Run, don't walk, to this amazing restaurant in Neckarhausen. We have biked through the town on numerous occasions and my wife just did a random restaurant search and found this fantastic spot. Tasteful dining room with wonderful ambiance, great and attentive service, with excellent dinner and wine selection. We are looking forward to spring and summer when we can also enjoy the biergarten overlooking the Neckar River. Highly recommend this establishment.

Authentic Portuguese food in Ulm. The menu is not very large, but they offer good authentic Portuguese dishes. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. The ambience is simple but cosy. They also have a small market with Portuguese groceries.

The reception was friendly but distant, when ordering the food (steak) we explicitly stated that we wanted it to be in English and ordered a mixed salad with it. Salad didn't come, but the main course came straight away, which was a shame. The steak was NOT grilled, but boiled or braised - in any case well done (not as ordered: English). The side dish (potato chips) were not cross, but rather oily/greasy. When we asked, the mixed salad came (the cruets were only available upon request - a shame). Partner's meal, seafood stew with rice was ok (a bit watery in taste), could have used a little more spice. Drinks were good and inexpensive. The restaurant has the atmosphere of a club pub (current TV). In the end, the uneaten steak was not charged for. Nevertheless: go out for a meal in a pleasant atmosphere?? Rather no. Too bad.

Very nice little restaurant, great food and great service. We will come again. We'll just choose another table, sat right at the pillar, constant walking and not a nice atmosphere. We'll know next time.

Very unfriendly. Food wasn't good at all

We had a wonderful evening at Tasca do José! As a group of four, we tried a variety of dishes including delicious fish dishes, tender meats and tasty vegetarian options. Every dish was a delight and exceeded our expectations! The wait was pleasantly short, giving us the opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere and the company. We would particularly like to highlight the service – the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Not only did they recommend excellent wines, but they also told us a lot about life in Portugal and the local culture, which further enriched the experience. We can only warmly recommend Tasca do José and are already looking forward to our next visit! A real gem for anyone who loves Portuguese cuisine!

It is a family restaurant with a special charm due to the spatial design. The vault lets in little light. The menu includes a large selection of starters. Anyone who appreciates this selection won't even bother with the main courses. Price-performance ratio is okay. Service is very bright and convincing. The restaurant is convincing.

Basically, we were very satisfied guests at Lisboa for a long time, but unfortunately the quality has declined significantly in the last few months. The ambience is still beautiful, but the ventilation in the basement leaves a lot to be desired. In addition, the room often becomes overcrowded as the boss tries to occupy every available chair, which significantly detracts from the atmosphere. Of the four dishes we ordered, two were ice cold and had to be warmed up after we complained. Afterwards the meat skewers and potatoes were tough. A third fish dish was completely overcooked and inedible. Given the high prices, this quality is unacceptable. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend Lisboa at the moment and will not be visiting it again anytime soon.

First the positive: the food was good… Aaaabut: the place smells of smoke, even though it's a non-smoking place, there's a huge TV that's on all the time (a bit unpleasant), and that's all still possible... Then came the drinks, the Coca-Cola glass had black spots on the letters on the inside, I was able to scratch it off with my nail, it was disgusting. The oil/vinegar dispenser was very dirty and the white vase on the table had already received a lot of sauce splatters. The “best” came at the end: we ordered two espressos and there was a bug (small cockroach?) in mine… Unfortunately a complete disappointment!!!
