Silbermühle vino y tapa Restaurant in Weißenburg i.Bay.

Wir durften wieder einmal in der Silbermühle zu Gast sein. Markus hat mit seinem Team wieder voll abgeliefert.Besonders begeistert war ich von seiner Paella, die optisch und geschmacklich einfach Bombe war. Getoppt wurde das nur noch von seinem rohen Thunfisch auf Avocadocreme. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch bei unserem "Lieblingsspanier".

Sehr schöne Location für einen schönen Abend oder eine Familienfeier. Wirt sehr entspannt und flexibel. Essen gute Qualität, bei der der Preis stimmt. Die Paella ist einzigartig gut (dafür, dass man sie in Deutschland isst ;)), aber auch alle anderen Tapas sind superlecker. Man kann sich nie entscheiden und bestellt immer zuviel :). Vorbestellen ist ratsam. Auch unter der Woche immer voll.

Ein wirklich toller Abend! Das Essen hat uns absolut überzeugt – geschmacklich richtig stark und für die Region rund um Weißenburg bzw. das Nürnberger Hinterland wirklich auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Man merkt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gekocht wird und die Tapas abwechslungsreich und hochwertig sind. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Elli. Sie war unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hat mit ihrer sympathischen Art den Abend noch schöner gemacht. So einen Service erlebt man leider nicht mehr allzu oft. Wenn ich mir einen kleinen Verbesserungspunkt wünschen dürfte, dann wäre es die Weinauswahl. Für eine Vinothek hätte ich mir etwas mehr Vielfalt und vielleicht auch ein paar außergewöhnlichere Tropfen gewünscht. Die vorhandenen Weine sind gut, aber hier ist meiner Meinung nach noch etwas Potenzial nach oben. Alles in allem aber eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Insgesamt tolle Erfahrung. Geschmacklich sehr gut, nur die Hähnchentapoa war uns persönlich etwas zu verkocht. Der Rest war überdurchschnittlich.

Tolles Ambiente. Wir wurden sehr gut beraten. Waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Leuten hier und haben schöne Vorspeisenplatten und Tappas zusammengestellt bekommen. Auch die Weine dort sind sehr gut. Ausgezeichneter, freundlicher Service.

Die Silbermühle in Weißenburg (kurz vor Weißenburg gelegen) ist ein extrem gutes Tapas-Lokal, Spanien ist hier das Thema, was man an der liebevollen Dekoration, der Einrichtung, und vor allem an den wahnsinnig gut zubereiteten Speisen erkennt. Sobald die Bestellung, mit detaillierter Beratung durch den Chef, Markus, raus ist, dauert es nicht lange und die Tapas-Rundreise kann beginnen, die toll zubereiteten und sehr schön angerichteten Speisen werden von dem immer freundlichen Serviceteam serviert. Ich freue mich besonders für meinen "alten" Freund Markus, der hier mit seiner Partnerin Lorette ein ganz besonderes Lokal betreibt. Die sehr ruhige Lage der Silbermühle, mit dem sehr schönen Biergarten direkt am Fluss, ist sehr gut geeignet für eine kulinarische Ruhepause vor all dem Stress und der Hektik des Tages. Es ist immer dann der richtige Ort, wenn man während des Aufenthaltes und anschließend ein Gefühl totaler Zufriedenheit spürt, und genau das geschieht, sobald sich Lorette, Markus und das Team um die Gäste kümmern! Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Abend in der Silbermühle. Die Tapas waren außerordentlich lecker, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und authentische Küche gelegt wird. Auch der Nachtisch war ein echtes Highlight und ein perfekter Abschluss des Abends. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Personal. Vom Empfang bis zum Abschied haben wir uns jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Die Silbermühle liegt zwar etwas abseits, genau das macht aber einen Teil ihres besonderen Charmes aus. Das historische Anwesen wurde wunderschön hergerichtet und ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Kombination aus der außergewöhnlichen Location, dem gemütlichen Ambiente und dem hervorragenden Essen sorgt für ein echtes Urlaubsgefühl. Und genau dieses Gefühl erlebt man auch in Weißenburg – in der Silbermühle. «Desde el primer bocado se siente la patria — la cocinera domina su oficio. Cocina española en su punto.» „Schon beim ersten Biss schmeckt man die Heimat – die Köchin versteht ihr Handwerk. Spanische Küche auf den Punkt.“ Ein herzliches Team, abenteuerlich-kreative Küche und ein Ambiente, das sprachlos macht. Die Kosten? Augen zu und Karte durch 😉 Doch eines ist sicher: Diese kulinarische Reise nach Spanien ist jeden Euro wert.

Wir waren heute dort Essen, ich habe den Hauswein empfohlen bekommen und es passte. Ein super Service und sehr gutes Essen. Mega Portionen, man wird auf jeden Fall satt. Das Lokal ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Besser geht nicht! Samstag Abend spontan besucht, trotz sehr vollem Lokal noch einen Tisch für 2 bekommen und der Service sowie der Chef selbst sehr freundlich. Die Tapas sind sehr lecker, ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus! Preislich auch unschlagbar. Fazit: Wir können dieses liebevolle und charmante Lokal uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Danke für diesen schönen Abend

When the food almost becomes secondary... Admittedly, the walk to the restaurant is a bit of an adventure. But I like the idea that the roughly 300-meter-long gravel path simply marks the boundary between everyday life and a mini-vacation. That's exactly how it feels when you arrive at the Silbermühle. Lovingly decorated like a little piece of Spain. Add to that the warmth of the staff and especially the owner. It's simply exactly what you imagine a perfect evening to be. You're transported to another world and simply enjoy the time in this setting. We always love coming back. Just for a glass of wine, some olives and cheese, or to try everything on the menu with friends.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while on vacation and are thrilled with our chance discovery. The ambiance, the team, and the food are simply top-notch. We received a warm welcome and were served with passion. Children are also welcome. The entire restaurant is lovingly decorated, both inside and out. Since we indulged ourselves with our orders, the bill wasn't exactly small, but the experience is worth every single euro! Even from home, a visit is worth the slightly longer drive.

Definitely the best tapas restaurant we know. We drive all the way from Schorndorf (Baden-Württemberg) to the Silbermühle for tapas.

We saw the "Tapas" sign while driving past and spontaneously made a reservation for the following day. A great atmosphere and restaurant with delicious food and drinks and very friendly service. It's definitely worth a visit, and reservations are recommended.

The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped, the service top-notch, and that's 5 stars! The tapas are reasonably priced. I was annoyed by the so-called paella, which is served as a tapa. It would be more akin to a rice pan paella. The paella was made with long-grain rice; there wasn't a single shrimp to be found, just salmon. That definitely has no place in a paella! The sangria was delicious, but charging almost €20 for 0.5 liters is outrageous. It was still a lovely evening, but we won't be coming back. The value for money isn't good.

Our first “Spanish trip”, through which we were accompanied by a very committed and extremely friendly team including boss Markus, was unsurpassably good in its composition, fresh and a real taste explosion. We were passing through this weekend and accidentally found out about this incredibly beautiful place. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy eating there because everything was reserved. Despite everything, a great atmosphere, super friendly people and we were able to stand there with WW and relax for a night! On our next visit to the region, we'll definitely make a reservation there and give it a try! Thank you for your kindness and the beautiful parking space we were able to choose!

Here everything is in the Spanish alphabet, food, service and ambience plus art and a monument feeling. Also very friendly to our four-legged friend. First we had home-baked bread + aioli. Then as a tapas shrimp, vegetable platter, vegetable chorizo ​​platter and grilled sardines, followed by a Spanish dessert platter.

Unfortunately, I didn't eat there, but the place has a very upscale, interesting atmosphere. The menu offers quite reasonable prices for meatless dishes. However, meat dishes start at around €30.

If there were 10 stars for everything, we would give them to you wholeheartedly. We had a small company Christmas party on December 14, 2024, and what can I say... WOW! We all had a very, very nice evening. This hospitality came from the heart (and it didn't feel like it was fake). The food and the company throughout the evening were a dream. The value for money is absolutely fair. Even last-minute special requests were accommodated with ease. And when a Spaniard says they felt at home... What more can you say? We had never come into contact with Spanish food until two days ago, until we ended up with you. The service was great and the food was fresh, high quality and so delicious. We are still blown away today. We had chosen the Spanish trip as described on the map. The service took us on the trip in a very friendly and informative way. We were very skeptical at the beginning and then totally happy and inspired. The problem now is that the bar for all other Spanish restaurants is set very high and probably cannot be surpassed. Sure, it's a bit more expensive but when you consider everything together, it's totally justified and let's be honest - it's something special and not something everyday. The ambience is incredibly beautiful, rustic and cozy - a pearl hidden in Franconia. We will definitely come back, even if we have to drive 200 km. Greetings from the “Swabians”

A Spanish pearl in Franconia. Nobody expects such a wonderful restaurant near a federal highway. We really liked this very idyllic restaurant on a small river and otherwise surrounded by a lot of greenery. All the staff were friendly and professional. The food was also very good. Even better than some places in Spain itself.

Been here several times, in winter and summer. In summer you have such a great beer garden with a wonderful ambience right by the stream. The tapas are just incredibly tasty and the service is great. Priced on the higher end but definitely worth it. It couldn't be better 😍 keep it up!

Simply different & beautiful. From sangria, to rabbit, fish, lentil salad (yes...even if you were a vegetarian...you wouldn't starve). Friendly, permanent staff and what really excites me: everything is lovingly furnished and you feel comfortable...in Unfortunately, there were mosquitoes "out and about" near the stream in the garden, but without asking we received an "anti-hum". Unfortunately there are no 6 stars: ⭐️ is because it wasn't our first time here and the quality and of course the taste is maintained.

We eat at the Silbermühle every year on our wedding anniversary and have never regretted it. The location is simply fantastic, the boss and staff radiate a warmth that actually comes from the heart. The tapas come at a price, but are worth the money.
