Evi's Bistro in Schweinfurt

Terrible first visit with my family and children. Outrageous waiting times, dirty tables, no cutlery or napkins. Not good value for money at €14, and there were barely any fries on any of the plates, you had to search for them. There wasn't even a spoonful of sauce, and the schnitzel practically stuck in your throat... and the staff were completely scattered and asked the same thing over and over again. I think we were asked three times within five minutes whether to pay with cash or by card, then the waitress came back and asked the same thing again. Sorry, but this isn't a restaurant where they cook big meals. You don't need a master to put fries and schnitzel in the fryer. Everything is pre-packaged, so you don't have to spend hours cooking sauces and elaborate dishes. We won't be coming back. For that money and the service, I'd rather go to a restaurant or get the food for fast food. And the manager's response: yes, it's busy, you have to be understanding... That was the last straw for me after a 50-minute wait.

This was my first time at Nordsee. It's true that everything has gotten expensive these days, but I find it outrageous that they hand out baby portions!! I asked the lady if the fries were fresh? "Of course!" (annoyed) They were soggy and dry! As the lady put the portion in, I asked if I could have some more fries, please? The portion wasn't even a handful (see photos). The answer: "That's how the portions are!" €6.99 for a meal like that? Sorry, no! And then there are the rude and annoyed employees on top of that. I firmly believe that if things continue with you, you'll be the next to close the shop in the gallery.

Great opening hours, absolutely beautiful ambience and the staff is very nice and friendly…

Unfortunately, I've never eaten here before, but I'll probably do so again...the legendary "Klingenbrunn Kirchweih" took place on the grounds, which I attended like every year! A recommendation for all Schweinfurters for next year! Klingenbrunn-Kirchweih is always one of the most beautiful in Schweinfurt!
