What great service! Competent, friendly, reserved, just right and the food is first class!!

All hot air. We've been to Emma Metzler twice now and left disappointed each time. The shop is beautiful and the garden is very idyllic. Unfortunately, the food cannot keep up. The price-performance ratio is blatantly poor. Smallest portions, tough meat, unseasoned side dishes and a limited selection. You can eat much better and cheaper in Frankfurt.

Unfortunately Germans still can't cook steaks. I don't understand why ask about my preferences if u can't cook it correctly anyway. Additionally 35 euros for this steak is just not fair. My recommendation is to avoid ordering steak or just skip it.
