I have now ordered several times at large intervals and the goods I ordered always arrived correctly and always very hot, even despite the distance from Trier West Filsch. The quality of the food has not decreased for me for years. I'm surprised by the bad reviews... I will continue to order there... I ordered food and it didn't even come 😂

Delivery time 1 hour. After 1:15 we were asked and told that it would take 35 minutes longer due to meaningless excuses. No advance information, nothing. Very very bad service

Had meatballs with fries and sauce this was very salty and was spread over the fries which made everything even saltier. The meatballs looked completely gray and had a fishy aftertaste, all in all inedible.

We wanted to order 23 pizzas today, but this wasn't possible because they didn't trust us and it was only possible on site with advance payment! After a total of two hours the pizzas were ready! Some pizzas arrived as if they had been thrown into a box and were really a disgrace! The taste is rather below average. Never again for me! Disaster! I only wish them bad things! I've rarely experienced something like that.

I ordered pizza with extra bacon, it came cold and without bacon but I had to pay €1.20 extra. The pizza wasn't sliced, spring rolls didn't have a dip and to top it off the baked feta cheese with onions, garlic, peppers, tomatoes and tomato sauce was a tomato bloat with a few cubes of feta cheese, not feta cheese, two rings of peppers and baked pizza cheese. After complaining on the phone, not even an apology. I can only advise against ordering anything there because some of the ingredients are no longer fresh.

7.90 euros for organic waste! We ordered pizza from Amore Heimservice (pizza pepperoni). This took a very long time to be delivered. Unfortunately the pizza was cold upon delivery! In addition, it is also oversalted and overloaded with cheese. One of the worst things I've ever eaten. Ended up in the trash after a few bites.
