The venison is delicious, the cheese dumplings paired with the peaches were superb, incredible veggies, all the dessert is on point. Great Riesling & the Espresso Martini is on point.

An absolute highlight! This restaurant not only impresses with its exquisite cuisine, but also with a truly impressive event hall. This hall is not only exceptionally spacious but also beautifully designed. Here every event becomes an unforgettable experience. The culinary offer in the form of a delicious buffet was a real pleasure. The variety of dishes and the high quality reflected the dedication of the kitchen crew. Whether savory delicacies or sweet temptations, everything has been thought of here. What is particularly impressive is the fact that the event hall is separate from the main restaurant. This separation creates a pleasant exclusivity for events and ensures a quiet and intimate atmosphere. It is obvious that a lot of value is placed on guest satisfaction. The ambience of the restaurant itself is also remarkable. The carefully thought-out design creates a pleasant balance between elegance and coziness. It is a place where guests immediately feel comfortable and welcome. All in all, I can fully recommend this restaurant. The great event hall, the delicious buffet and the successful atmosphere make it a perfect place for any kind of event!

Ate here with some old friends. What an out standing culinary experience. I had several courses but the Parpardelle and the Wagyu steak were my favorites. Perfectly al dente on the pasta and chef’s choice on the Wagyu was a good decision. Great selection of wine here as well. Service was great and the atmosphere was very inviting and modern. We have been there for lunch and dinner several times in the last few months and were very satisfied with both the food and the service. The menu also offers many excellent vegetarian dishes.

Fehmi bread was neither tasty nor particularly special in any other way. On the contrary..-it was dry and the spreads were unfortunately not “our” taste at all...One of the two types of bread apparently had caraway seeds in it. A note on the map would have helped here. The price-performance ratio is not right here. At first we thought this bread was a standard greeting from the kitchen and were hoping for a corresponding “oven bread” which would later be served separately because we had ordered this. The dressing on the fried asparagus was too sweet after the 3rd bite and the sweet in combination with the bacon was too “rich”. Cous cous was definitely too salty. Unfortunately, Parpadelle is too inconspicuous… The daily special “venison medallions” was very good in terms of meat, but the side dishes chosen were unfortunately disappointing. Service was absolutely great, wine and Secco were delicious. Concept with Bioland is great. Prices for open wine are too expensive for our taste. €10.5 for a glass of rosé is quite steep. In general, we were unfortunately a bit disappointed, as our last visit a year ago was convincing in all respects (which is why we have come here at the same time every year). The ambience wasn't particularly great that evening either, as there was apparently a party celebrating in one part of the restaurant and the children in the general part were loudly playing hide-and-seek and tag...

A top restaurant for brunch. There is a regular Sunday brunch for €47.00 per person. This includes, for example, as many hot drinks (coffee and tea) as you want - in addition to brunch. At the beginning you get a glass of sparkling wine. There is also water at the buffet and, depending on the season, fruit iced tea and juice or smoothies for self-service. The brunch is organic and has interesting creations and standards. There are three categories (breakfast, lunch, dessert), all of which are available for approximately one hour each. Sometimes certain dishes are available longer (e.g. salads). The waitresses are super friendly and quick. At Christmas and Easter there is also a larger brunch (which also costs a little), but is also highly recommended. However, you should reserve well in advance for the special brunch Sundays. There is more choice on these days, but the regular Sunday brunch is also great. There are also vegetarian/vegan dishes.

We were there for dinner and haven't eaten so well in a restaurant for a long time!👍🏻 Not only was the food a 10 but the service was also extremely good! Vegetarians can also find a good selection of dishes there. Compared to typical restaurants, the menu is a bit more unusual, but everything tastes excellent, even if you hesitate about some components when reading the menu, everything tastes fantastic! We were there with a toddler and the food for children and the way the staff interacted with children was excellent! I can only recommend Fürstenfelder to everyone!👍🏻

The brunch buffet was excellent, and I was particularly impressed by the selection of vegetarian dishes. The service there is always remarkably courteous. I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

Good value for money, very attentive service, high quality food and a good selection on the menu

We went for Sunday brunch from 11:00 a.m. to around 1:00 p.m. Included is a glass of Prosecco and as much coffee as you want. Warm main courses were served from 12 p.m. I refer to RS's description because it completely agrees with mine.

Classy restaurant, lovely ambience, excellent service and delicious food.

I went for the lunch buffet during the week. The excellent-tasting organic dishes are attractively presented in a chic ambience. The service is attentive and at the same time unobtrusive. The price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable at €23.50. However, the drinks are definitely too expensive, almost always over €5. The tip is therefore lower. I'm not willing to spend over €30 for lunch.

We had our annual family reunion at Fürstenfelder. Different demands and ideas. It's really nice when this is covered so well in a restaurant for everyone. We all felt very comfortable, everyone enjoyed it very much. We thought the large vegetarian selection was great. And the meat and fish eaters were also very happy. We had the appetizer sharing once and the dessert sharing once - they were also very happy with the price-performance ratio. The service was very attentive, friendly and personal. And everyone was very attentive that the coloring book and child seat were ready for our children. . . I also thought it was great that we had a spacious table, there was enough distance from the neighboring tables and that the overall noise level was very low/quiet.

We were here for Sunday brunch. It was no longer possible to make a reservation for 2 weeks, which is why we only got a place after 4 weeks of reservation. The breakfast buffet was good, but apart from a salad bar there was nothing really special. The selection of sausages (just ham or salami) wasn't exactly huge, but the salmon was really very good. There are boiled eggs and you can have scrambled or fried eggs and omelets made by a live chef. Lunch began to be set up around 12 p.m. Everything tasted good, but not exceptional. The selection of juices was exciting, but unfortunately not my thing. Personally, I would prefer a normal orange juice to a peppermint mango iced tea. The service was really nice, coming every now and then to take a new coffee order. In addition to the buffet, the price includes as many hot drinks as you want (including cappuccino, etc.) and a glass of sparkling wine. Sometimes you had to wait a while for coffee specialties, even if the man at the coffee bar worked piecework. All in all, it was a nice brunch, but I think the price at €47 is too expensive. With that in mind, I would always recommend other places.

I love your food. They are certainly not the cheapest, but the quality and variety are always top. We'd love to come back

One of my absolute favorite restaurants! The great buffet selection of organic products, the very friendly and attentive but not intrusive service, the location, everything is right here. In summer you can dine under shady trees in the quiet courtyard. We always enjoy coming back, even if the journey is a bit long at 200 km - it's worth it!

Very well-kept and cozy atmosphere. Very good food, even vegan and almost everything organic. Very nice and attentive staff. Everyone works hand in hand with a pleasant calm. Really to feel good and enjoy. We recommend.

A quite good restaurant in Fürstenfeldbruck. Top location, excellent quality of organic ingredients! The staff, especially all the young female waiters are very nice, friendly and helpful. I just feel a little bit dissapointed because of the lunch buffet. There are not too much choices of warm dishes for that price. And the taste of all dishes ist not so special. Maybe because buffet is not my thing in general. Still a good restaurant in the region, though. I really love all those desserts I have tried here. The one with cauliflower mousse is actually a very creative and harmonious combination. Their side dishes are various and tasty, also.

Great organic restaurant with a balanced range of meat, fish and vegan dishes. Is the restaurant also suitable for larger groups and is it located on the ground floor of a monastery building? with a great cross vault. Open kitchen and friendly, attentive service. There is enough distance from the neighboring table. The cuisine offers interesting dishes with sometimes exotic spices that are unique because you cannot find them in other restaurants. The food was great and the price was reasonable. We came here based on the Michelin recommendation and the journey was worth it. See you soon. The restaurant continues to be above average. Sehr schönes Bio Restaurant, mit sehr freundlichen Service, die Portionen zu klein und um einiges zu teuer 20 %

Wir haben im Fürstenfelder schon mehrmals das Bio Mittagsbuffet ausprobiert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für diese Qualität an Bio-Speisen ist wirklich sehr gut. Man erhält von der Tagessuppe, vielen kreativen Salaten und Beilagen, auch immer Biofleisch und eine Variation von Nachspeisen. es empfiehlt sich zu reservieren. Man bekommt mittags aber auch spontan einen Platz. Das Interieur ist sehr ansprechend und der Service sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Im Biergarten ist es gemütlich und durch die Überdachung findet man auch ein schattiges Plätzchen. Dort kann man auch gemütlich einen sehr leckeren Kaffee trinken. Parkplätze gibt es auf dem großen Parkplatz gegenüber des Klosters zahlreich.

Das Essen ist hervorragend, Personal sehr aufmerksam und megafreundlich. Es ist immer eine tolle Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant zu essen.

Hervorragende Küche und sehr nettes Personal! Große Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Speisen. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die speziellen Events und der Sonntagsbrunch - nicht billig, aber der Beste im weiten Umkreis!

Wirklich außergewöhnlich gute Küche, sehr kreativ und geschmacklich excellent! Die Kombination aus altem Gewölbe und moderner schlichter, aber sehr schöner Innenarchitektur ist fantastisch. Der Service super freundlich.Der Ausflug nach FFB hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt!

Qualität, Auswahl und Zubereitung entspricht dem Credo hervorragende Qualität zu bieten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen . Hat man an jeder "Ecke" gemerkt . Außergewöhnliche Auswahl, daher vorher Karte checken ob etwas dabei ist :-) Vielleicht kein Restaurant für jeden Tag, aber auf jeden Fall lohnenswert.

Wir waren zum Feiertagsbrunch: € 26,50 pro Person. Ehrlich gesagt war das Essen in Ordnung aber nicht wirklich sehr gut und die Auswahl am Buffet doch sehr begrenzt. Wenn jemand nicht wirklich viel isst, dann ist es sicher zu viel Geld. Da ist es wohl besser man geht in den Biergarten nebenan. Der Service war sehr gut.

So geht zeitgemäße Küche! Qualität der Speisen und Getränke hervorragend. Lockerer, unaufdringlicher, aufmerksamer und absolut freundlicher Service runden einen schönen Abend ab. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das Pastinakenpüree in Verbindung mit dem Karotten-Sugo war wohl auch wegen der Quantität in Summe viel zu süß! Die Portion Fleisch (Kalbshaxe) war ebenfalls mehr als ausreichend. Im Ganzen ein sehr stimmiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Bei den ersten beiden Besuchen entsprach die Qualität des Essens auch den Preisen und es war ausgezeichnet. Bei unserem letzten Besuch hatten die Speisen deutlich nachgelassen und die gehobenen Preise waren meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt. Da hat die Leistung absolut nicht gestimmt. Auch der Service war wenig professionell, das war wohl dem Fachkräftemangel geschuldet. Daher nur drei Punkte, da der letzte Besuch doch stärker in Erinnerung ist als die vorigen.

Wir kommen öfter ins Fürstenfelder und schätzen den Ansatz, gute Qualität ohne Convinience anzubieten, sehr. Als besondere Empfehlung kann ich das Mittagsbuffet uneingeschränkt loben, soviel leckere Sachen zu dem Preis, unschlagbar. Beim Abendessen im Restaurant gibt es öfter Schwankungen. Mal ist das Essen lauwarm, mal stimmen die geschmacklichen Kompositionen nicht, oder, wie letztens beim Saibling, war die Portion einfach zu klein. Das ist sehr schade. Es sollte möglich sein, das zu ändern. Der Service ist immer freundlich und bemüht, manchmal fehlt der Überblick.

Überteuert und sehr kleine Portion Geschmacklich gut, aber zu teuer

Hin und her gerissen! Die gute Nachricht vorweg: Die Location und das Ambiente sind wirklich außergewöhnlich schön und treffen genau unseren Geschmack. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und professionell, vielleicht kam der 2. Nun zum Wichtigsten: Die Küche des Fürstenfelders war schon immer etwas Herausforderndes und Besonderes. Leider traf sie in der Vergangenheit (und auch heute) nicht wirklich unseren Geschmack, da sie zwar sehr ambitioniert ist, aber dann doch nicht den Ansprüchen (und Preisen) gerecht wird. Die Gerichte sind in der Regel nicht wirklich kinder-/jugendgerecht, so dass unsere Teenager einfache Sachen von der Kinderkarte bestellten. Vorweg: Die Präsentation der Speisen auf den Tellern war idR sehr ansprechend und die technische, fachmännische Herstellung der Speisen durchaus auf hohem Niveau. Wir hatten u.a.: - Das Brot von Fehmi - Gebeizte Forelle (Vorspeise) - Ramen Nudeln - Sous Vide gegartes & gegrilltes FlankSteak - Schokoladen-Haselnusstörtchen - Geräucherter Cheesecake Leider hatte das Brot entgegen der Beschreibung weder eine knusprige Kruste noch war es locker fluffig. Aber es war schmackhaft und der Tagesdip war sehr gut. Die gebeitze Forelle war in der Komposition leider nicht stimmig und blieb deutlich unter den Erwartungen. Die Maiscreme konnte die raue Geschmacksnote der Forelle nicht ganz ausgleichen und das überraschende Birnen-Chuttney (?) harmonisierte nicht wirklich. Der Ramen mit Weizennudeln war leider eine Enttäuschung. Sehr fein und sicherlich mit viel Liebe zubereitet, war die Portion insgesamt selbst für eine Frau nicht ausreichend sättigend und der Geschmack der (recht dunklen und somit kräftig zu vermutenden) Gemüsebrühe war schlicht nicht vorhanden. Mit 'neutral' bis 'langweilig' zu bewertenden Geschmack, fehlt es schlicht an einer gewissen Tiefe, die man aus der Japanischen Küche erwarten würde. Auch wenn dies als Fürstenfelder Gemüse-Ramen betitelt wird. Sous-Vide als vorbereitende Garmethode ist (war) sehr in Mode. Leider habe ich bisher in fast keinem Restaurant ein gutes Ergebnis hinsichtlich der Zartheit und Farbe des Fleisches erhalten. Und ja - auch ein Flank Steak kann zartrosa, saftig und vor allem zart gegrillt werden. Das war hier leider nicht der Fall. Das Grillgemüse als Beilage war leider trocken und wirkte eher wie Dörrgemüse, was vielleicht an der veganen Zubereitung liegt. Manchmal wirken ein Stück Butter und ein paar Kräuter Wunder. Den Cheesecake empfand ich persönlich als ein Highlight des Abend. Auch wenn meine Tochter diesen als zu trocken empfand, so gefiel mir die Komposition der einzelnen Komponenten. Kommen wir abschließend zum Schokoladen-Haselnusstörtchen. Hier würde ich empfehlen, sich zukünftig ausschließlich auf die sehr gelungenden 'Beilagen' des Törtchen zu beschränken und auf das Törtchen zu verzichten. Wer ein hier ein saftiges Schokotörtchen erwarten, wird leider von einem trockenen Nuss-Muffin, mit Schokostückchen enttäuscht. Wir werden dem Restaurant eine dritte Chance geben, in der Hoffnung, dass die Gerichte dann in den Komponenten besser abgestimmt sind und harmonieren.

Super leckeres und sehr besonderes Essen

Ich war jetzt erst das (zweite) dritte Mal hier... Warum eigentlich nicht öfter 🤔. Was mir sehr gefällt ist... Na ja, alles? "S isch Bio", 🌿mag ich. Der Gastraum ist.. Wunderschön: Cooles Gewölbe, luftig, aber nicht leer, modern und gemütlich. Die Sanitäranlagen 🚽🧻sind sauber, riechen gut (ist mir mega wichtig). Wir waren zum Mittags Buffet dort. Oma, Papa, Kind. Also alle Generationen vertreten. Die Bio-Oma steht eh voll drauf. Der Bua fands alleine wegen dem Buffet schon guad und ich hab mich über Houmus, Vorspeisen mit Austernpilzen, Tafelspitz mit Weißweinsoße und 3 Sorten Nachtisch gefreut. Bisschen live cooking am Buffet gab's auch. Die Chefin (glaub ich) hat uns bedient: freundlich, aufmerksam, nah, aber nicht aufdringlich. Fotos machen hab ich mal wieder vergessen, nächstes mal dann. Was ich noch gut fand ist, dass auch was los war. Ich denk da war noch ein Team dort, so 15 Personen vielleicht, paar Familien und Pärchen. Alle freundlich und nett und am Buffet zuvorkommend. Nicht ganz günstig, aber: gönn dir!!

Aller bester Brunch an Festtagen. Eine riesige Auswahl (sowohl Fleisch als auch vegetarisch) an hochwertigem Bio essen. Einfach klasse 👍

Wir gehen schon seit der Eröffnung immer wieder in das Restaurant. Aktuell hat es sich deutlich in der Zubereitung der Speisen gesteigert gegenüber vor Corona. Der Service war sehr gut. Sofort Hundewasser, eigenverantwortlich die Probleme von Unverträglichkeiten nochmals genau in der Küche hinterfragt. War sofort zur Stelle wenn er benötigt wurde. Die Speisen sind zwischenzeitlich gut. Kreative Ideen in dem Angebot. 5 Sterne aber würden bedeuten wir hätten ein sehr gutes Sterne-, Hauben- usw. Restaurant. Hier fehlt es dann doch an der Feinabstimmung der Würzung. Es ist nicht vorteilhaft kreativ zu sein wenn Zutaten einfach nicht zusammen passen weil die eine Zutat die andere überbietet und somit die Komposition zu einseitig wird. Dennoch tendiere ich zu 4 Sternen obwohl ich nur 3 Sterne für das Essen vergeben habe. Wünsche nach noch mehr Angebot kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, da dann die Masse und Quantität überragt anstatt die Qualität.
