We eat at the Silbermühle every year on our wedding anniversary and have never regretted it. The location is simply fantastic, the boss and staff radiate a warmth that actually comes from the heart. The tapas come at a price, but are worth the money.

stattliches Fachwerkhaus welches sanft saniert wurde sodaß man hier Geschichte atmen kann. Die Flure sind liebevoll dekoriert, das Ambiente dank der freundlichen Gastgeberfamilie sehr angenehm. Im Zimmer hat man alles was man braucht, sehr gute Matratzen und Nachtruhe im beschaulichen Weißenburg. Daß der Chef beziehungsweise die Chefs talentierte Köche sind ist sehr schätzenswert. Die Übernachtungspreise sind sehr attraktiv !, die Halbe Hell schmeckt ebenfalls.

Ordered dürüm and the meat quality was poor (extremely fatty and had some inedible gristly pieces of meat..). Plus, there weren't even any tomatoes or cucumbers on it. Some feta cream was charged for this and €8.50 was charged. Not recommended… the food there used to be delicious).

Food may be good. I ordered for delivery. After an hour of waiting the order was canceled. I have no idea why there might be too much to do
