We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while on vacation and are thrilled with our chance discovery. The ambiance, the team, and the food are simply top-notch. We received a warm welcome and were served with passion. Children are also welcome. The entire restaurant is lovingly decorated, both inside and out. Since we indulged ourselves with our orders, the bill wasn't exactly small, but the experience is worth every single euro! Even from home, a visit is worth the slightly longer drive.

Definitely the best tapas restaurant we know. We drive all the way from Schorndorf (Baden-Württemberg) to the Silbermühle for tapas.

We saw the "Tapas" sign while driving past and spontaneously made a reservation for the following day. A great atmosphere and restaurant with delicious food and drinks and very friendly service. It's definitely worth a visit, and reservations are recommended.

The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped, the service top-notch, and that's 5 stars! The tapas are reasonably priced. I was annoyed by the so-called paella, which is served as a tapa. It would be more akin to a rice pan paella. The paella was made with long-grain rice; there wasn't a single shrimp to be found, just salmon. That definitely has no place in a paella! The sangria was delicious, but charging almost €20 for 0.5 liters is outrageous. It was still a lovely evening, but we won't be coming back. The value for money isn't good.

The portions were just right; you'll be full without being overpowered. If you love good food, this is the place for you! The restaurant itself exudes a wonderful Spanish flair – warm, inviting, and lovingly decorated. There's something to discover in every corner, giving the whole place a very special atmosphere. Everything was very clean and tidy. What completes the experience is the team: The chef, his wife, and the staff seem like a small restaurant family. The chef, in particular, stands out – he personally approaches guests, greets them warmly, and makes them feel welcome. This hospitality is exceptional! You immediately notice: This isn't just a job; it's a place where people live and breathe life, and that their cooking and work are done with passion and love. For the chef, it's not just a job, but a calling and a pure passion for good food and loving details. A clear recommendation – a place you absolutely have to experience!

Our first “Spanish trip”, through which we were accompanied by a very committed and extremely friendly team including boss Markus, was unsurpassably good in its composition, fresh and a real taste explosion. The great, matching ambience that welcomes you wordlessly as you enter also contributes to the feel-good character. A very successful evening and the first place for us in Weissenburg.

We were passing through this weekend and accidentally found out about this incredibly beautiful place. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy eating there because everything was reserved. Despite everything, a great atmosphere, super friendly people and we were able to stand there with WW and relax for a night! Here everything is in the Spanish alphabet, food, service and ambience plus art and a monument feeling. Also very friendly to our four-legged friend. First we had home-baked bread + aioli. Then as a tapas shrimp, vegetable platter, vegetable chorizo ​​platter and grilled sardines, followed by a Spanish dessert platter.

Unfortunately, I didn't eat there, but the place has a very upscale, interesting atmosphere. The menu offers quite reasonable prices for meatless dishes. However, meat dishes start at around €30.

If there were 10 stars for everything, we would give them to you wholeheartedly. We had a small company Christmas party on December 14, 2024, and what can I say... WOW! We all had a very, very nice evening. This hospitality came from the heart (and it didn't feel like it was fake). The food and the company throughout the evening were a dream. The value for money is absolutely fair. Even last-minute special requests were accommodated with ease. And when a Spaniard says they felt at home... What more can you say? We had never come into contact with Spanish food until two days ago, until we ended up with you. The service was great and the food was fresh, high quality and so delicious. We are still blown away today. We had chosen the Spanish trip as described on the map. The service took us on the trip in a very friendly and informative way. We were very skeptical at the beginning and then totally happy and inspired. The problem now is that the bar for all other Spanish restaurants is set very high and probably cannot be surpassed. Sure, it's a bit more expensive but when you consider everything together, it's totally justified and let's be honest - it's something special and not something everyday. Been here several times, in winter and summer. In summer you have such a great beer garden with a wonderful ambience right by the stream. The tapas are just incredibly tasty and the service is great. Priced on the higher end but definitely worth it. It couldn't be better 😍 keep it up!

A Spanish pearl in Franconia. Nobody expects such a wonderful restaurant near a federal highway. We really liked this very idyllic restaurant on a small river and otherwise surrounded by a lot of greenery. All the staff were friendly and professional. The food was also very good. Even better than some places in Spain itself.

Simply different & beautiful. From sangria, to rabbit, fish, lentil salad (yes...even if you were a vegetarian...you wouldn't starve). Friendly, permanent staff and what really excites me: everything is lovingly furnished and you feel comfortable...in Unfortunately, there were mosquitoes "out and about" near the stream in the garden, but without asking we received an "anti-hum". Unfortunately there are no 6 stars: ⭐️ is because it wasn't our first time here and the quality and of course the taste is maintained.

We eat at the Silbermühle every year on our wedding anniversary and have never regretted it. The location is simply fantastic, the boss and staff radiate a warmth that actually comes from the heart. The tapas come at a price, but are worth the money.

Wir haben eine "Spanische Reise" bestellt, d.h. die sehr freundliche und unterhaltsame Kellnerin hat uns so lange Tapas gebracht, bis wir nicht mehr konnten. :-) Durch die Bank alle Speisen waren ganz hervorragend, von der Vorspeisenplatte bis zum Nachtisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und einen tollen Abend verbracht. Danke!

Genial. Einfach genial. Spanische "Happen" im Altmühltal. Tapas in hundert Variationen in erstklassiger Qualität mit super Service u einem begeisterten Chef .. DAS könnte es schon gewesen sein. ABER hier fängt es wohltuend bei der Begrüßung an. Die alte Mühle geschmackvoll restauriert... einzig das sehr gedämpfte Licht, aber alles stimmungsvoll. Von der Mallorquinischen Fischsuppe - geschmackvoll u heiss ( jawohl so soll sie sein)👍, Egal welche der "kleinen Kostbarkeiten" der umfangreichen Karte man bestellt, und die ist riesig! Alles kommt hübsch u zurückhaltend dekoriert, umwerfend im Geschmack! Leider konnten wir nicht mehr als einige 5-6-7 probieren, geschmeckt hat's umwerfend. Der Cardinal Mendoza zum Abschluss, und WICHTIG u wohltuend!! Service kommt WÄHREND des Essens um sich immer wieder zu erkundigen ob es in Ordnung sei!!! Leider DANKE. Essen und Getränke sehr teuer (kleines Gemüsepfännchen kostet 7 €!). Geschmacklich okay.

Auf der Suche nach einem Stellplatz sind wir auf dieses Juwel gestoßen. Ein tolles, aussergewöhniches Ambiente, sehr nette Bedienung und das Essen, einfach lecker, ebenso der Wein. Man kann aus unzähligen Tapas wählen, schmeckte besser als manchmal in Spanien. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ich war vor kurzen in diesem Lokal zum Essen. Die Anfahrt dahin war für mich auch nicht kurz und ich war sehr überrascht wie schön dieses Lokal eingerichtet ist. Die zwei Sterne sind es geworden, weil der Service und das Ambiente mich positiv überzeugt haben. Abzug gab es für das Essen und die sehr lange Wartezeit von über 1 Stunde. Die Tapas konnten mich nicht für diesen hohen Preis überzeugen. Allein die Qualität des Essens hat mich negativ überrascht. Die Tapas waren teilweise zu lange gebraten dadurch wurde es sehr trocken oder schwarz. Die Paela war eher eine Reispfanne. Dies kann ich mit guten Gewissen sagen, weil ich öfter in Spanien schon war. Das Essen kam auch leider nicht wirklich warm an den Tisch. Für so einen Preis sollte die Qualität passen.

Hatten wieder einmal einen super Erichmühle-Mädelsabend in einer klasse Location. Die Tapas waren lecker und der Garten mit der freundlichen Bedienung top.

Überall standen brennende Kerzen, was u.a. das tolle Ambiente ausgemacht hat. Dann noch der Tisch direkt am Bach....... Das war ein richtig toller Abend. Vielen Dank. Gerne wieder. Eine traumhafte Location, mit exzellenten Tapas, einem hervorragenden Service. Wir waren so begeistert von unserem ersten Besuch, dass wir direkt für die darauffolgende Woche wieder reserviert haben. Apropos Reservierung, man sollte unbedingt einen Tisch reservieren wenn man einen Besuch plant.

Wunderschöner Ort, klasse Service, leckere Tapas und Sangria. Nicht billig, aber gut. Ein Genuss. Danke auch an den Eigentümer und seine Frau, die mit viel Herzblut die Silbermühle wieder aufgebaut haben.

Könnte man mehr Sterne vergeben wären es noch mehr! Das Essen war richtig lecker, die große Auswahl machte es schwer sich zu entscheiden. Der schattige Sitzplatz am Fluss und die kinderfreundliche Atmosphäre rundeten den Abend in einer schönen Weise ab. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :)

Richtig schöner Garten und tolles Ambiente. War schon öfter mit Freunden hier und Location und Service ist echt top. Leider ist das Essen sehr sehr salzig. Also, ich mag Salz, wirklich. Und das ist auch in Maßen lecker, aber für eine ganze Mahlzeit ist das einfach zu viel. Ich muss leider immer aufhören zu essen, bevor ich richtig satt bin, weil ich einfach nichts mehr salziges runter bekomme. Vielleicht betrifft das aber auch nur die vegetarischen Tapas.

Der Besuch ist kaum in Worte zusammenzufassen. ♥️ Von Ambiente über den Service und das Essen - wir waren einfach direkt überwältigt! Die Servicekraft hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns auch den ganzen Abend über hervorragend betreut. Wir hatten uns bei der Tapas-Zusammenstellung von ihr überraschen lassen, was zu 100% die beste Entscheidung war. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn sich eine Gelegenheit dazu ergibt und können das Local absolut weiterempfehlen.
