We wanted to place an order for delivery on 4/30/25. We were linked to Lieferando via the Portofino homepage and placed our order for our guests there. When there was still no delivery after 1.5 hours, we asked the restaurant. We were informed that we would no longer be working with Lieferando and that that was why we had not received the order. We should call Lieferando (!!!) and arrange for the amount already paid via PayPal to be transferred back. After we replied that we were linked via the restaurant homepage, they admitted that it was Portofino's mistake, but we should still contact Lieferando ourselves because they didn't see any contact option. There was no apology and no new delivery was offered. My guests stayed hungry that evening and I was incredibly embarrassed. Obviously not the Portofino, it's unbelievable, but even after more than a week, the error hasn't been fixed: You are still linked to the Lieferando page and can diligently place orders there that come to nothing. We have now at least managed to get a large part of the money back from Lieferando. Of course we insist on the total! It is of course up to us to take care of this now. An absolute disgrace, I've never experienced anything like it.

I don't know what to write, I ordered the 72, the food came to my house without sauce, I complained about it, an apology came, the chef is in a state of stress, I got a new meal because the food came back without sauce, so I regulated it again and the young lady on the phone was very stupid. I had her read out the number 72 that the food was with sauce and everyone was of the opinion that there was no sauce. Then I let the food go back completely and my wife then Eaten cold without me, that's a poor service. I've never experienced that before, thanks for nothing and for a messy Saturday evening

So far we have only ordered cocktails, today we thought that since they have always been great, we would also order food. It's a shame the burger was half black, half white, the croupe looked like it hadn't even been open and the bread was snow white. We called to report this and the man on the phone was very unfriendly and insulting, but new food was brought to us, the burger looked a little better, the croupe looked exactly the same as the first one, it's a shame. Both deliveries were cold. The taste was okay...

Instead of a margarita, a pizza with gyros was packed, the 3 year old child was super disappointed, the pizza with spicy salami didn't taste good, my Eider pizza didn't taste good either, the result was a lot of pizza in the trash can and significantly too expensive. Certainly not again.

Never had such a bad croque. The bread was black on the side and on the top + on the other side it didn't see any heat and was "not done". How do you even manage that? Was that next to the oven? Salad not fresh either. It's a shame about the money. It was inedible and impossible to eat.

If there were zero stars, then this delivery service would have exactly deserved them. We ordered a pizza and Gyros Metaxa with cheese. The food came quickly and the driver was very nice. Unfortunately that was the only positive thing. The pizza was cold and still raw inside. The Gyros Metaxa with cheese was so horrible. The meat was gristly and had the consistency of shredded turkey if you fry it for too long. The cheese was simply included and the dish was soaked in sauce. Absolute disgrace for the price of €16.00. I contacted the delivery service by phone and they discussed it with me directly. The pizza wouldn't be cold because it could be hot in the box for up to an hour. This is not true but the Lord was convinced of it. He also told me that the pizza couldn't be raw because it goes into the oven for 3 minutes and 13 seconds. So if you can get a pizza through in an oven in just over 3 minutes, you're definitely doing something wrong. I'm a restaurateur myself and I know how it works. At least an apology would have been appropriate instead he asks me what I want now? I asked to get my money back. However, that wouldn't work. I should call again the next day because the boss will be there. Customer friendliness is zero! So we will never order there again! This is really underground!

So, I'm calling. Then I say what I want. I get a time, I'm there 15-25 minutes later, I get my food, it's fresh and delicious... 4 minutes later I'm sitting there eating. Anyone who is so decadent and lazy that they don't want to run 500m and would rather have it delivered... Sry, it's your own fault.
