Delicious and hearty German cuisine. Everything is perfect. The quiet and pleasant place in the small courtyard and the efficient, discreet and friendly service. The best Schnitzel ever eaten, tender, fresh, tasty, with a seasonal sauce. The fries were just perfect. And Roth beer of course! The oldest brewery in Schweinfurt, very close to the center. Do not miss. I would even say better: worth the trip!

Completely satisfied. Super dear operators/employees. The food is unbeatable for the price and I'm more than full every time. It is freshly prepared every time. Everyone can hear the schnitzel knocking even from the kitchen. The changing menu alongside the standard menu also promises positive surprises every time. The atmosphere with the small beer garden is simply wonderful to linger in. Even if it's just a few drinks. The interior is quaint and cozy. Gladly again every time!

You can also go here spontaneously, without a reservation, the food is very good, the service is good and very friendly.

German cuisine is still cooked here. From the ambience to the food, absolutely top! The price is around €20 per person. The service is also very nice, courteous and quick. Even after six months later, very good food and top service are still the same! [See image 3].

1st visit Saturday evening. Nice welcome from the waiter who showed us to our reserved table. Not a very large menu, my friend chose the gourmet pan and I chose the daily recommendation of baked parmesan pasta with a side salad. Food was very tasty, warm/harmonious decor and also the friendly waiter 👍. All in all it was a nice evening and we were well full. We'll be back 😊 *Update on 06/29/24* Saturday evening i. We got a nice place (2 people) outside in the yard. The food was amazing, fresh and appetizingly prepared. The service, as always, was very nice and accommodating. Cleanliness of the toilets was also top. I'm already looking forward to the next time 😋

Very quaint, incredibly friendly service! We felt very comfortable from the start. We had our dog with us, which wasn't a problem at all. The bright one is highly recommended! We had cordon bleu and schnitzel with mushrooms and a side salad. The schnitzels were tender and very tasty! We will definitely go back. Update: have been there several times now. Today we had super delicious cutlets!!! Very tender. We go there regularly. Dear boss, dear service staff!!

The beer was good and easy to digest, the service was very attentive and friendly and we had the best wild boar sauerbraten ever! What more do you want?

I was here for lunch today, venison goulash with chanterelles, red cabbage and dumplings. It tasted excellent. The waiter was very attentive. I can only recommend.

Spontaneously went to eat at Roth on Saturday, I have to say the service and food are impeccable, and I have rarely eaten German cuisine so well!!!! Price-performance is also great!! Happy to come back!!

The last brewery in Schweinfurt impresses with its excellent beer. Light, dark and wheat all have a pleasant character and are easy to drink. The food goes well with the beer and is particularly recommended for schnitzel lovers. The meat is pounded shortly before roasting and is perfect in terms of both taste and consistency. The daily menu has a good selection of seasonal dishes, such as the asparagus cordon bleu

I was eating at Roth with my girlfriend. The service was 1A*, totally nice, friendly and sweet. And the food is impeccable, it is hearty and beautifully decorated and it tastes simply delicious. I can only recommend it. The restaurant itself is also very beautiful and radiates a lot of joy and well-being.

Friendly welcome followed by really good beer. The menu and the additional dishes on offer - something for everyone. Served very attractively. Taste wise a 10 out of 10! Schnitzel knocking noises from the kitchen - PERFECT... Fresh cooking is done here! The host was more than friendly and attentive! Thank you for the successful evening! Absolute praise!!!!

Went here with my family and we all really enjoyed the food! The wild mushroom schnitzel was to die for! Really tender. We heard how the schnitzel was being beaten so everything was made fresh as it should be! The landlord was also very friendly and all 6 dishes were brought very quickly and at the same time. We will definitely come back!

Das Essen war echt super. Nur leider gab es einiges von der Karte gar nicht! Die Alternativen waren dafür schnell auf dem Tisch! Das Lokal ist auch nicht unbedingt für große Gruppen geeignet! Das Servicepersonal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Frank & Manuela waren am 18.10.23 zum Abendessen im Lokal. Schon bei der vorigen, sehr lustigen, Tischrervierung konnten wir das tolle Team kennen lernen. Das Abendessen war ein voller Erfolg. Das bestellte Rumpfsteak übertraf sich selbst:-) Wir wünschen dem noch neuen Team, besonders in Hinblick auf die bevorstehende Weihnachtszeit, ein gutes Gelingen bei der Bewirtung der Gäste und den resultierenden künftigen Erfolg.

Ich war sehr lange nicht in diesem Lokal und gestern positiv überrascht! Schön renoviert strahlt es nun im Inneren und ist nicht mehr so dunkel wie früher. Das Essen war fantastisch! Die Karte ist überschaubar, wer gerne ein gutes Schnitzel oder Steak isst, ist hier genau richtig. Frisch zubereitet, alles selbst gemacht (Spätzle, Blaukraut..). Es war super lecker! Auf der Tageskarte stand Wildsauerbraten mit Klößen und Blaukraut. Auch das war ein Gaumenschmaus. Der Service war hervorragend. Der liebe Mann der uns bediente, hatte sichtlich Freude daran dass das Essen schmeckt und alle zufrieden sind. Außerdem waren sie alle sehr kinderfreundlich, der kleine fühlte sich wohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, das Restaurant "Roth" zu besuchen, und ich kann mit Freude sagen, dass es ein wahrer Genuss war. Der Fokus liegt hier ganz klar auf leckerem Essen und einer herzlichen Atmosphäre. Das erste, was mir auffiel, war die freundliche Bewirtung. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und bemüht, den Gästen ein angenehmes Erlebnis zu bereiten. Die Bedienung war schnell und aufmerksam, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Das gab mir das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Das Essen im Roth verdient besondere Erwähnung. Die hausgemachten Spätzle waren ein wahres Highlight. Sie waren wunderbar zart und perfekt gekocht. Das Schnitzel war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet - zart und saftig mit einer knusprigen Panade. Die leckere Pilzsoße, die dazu serviert wurde, rundete das Gericht perfekt ab. Es war eine wahre Gaumenfreude. Das Ambiente im Roth ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Es kombiniert geschickt Elemente aus der Vergangenheit mit modernen Akzenten. Das nostalgische Flair verleiht dem Restaurant eine einladende und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann in Ruhe genießen. Nicht zu vergessen ist auch die Getränkeauswahl. Das helle Bier vom Fass war von exzellenter Qualität und passte hervorragend zu den Speisen. Es war frisch und aromatisch - genau so, wie ein gutes Bier sein sollte. Zusammenfassend kann ich das Restaurant "Roth" wärmstens empfehlen. Das leckere Essen, die herzliche Bewirtung und das nostalgische Ambiente machen den Besuch zu einem rundum gelungenen Erlebnis. Egal, ob man einheimisch ist oder von weiter her kommt, im Roth wird man sich sicherlich wohlfühlen.

Ein gemütliches uriges Restaurant. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Fleisch zart, der Salat knackig mit einem leckeren Dressing und die Pommes perfekt.
