Unser Kellner Alex hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt mit einer Liebenswürdigkeit, die man selten erlebt. Der Tisch war dem Anlass (Geburtstag) entsprechend liebevoll eingedeckt, für die Enkel gab es Hochstühle, Kinderbesteck und -teller und Malzeug. Das Essen war vorzüglich und wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Sofort wieder :-) Danke nochmals explizit an Alex für seinen liebevollen und charmanten Umgang!!!

Wir waren heute vor Ort, Oma - Enkel treffen. Das Essen wie immer unglaublich reichlich, lecker und die Bedienung freundlich & höflich und stets bemüht alles zügig zu bringen. Das Bonnie & Clyde Frühstück für 2 hat und absolut für 3 gereicht & wir haben ein extra Rührei dazu bestellt. Erstaunlich auch aus meiner Perspektive, wie man bei unhöflichen Gästen so die Ruhe bewahren und höflich bleiben kann. Leider heute erlebt und irritiert gewesen über die Gäste. Chapeau an die Restaurantleitung! Ein gern gewähltes Restaurant für tolle Frühstückstreffen. 👍🏼

Wir gehen hier gerne Essen und holen auch immer wieder Speisen ab. Das Essen ist durchweg gut, leider finde ich 2 kleine Schälchen Reis für 4 Hauptgerichte sehr übersichtlich. Das man dann für eine weitere Schale Reis 2,90 € verlangt, hat einen faden Nachgeschmack. Richtig gestört hat mich diesmal die Tatsache, dass keine Seife auf der Damentoilette war - auch nach dem Hinweis an der Theke wurde dies nicht geändert. Ein weiteres Highlight war das defekte Schloss der Toilettenkabine. Sehr schade. Aber auch der Zustand der Speisekarten scheint nicht so wichtig zu sein. Hier ist Luft nach oben.

I made reservations for three people last Friday. So far so good. We got our table, but then nothing else happened. When we asked, we were finally allowed to order our food. The burgers were tasty (although the pulled pork was very dry) but quite small and the waiting time was long (about 30 minutes). A person at the table wanted to order something more, but no one came to the table. She could only order when called. After about 15 minutes of waiting (the restaurant had now emptied out), she went to the front to ask when the reorder would arrive (chicken fingers - you put them in the deep fryer, it doesn't take long). She asked directly in the kitchen, where she found out that there was no receipt for it, but that they would prepare it straight away. After another 15 minutes and again after being called out, we were told that the chicken fingers were coming soon. We explained that we had now been there for an hour and a half, during which time no one was at the table to take another drink order or to ask if everything was okay, we would cancel this last order. The waitress became very rude and then said she couldn't help it, there were only two of them in service and only had one cook. I am well aware of the situation in the catering industry. However, when accepting reservations, I expect prompt, friendly service without having to constantly call. Then I'm not allowed to accept any walk-ins. Or I have to tell the guests in advance that it could take longer. We would certainly have had one or two drinks, but if no one takes an order, I don't feel like constantly calling for service. I wouldn't visit this restaurant again!

I find the service in front of the restaurant to be bad in the afternoon. There are few guests, everyone already served. You sit and wait for service, no one comes within ten minutes. I ordered two drinks at the counter inside. Wait another ten minutes for a cappucino and an Aperol. When the drinks came we immediately asked for the bill, which came about 20 minutes later. If the store had been full, but like that? Plus it was exactly the same four weeks ago. Waited forever too. There were even fewer guests there. If you don't feel like walking in, it's best to serve them immediately, then you'll have peace and quiet again 🤷🏼‍♀️ I wouldn't want to eat there given my experience.

Well, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. I've eaten much better and cheaper pizza than here. A nice ambience doesn't help you either.

I like this place very much. The restaurant is attractively, friendly and invitingly furnished. The food offers a great selection of tasty Turkish and oriental dishes. The price/performance ratio is extremely good. The service is always very attentive and very friendly.
