If the kitchen is like the toilet... It's a shame, the staff are nice, but it needs to be better

The daily changing menu is small, but you can always find something for yourself. The food is always (!) super tasty and very authentic. The only problem is that if you come by car, it's not easy to find a parking space. But often you can also go by bike or on foot. Absolutely my favorite restaurant for lunch/afternoon.

I had the Koch Lounge provide “Spanish” catering for a small birthday party. A very relaxed preparation, delivered on time and the most important thing, sooooooooooooo tasty and also plentiful, all the guests were totally thrilled. And, in my opinion, at a very reasonable price. I'm already looking forward to the next time!

...absolutely unacceptable...we accidentally entered through the wrong entrance and were immediately yelled at without even a greeting. If you can get away with that when there wasn't a single guest inside, it's very questionable. We left immediately and won't enter the restaurant again, no matter which entrance...

This ayran was delivered to eat on October 24th, 2023... 20 days after the best before date (picture), which creates little trust in the freshness of other ingredients. The burger we ordered was rather cold because the driver drove to the wrong address twice. (That wasn't the first time either). The mint sauce is a nice idea, but if the patti is cold and hard as a rock, even the best sauce can't save it. It's a shame, we were actually thrilled at first, but that was probably the last time we ordered from the store today.

If I were to give this place 5 stars, I would have to retroactively downgrade all the restaurants I've rated so far by one star. The Acker Alm is next level ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ On average, you pay twice as much for dishes like this – so the price/performance ratio is top notch 👍🏼 The taste and quality are amazing 🙌🏼 The alpine flair and the entire interior make the restaurant incredibly cozy. There's always something going on, yet you can still have a quiet conversation at your own table. The staff were very attentive and exceptionally quick. We had a very successful evening – thank you 🥰

Tried gyros with fries today, really tasty and recommended. there are other Albanian & Greek specialties. The legend has awakened again :) looking forward to my next visit 👍
