We had the pleasure of enjoying an unforgettable stay at the Hotel Schloss Burgellern in Schesslitz and can only warmly recommend it. As soon as we entered the castle, we were impressed by the elegant atmosphere and historical architecture. The hotel has been lovingly restored and offers a perfect mix of tradition and modern comfort. We booked a package with half board for three days and were completely satisfied. The room was not only spacious and stylishly furnished, but also very comfortable and quiet, ideal for a restful night. The quality of the food is particularly noteworthy: dinner was a real highlight. The team really outdid themselves with fresh, local ingredients and creative dishes. The breakfast buffet was also varied and rich, so that you could start the day perfectly. Fried eggs were decorated with artistic flowers made from vegetable parts. An eye-catcher. The service throughout the hotel was exceptionally friendly, courteous and attentive. You felt welcome at all times and attention was paid to every detail. The hotel's quiet location was particularly pleasant, ensuring a relaxing stay without having to forego amenities. Outdated dining room with 70s charm, but in which the best Cordon Bleus in the region are served by very nice waitresses. Our girls are always very happy about the small children's play area in the next room.
