I've known about Schweinfurt's best “restaurant” (rudimentary hut next to an industrial group) for a long time, according to Trip Advisor. Unfortunately, the new location, in the allotment gardens next to 2 motorways, next to the quarry lake, doesn't really seem any better. In addition to the general increase in costs, the new location also brings with it a hefty price increase. I also remembered being able to choose more fresh fish. The fish itself was quite small and the portion was just enough for me. But the concept with the grilled fish, salad and vegetables was still very tasty and the owners were very friendly. I hope the math works out for you.

We had dinner at the restaurant on a Sunday evening. Unpleasant temperature (too cold) in the inn. After asking if the heating could be turned on, I was told it was 22 degrees in here. Three of our group asked for half a portion. The waiter talked us out of it. We would manage a whole portion. This has never happened to me anywhere. Still water sold out. Wanted a side salad with the meal: sold out. Ketchup and mayonnaise were also out. When we looked a bit strange, the waiter found some ketchup somewhere. Many of the foods on the menu are not available with the statement that they are closed tomorrow (Monday). I definitely won't come again.

BEST DÖNER SHOP IN NORTH BAVARIA! Munzur is my absolute favorite kebab! And this has been the case for almost 15 years! My favorite pizza for quite some time!!! The entire team is always friendly and accommodating when you come in. Great people! Thanks for the delicious dishes over the last 15 years!

Food was very tasty, service was also very friendly and helpful - very good food recommendations, had a pork steak with rosemary potatoes and knuckle with Polish dumplings. We'd love to come back!!

Wir kamen zum 1. Mal in die Wache. Da wir das Abendessen spontan auswärts beschlossen und daher keine Reservierung aufweisen konnten, erhielten wir dennoch einen Platz; sehr lobenswert. Das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend und typisch italienisch eingerichtet; das Personal ist höflich und nett. Die Toiletten sind sehr sauber und es roch angenehm. Nun aber zu den nicht so schönen Dingen: Leider sind im hinteren Bereich die Stühle sehr hart und unbequem, sodass wir nicht lange darauf sitzen konnten. Die Preise fanden wir ziemlich überteuert. Für eine Pizza Margherita wurden satte 12,- € verlangt, da ist ja eigentlich nichts drauf. Des Weiteren mussten wir den Lachs auf "Tagliatelle al salmone" suchen und für 16,- €, sollte da schon etwas zu sehen sein. Geschmacklich gut, aber nicht al dente; diese waren nämlich noch viel zu hart! Alles in allem: Es waren doch zu viele negative Aspekte im Raum gestanden, als dass wir hätten sagen können, wir kommen noch einmal wieder. Schade....
