We were there for my birthday, which we had mentioned when we made our reservation. The table wasn't particularly set up or anything. The sushi à la chef for €45 was okay, but really nothing special for the price. My husband didn't particularly like the bowl; the sauce was just plain old. I didn't like it either. We wouldn't go back; it's not worth the money. The service, however, was very friendly and attentive!

The Tamatsu experience was a success for us. This slightly different restaurant can have both pros and cons. For us, it was absolutely pro, meaning we were thrilled. Sushi isn't our thing, but the menu offers plenty of other options, whether momos, spinach salad, or kimchi, all very, very tasty. Reservations would be a good idea; pick-up is no problem; our favorite is mixed tempura, a mix of vegetables and chicken. As always, everyone's tastes differ. We enjoyed it and will go back. Go for it and experience something different.... Thank you, Tashi Tamatsu, for the culinary journey....

Our absolute culinary highlight here on Fehmarn. I had a bowl with fish, seafood and vegetables in a wonderful marinade. Tasty, light, filling. The boys haven't been here long, but they're a colorful team that's doing a great job here. Highly recommended.

I went there twice in the last week. The food was excellent, the service friendly and quick. The fish and chips—definitely Henssler style—were amazing, and the burger was perfectly fine. The highlight was the starter, the tuna. I'll be back anytime.
