlfriend spent 200 euros on my birthday to give me a fun evening. We couldn't go because of an emergency and I let them know. I didn't expect the full amount but nothing zero nada I didn't expect. Not even the slightest understanding... so leave it and spend your money on kebab rather than at this service desert. NEVER AGAIN EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disappointment across the board This show was an absolute disaster! The acting was poor, the food was subpar and overall an unreasonable price for the price of 100 euros per person. The service was also chaotic: the sauce that was supposed to be served with the meal only came after everyone had already finished. The venue was equally disappointing - a cold, bland conference room that offered no atmosphere at all. We are deeply disappointed and can only advise against going here. This experience was definitely not worth the money and time.

Disappointing and not worth the money! The murder mystery dinner was a complete disappointment. The event took place in a bright conference room without any decorations or “crime scene” atmosphere. The story had gaps in logic and the language was difficult to understand, and the acting was mediocre at best. The food was an absolute disgrace: pumpkin soup that only tasted of tomatoes and curry, a small portion as a main course (dry chicken or vegetarian indefinable alternative) and the orange sauce that came with it after the meal. One would have expected much more for the horrendous price. We left after the main course – never again!

Yesterday we were at the Melia Innside for the crime dinner in Frankfurt am Main. After being warmly welcomed, you came to your seats. The service was nice and very quick. Even during breaks you got your drinks within a very short time. About the theater piece itself: There were two women who carried out the event. It was a combination of crime and comedy. Both did very well. About the ambience: Not so nice inside. Real effort was put into designing the space. But in the end it was a conference room with 90 people in it. Possibly smaller location, more comfortable and 40-50 people. Then the price is ok too. The food: Quite okay in itself. Something little. Especially the two mini baguette slices with the soup were a real hit. Price-performance: If the drinks had been included, I would have said that the price was okay at 90 euros per person. So another 60 euros were added on top. A bit overpriced for that. Improvement ideas: 1-2 more actors A little more set design or props Another nicer atmosphere At least a bread basket or something similar so that you are full.

I can only warmly recommend that anyone who reads this review before thinking about booking a crime dinner not to do so. As in our case, for 90 euros per head excluding drinks you get seats in a loveless conference room in a hotel, where you are served bad food. The actors are certainly not to blame; they are ultimately victims of the commercialized concept of the crime dinner. The service was virtually non-existent during the performances, so at least we saved overpriced drinks.

PLEASE NEVER GO AGAIN! Disaster. I haven't had such a disappointment in a long time. The dancers were okay, yes, but definitely not professional. But Carlos, the entertainer, is just bizarre and embarrassing. How can you lose control of yourself like that!

The burlesque dinner was an absolute disaster. The dancers were still ok, but Carlos (the guy who accompanied the whole "show") was terribly bad and a total embarrassment. Bad jokes and embarrassing stories from his life to fill the breaks. Finally, his own “dance” where people left. The location is a meeting room in a hotel, undecorated and with complete lighting. Food not good either. Everyone in the room was embarrassed and we wished we had left earlier.

Provider is not recommended. My booked appointment was canceled with a poorly written standard email a few days in advance due to overbooking. I only received the money back after turning on PayPal buyer protection.

Please note, NO REBOOKING/NO EXCHANGE FOR A VOUCHER!!!!! Status: I have read the terms and conditions and also that it is not possible to return the tickets. But I didn't want to return the tickets or my money. Actually, I (or my parents) wanted to go to a play. Since an operation including rehab unfortunately comes in the way, I kindly asked FIVE MONTHS before the theater date about the possibility of rebooking the tickets to another performance (preferably later, preferably earlier, just not on the existing date). The answer consisted of 99% general terms and conditions text and made it clear that neither rebooking nor vouchers were desired or possible. I was advised to give the cards away or sell them (which is only possible if certain conditions are met, which I was expressly advised of.) Unfortunately, help or even customer friendliness could no longer be hoped for after this email. So I can only recommend buying the tickets on the same day if you are 110% sure that you will be able to go. For us, booking with this company, regardless of the event, is no longer an option.
