Very good food and very friendly staff. Only recommended.

First of all, I really mean no harm towards you and even if my criticism is pointed, I try to make it very objective and factual and maybe someone will take it to heart. The dining room is too small for so many tables. We had the table right at the entrance and thus the hot tiled stove in the back and the other chair directly on the door. A table has no place in a place like this because you can't expect a guest to have it, no matter how cramped your space is. If they are not suitable you are not allowed to have a restaurant there. In addition, the dining room was very noisy due to the narrowness, overheated by the tiled stove and dishwasher on the counter, and Sunday lunch was constantly accompanied by the loud pounding of meat from the kitchen. In a word, CHAOS The tables and chairs may seem original, but they are made for old farmhouses from 150 years ago and not for comfort in the catering industry. My legs didn't fit under the small table and I sat on the unpadded chairs like I was at school. How one can overload the table with such decorations in such already cramped rooms is an absolute mystery to me and had comedic elements. The already sparse space was then given up by the spices and the fact that both the wine and the mineral water (0.25l :)) were served in separate carafes. The otherwise attentive and friendly service also makes life unnecessarily difficult here. Let's get to dinner. The venison goulash with red cabbage was flawless, the rump steak came out medium rather than medium and the forced vegetarian option of salsify vegetables (soggy!) and savoy cabbage (totally oversalted, confirmed by 3 people) was a complete failure. However, decently enough, the savoy cabbage was not charged! All in all, unfortunately, a complete failure. We were not acidic on departure, but rather laughed everyone how amateurish you can do gastronomy. I hope you're not mad either, but instead take a step back and think about whether there's something to the criticism ;). LG Marius

SMALL BUT FINE ❤️ When I stumbled across GLANZERSMICHL by chance and then called to ask if they also had vegetarian dishes, the gentleman on the phone, who is also the chef, was very personable and explained to me that there was already something on the evening menu would exist. Unfortunately, since there were already full reservations here on Friday and Saturday evenings, we managed to get a table for Sunday lunch, but there is probably not always something vegetarian on the lunch menu. Here he made a special note so that at least one dish could be offered. I thought that was MORE THAN GREAT of him, as such courtesy and service to customers is no longer a given these days. Thank you again for that! 🫶 The guest room is newly renovated, although small, but very lovingly furnished. The conditions were also super friendly ❤️ and also accommodating. The food itself... YUMMY!!! No more words are needed 😉😊 We'd love to come back!

Went there for the first time yesterday - just completely satisfied. Small but very, very nice - everything is made with love there. Great, friendly service and the food was delicious and lovingly prepared. Really a gem - can only be recommended - we will come back and again and again!

Extremely positively surprised, high-quality dishes, super friendly and attentive service, special requests no problem, the boss comes over and asks the children if everything is okay, all around great and satisfied, we will definitely come back.

Very nice little restaurant with friendly service and a first-class selection of steaks and great side dishes. I had a 350g entrecote medium rare. It was fried to perfection, truly a dream. I'd love to come by again. Tonight I had asparagus ravioli and a side salad. Both were very tasty.

Delicious Back then we only had to/could sit outside, covered and warm But it was raining very heavily and the ground was very puddled But food was great I'd love to come back. Nobody can do anything about the weather

Have been there several times. Nice little lovely restaurant, it has a lot of charm! The waitresses are always attentive and friendly. It's great that they rely on regional products here! The steaks have always been very good, the butter beans and the Café de Paris crème (sauce) are great. The veal cordon bleu is also good. Regional (very good) beer on tap and a good small selection of wines. Can be recommended without hesitation!

What a cute little inn. Friendliness is evident right from the time of the telephone reservation and from the guest themselves. The card is small, but completely sufficient for good quality. Here you can see the skill and passion in the kitchen. The little accessories from the menu to the dishes made our visit complete. With us you have new guests who are happy to come back. Today we had dinner at Glanzers Michl. Everything was perfect from start to finish! The atmosphere is very cozy. The operation/service was on point. The welcome was very warm. As a starter we had parsnip soup, which tasted perfectly. The bread croutons served with it made the whole thing even more refined. For the main course we each ordered a beef fillet. The cooking point, taste and seasoning were also hit perfectly here. The side dishes were more than sufficient. For dessert we had the Glanzers Michl dessert variation, which was a delight for the palate. All in all, we have to recommend the restaurant without reservation! Here we still cook with love! We'll definitely be back 🤌🏻

Dear Glanzers Michl team, We would like to thank you very much for a successful evening. Our Christmas party with you was really nice. The homemade mulled gin at the beginning outside by the fire created a cozy, Christmas atmosphere. The starter with various spreads and Franconian Räuderla was delicious and varied. The main courses, be it steak from the heifer, fillet steak, game dish or liver, impressed us in terms of taste. The quality of the food was great! The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The staff's recommendations suited our taste. The dessert rounded off the evening perfectly. Wir haben mal wieder etwas Neues ausprobiert und sind diesmal beim Glanzer's Michel gelandet. Wir hatten kurzfristig einen Tisch für 2 bekommen und waren sehr gespannt. Das Wirtshaus ist sehr klein, aber das macht es umso exklusiver. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, alles liebevoll aus Holz und nachhaltigen Materialien gestaltet. Das Essen und der Service vermittelt einem etwas besonderes und man fühlt sich durch das Ambiente sehr wohl und aufgehoben. Die Speisekarte ist nicht zu groß und es gibt saisonale Gerichte. Bei uns war Pfifferlingezeit. Als Appetitanreger gab's eine Pfifferlingbräue aufs Haus und die Bestellungen waren schnell und heiß da. Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich. Auch die Getränkeauswahl ist gut. Unser Fazit: Sehr lecker und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Gerne wieder. Preis / Leistung absolut in Ordnung.

Tolles Restaurant in liebevoll restauriertem Haus. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen ebenfalls toll und mit guten Zutaten zubereitet. Einzig die Bratkartoffeln waren scheinbar nicht selbst zubereitet und etwas geschmacklos. Auch bei den Getränken eine sehr gute Auswahl an einheimischen Spezialitäten. Gerne wieder
