NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! CATASTROPHE!!!! REALLY MINUS: Don't waste your money... because if you have an emergency and can't go, they won't even give you a cent. My girlfriend spent €200 on my birthday to give me a fun evening. We couldn't go because of an emergency, and I told them. I didn't expect the full amount, but I didn't expect anything. Not even the slightest understanding... so just leave it and spend your money on kebabs instead of at this desert of service. NEVER AGAIN NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disappointment across the board This show was an absolute disaster! The acting was abysmal, the food was abysmal, and overall, an outrage for the price of €100 per person. The service was also chaotic: The sauce that was supposed to be served with the meal didn't arrive until after everyone had finished. The venue was equally disappointing—a cold, unloved conference room that offered no atmosphere at all. We are deeply disappointed and can only advise against going. This experience was definitely not worth the money or time.

Disappointing and not worth the money! The murder mystery dinner was a complete disappointment. The event took place in a garish conference room without any decorations or "crime scene" atmosphere. The story was full of logical gaps and difficult to understand linguistically, and the acting was mediocre at best. The food was an absolute disgrace: pumpkin soup that tasted only of tomatoes and curry, a small portion for the main course (dry chicken or some unidentifiable vegetarian alternative), and the orange sauce that came afterward. For the exorbitant price, we would have expected much more. We left after the main course – never again!

We were at the Melia Innside yesterday for the Crime Dinner in Frankfurt am Main. After a warm welcome, we were shown to our seats. The service was friendly and very quick. Even during the intervals, we received our drinks in no time. About the play itself: There were two women who hosted the event. It was a combination of crime and comedy. Both did a great job. About the ambiance: Not so nice at the Innside. They really put a lot of effort into decorating the room. But in the end, it ended up being a conference room for 90 people. Perhaps a smaller venue, more comfortable, and 40-50 people. Then the price is okay, too. The food: Quite okay in itself. A bit limited. The two mini baguette slices with the soup were especially great. Value for money: If the drinks had been included, I would have said the price of €90 per person was okay. So, we ended up adding another €60. A bit overpriced for that. Suggestions for improvement: 1-2 more actors A bit more scenery or props A different, more pleasant setting At least a bread basket or something similar so people can get their fill.

I can only warmly recommend to anyone reading this review before considering booking a murder mystery dinner not to do so. For €90 per person, excluding drinks, you get seats in a lackluster hotel conference room, as in our case, and are served terrible food. The actors certainly aren't to blame; they are ultimately victims of the commercialized concept of the murder mystery dinner. Service was virtually nonexistent during the performances, so at least we saved on overpriced drinks.

PLEASE NEVER GO AGAIN! Disaster. I haven't had such a disappointment in a long time. The dancers were okay, yes, but definitely not professional. But Carlos, the entertainer, is just bizarre and embarrassing. How can you lose control of yourself like that!

The burlesque dinner was an absolute disaster. The dancers were okay, but Carlos (the guy who accompanied the entire "show") was awfully bad and utterly embarrassing. He used bad jokes and embarrassing stories from his life to fill the intermissions. At the end, he had his own "dance" that made people leave. The venue was a meeting room in a hotel, bare and with all the lights out. The food wasn't good either. Everyone in the room was embarrassed, and we wished we could have left sooner.

Provider is not recommended. My booked appointment was canceled with a poorly written standard email a few days in advance due to overbooking. I only received the money back after turning on PayPal buyer protection.

Please note, NO REBOOKING/NO EXCHANGE FOR A VOUCHER!!!!! Status: I have read the terms and conditions and also that it is not possible to return the tickets. But I didn't want to return the tickets or my money. Actually, I (or my parents) wanted to go to a play. Since an operation including rehab unfortunately comes in the way, I kindly asked FIVE MONTHS before the theater date about the possibility of rebooking the tickets to another performance (preferably later, preferably earlier, just not on the existing date). The answer consisted of 99% general terms and conditions text and made it clear that neither rebooking nor vouchers were desired or possible. I was advised to give the cards away or sell them (which is only possible if certain conditions are met, which I was expressly advised of.) Unfortunately, help or even customer friendliness could no longer be hoped for after this email. So I can only recommend buying the tickets on the same day if you are 110% sure that you will be able to go. For us, booking with this company, regardless of the event, is no longer an option.
