What I particularly appreciate is the well-thought-out concept: fresh ingredients, balanced dishes, plenty of healthy options, but never boring! Everything is lovingly prepared, the ambiance is modern and cozy, and the team is always friendly and attentive. Wir sind hier immer gerne zu Besuch. Aber leider musste ich feststellen, das der Service sehr nachgelassen hat... Am Eingang wurden wir schon skeptisch empfangen, wohl angesichts der späten Zeit, die wir online noch reservieren konnten. Gerne hätten wir auch einen früheren Termin gebucht, denn das Lokal war bereits zur Hälfte leer, als wir ankamen. Die Bestellung wurde aufgenommen und landete umgehend auf unserem Tisch. Aber das fehlende Geschirr für Essen und Trinken ließ noch länger auf sich warten. Der Service war wohl schon sichtlich erschöpft nach einem anstrengenden Tag. Da ich aber gegen Ende der Öffnungszeit auch noch den vollen Preis zahlen muss ;), hätte ich hier einfach noch ein bisschen Aufmerksamkeit und Service dem Gast gegenüber erwartet. Ich wünsche dem Klosterstüberl alles Gute...

The ambience isn't really nice, but the food is really great. Price/performance fits more than 100%, the service is very helpful. We will go there again.

I was here just once accompanied with my friend. She ordered a burger which looked and tasted decent. I had just a beer. We asked for an outside sitting which was available but got refusal. The food arrived quickly but in the end I had been chasing for 10 minutes for a waiter to get our bill. The most discouraging was strong smell of cleaning chemicals in the restaurant hall we seated. No paper towels in the men lavatory

Very bad service half an hour waiting for drinks never again

The service was friendly, but unfortunately we had to wait 30 minutes for lunch even though the shop was empty. They seemed quite overwhelmed, I wonder what it would be like in the evening. The food was very good.

I find the service in front of the restaurant to be bad in the afternoon. There are few guests, everyone already served. You sit and wait for service, no one comes within ten minutes. I ordered two drinks at the counter inside. Wait another ten minutes for a cappucino and an Aperol. When the drinks came we immediately asked for the bill, which came about 20 minutes later. If the store had been full, but like that? Plus it was exactly the same four weeks ago. Waited forever too. There were even fewer guests there. If you don't feel like walking in, it's best to serve them immediately, then you'll have peace and quiet again 🤷🏼‍♀️ I wouldn't want to eat there given my experience.

Very good Turkish food. The breakfast offerings were particularly interesting, as was the vegetarian food.
