Pizza Royal in Idar-Oberstein

We wanted to order 23 pizzas today, but this wasn't possible because they didn't trust us and it was only possible on site with advance payment! After a total of two hours the pizzas were ready! Some pizzas arrived as if they had been thrown into a box and were really a disgrace! The taste is rather below average. Never again for me! Disaster! I only wish them bad things! I've rarely experienced something like that.

Very bad restaurant, staff very unfriendly. You order food, wait 3 hours and then you call and supposedly there is no house number. Even though you have already ordered there several times. Then you just hang up.

Very fast delivery, everything freshly prepared, very friendly staff. You can simply taste the quality! I have ordered here a few times and have always been very satisfied

I don't normally write reviews, but this experience forced me to. The food was simply a disaster: there were bones in the dish, the cheese in the cheeseball was burnt, the wrong vegetables and unsuitable sauces were found in the kebab, which was also delivered cold. Our guests and we had to wait a very long time only to end up with inedible food. An order was initially forgotten and only arrived after an even longer wait - but even then the drinks were missing. When the drinks were finally delivered the bill turned out to be much higher than correct. The supplier did not speak German and refused to refund the overcharged amount. We were forced to go to the restaurant to clarify the problem. But instead of receiving understanding or an apology, the boss treated us with incredible unfriendliness, shouted at us and finally wanted to throw us out of the restaurant. We have never experienced such disrespectful behavior. This incident was reported to the health department. An absolute disaster - and unfortunately not just when it comes to food, absolutely not a restaurant worth recommending.

We were very disappointed, very long delivery time even though Lieferando had indicated 30 minutes, the delivery only came after 1 1/2 hours, even after asking 3 times there was no apology, the food was warm but the quality was satisfactory

I ordered via Lieferando and accidentally gave the wrong house number, so I called them. He said he would change that... 5 minutes later the call said the driver was already on the way and we should please go outside the door. Ok, that's how we did it. My friend waited outside in the freezing cold for over 1 1/2 hours until I got a message from Lieferando that the driver had set off... so I waited another 15-20 minutes. It was stated that it would take 20-30 minutes for the food to arrive. Nobody was reachable there the whole time. My friend then wanted to complain to the driver, but he could hardly speak German. I had actually already lost my desire for the pizza... then even more so when I ate it. Never had such a bad pizza before...the base of one was also like cardboard...not crispy, nothing The other one is a bit crispy, but already black in places... Both pizzas tasted bad... every frozen pizza tastes better Never again at this store!!

After waiting for almost 2 hours, the order wasn't even started... After asking, I received several contradictory statements and in the end the person on the phone even shouted aggressively. No understanding or accommodation at all.

Burger buns smelled old and musty. Burgers were cold. Jägerschnitzel inedible. Champion sauce also tasted old and musty. Delivery was about 20 minutes late and cheeseballs had been forgotten.

No star would be even better. Order placed and confirmed by email. Answering machine informs about company holidays.😡

Ordered and picked up this delicious pizza. Was ready a little later than the stated pick-up time, but it was therefore super fresh! Crispy to the center of the pizza and topped to the edge. Top!

The food was extremely poor. Delivery times are sometimes extremely exceeded. Things won't go well like this for much longer

Impossible! We ordered via the app and received a confirmation but no delivery. After asking by phone, the gentleman said we had ordered incorrectly and that we had allegedly provided the wrong telephone number. We should ask Lieferando. And then he just hung up. So we waited over 1 hour for our food and didn't get it and we also had very unfriendly contact. Never again!

I ordered yesterday and got food poisoning, thank you very much! If I could, I wouldn't even give it one star

We have already ordered several times. Food has always been delivered quickly and tasted very good to us.

Tasted very good but unfortunately delivered ice cold. Ice was already liquid. The cola wasn't even delivered. When we tried to clarify this over the phone, we were given a number and simply hung up. Mind you, with a goods value of just under €70. Customer friendliness is zero

They always take a long time to deliver when you order and they almost always arrive an hour and a half late, very poor delivery service

In the app there are offers for pizza and pasta dishes (only for pick-up) when I wanted to buy pasta dishes it said that only pizza was on offer even though both were listed in the app. And one day the delivery was 30 minutes late and the sauce was forgotten and the wrong pizza size was delivered

Caution!!!! We had sour meat in the lasagna... Tomorrow I will call the responsible veterinary office in Birkenfwld directly. I also want my money back. I wasn't understood properly on the phone because of the language barrier.

Ordered yesterday (February 3, 2024), prices were raised many times over, food N.I.N. (probably cooked to save energy because the food was cold) whole slices of ham in the Italian salad, thrown in completely carelessly, but the main thing is that the money is right... my recommendation, NOT order more THERE... do it yourself!!! Absolute no-go. It's a waste of money

It tastes underground and the hygienic conditions are unbearable. I've already found various things in Royal's food that don't belong there, be it hair or black, indefinable dirt. It is inexplicable to me that such a restaurant can survive in IO while so many other, better ones have to close. Anyone who thinks the food here is good must have grown up in a North Korean overdraft camp and their only meal there must have been rats they caught themselves.

Pizza arrived on time after a 3 hour wait. When it was there you have to admit it was perfectly soaked in fat and tasted perfect. If I ever want to burn money again, I will order again.

Ordered a kebab pizza with additional ham. What do you get: an inedible rag with tomato sauce and what appears to be some ham. Once and never again. incredibly bad

We ordered via Lieferando and waited for over 2 hours, even though the order should already be delivered according to Lieferando. The pizza and pizza bread were cold and tasted warmed up.

Ordered at 6:40 p.m. and the “food” didn’t arrive until 9:10 p.m. and was completely cold and inedible! We had to call twice and were always told the driver was leaving and the food should be there soon! Then the driver called and couldn't find the address, so we had to go meet the driver... 3 kebabs almost no meat 1 kebab without meat! And otherwise inedible! Fries cold just like the kebab plate Sorry but never again! What Pizza Royal calls “food” ended up completely in the trash. I do not recommend Pizza Royal!

Solide Pizza. Die Schnitzel kann man empfehlen, ordentliche Portionen, Preis-Leistung passt. Bei Lieferung kommt das Essen immer heiß an. Kulinarisches Essen sollte man hier jedoch nicht erwarten.

Not sure why so many down votes, but what I got I enjoyed. The pakora chicken nuggets are great. The samosas were tasty. The pizza was good enough, better than most places I have had. The Indian food is good enough too. Everything arrived hot and ready to eat. I will order this again for sure and try more.

Habe gestern seit Langem wieder dort bestellt und weiss auch, warum ich es schon so lange nicht mehr getan habe. 08/15-Pizza, die zwar essbar ist, aber nicht besonders schmeckt. Keine frischen Champignons, Paprika scheinbar auch aus dem Glas und die Pizza war sehr fettig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht mehr gerechtfertigt. Lieferzeit betrug eine Stunde, bei 5€ Liefergebühr. Wenn es was Geliefertes sein soll, wohl okay, aber lecker, frisch und günstig ist es leider nicht gerade.

Gute schmackhafte Speisen. Preise der Pizza-Royal-Homepage sind nicht aktualisiert, echte Preise deutlich höher im Angebotsflyer vor Ort.

Viele verschiedene Gerichte, verschiedener Nationalitäten, die gut schmecken. Einzigartige riesen Pommes! Tagesangebote. Lieferservice auch über Lieferando.. Ebenerdig. Rollstuhl geeignet. Leider nur begrenzte Parkplätze in der Nähe.

Die Pizzeria hat mir meine erste Mahlzeit in die neue Wohnung geliefert. Wir waren sehr zu frieden mit der Qualität, dem Preis und der Schnelligkeit. Ich habe meinen Lieferdienst gefunden. Macht weiter so.

Das erste Mal dort bestellt aber sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal. Essen kam zwar etwas verspätet aber mein Gott gibt schlimmeres. Das essen war nicht warm sonder heiss . Super nur. Auch der Fahrer war sehr freundlich. Weiter so👍👍

Wir haben schon seht oft dort bestellt, waren immer zufrieden. Klar wurde mal eine Vorbestellung vergessen die dann eben später eintraf, kann passieren. Dafür wurde sich auch mit einem Preisnachlass entschuldigt. Die letzten beiden Male allerdings hab ich zwei verschiedene Schnitzel bestellt die ich auch vorher schon öfter hatte. Bei beiden bekam ich eine andere Soße als bestellt und das ist schon ärgerlich. Heute hatte ich Hollandaise Schnitzel bestellt, war auch alles wie in der Spresisekarte nur das wichtigste war falsch 😭 anstatt Sauce Hollandaise bekam ich eine Rahmsoße und das geht gar nicht!!!! (ausgerechnet an meinem Geburtstag) Bitte achtet da besser drauf sonst habt ihr gute Kunden verloren!

Bis auf einmal wo mir statt Schafkäse Mozarellasticks gelierfert wurden kann ich mich nicht beschweren! Burger sind top! Bis jetzt im Vergleich zu den anderen nie Probleme gehabt was die Wartezeit anging, komisch. Bei mir waren sie öftermals sogar schneller als die angegebenen 60min!

Etwas heruntergekommen es gibt eine große Auswahl an essen das alles ganz OK schmeckt aber auch nichts besonderes. Der Junge Mann hinter der Theke ist mir aber sehr sympathisch

Schnelle Lieferzeit, Soße vom Döner auch sehr lecker, nur leider ist der Döner ziemlich "dünn" & das Fleisch sieht aus wie aus einem Discounter.

Wir haben in dem Restaurant Gespeißt. Wir haben nach Bestellung knapp 2 min auf unseren Salat gewartet und nur 8min Danach kann das Hauptgericht. Alles Super lecker und nur 8€ Schnitzel am Schnitzel Tag. Ich hätte lieben gerne auch mehr gezahlt es ist einfach nur bombe.Kann ich Weiterempfehlen! Bedingung Super Nett und von der Sauberkeit ist es sehr Gut. Und der Innenraum ist auch einfach nur Toll!!

Sie haben sich ziemlich gebessert. Wir bestellen oft da. Die Pommes sind mittlerweile essbar, die Burger sind bombastisch, das Rumpsteak ist sehr gut wenn man Medium rare angibt, Krabbencocktail auch gut. Es ist stark abhängig davon, was man bestellt. Viele Gerichte sind sehr ertränkt in Soße. Die Wartezeit war auch mal viel länger. Finde es vollkommen okay

Schnelle Bedienung und gute Qualität für einen angenehmen niedrigen du Preis. Und da man auch einen Blick in die Küche werfen kann, hat man auch ein gutes Gefühl, Wegen der Sauberkeit.

Kann ich empfehlen . Es ist auch dazu noch ein schneller Lieverservice vorhanden

Super Schnitzel! Gehe mindestens zwei- bis dreimal im Monat hierhin. Auch Cheeseballs und die Hamburger sind sehr zu empfehlen. Pizza schmecken leider nicht so gut. Daher auch ein Punkt Abzug.

Essen ist super, Preise auch, einziges Manko ist die Wartezeit. Dauert ab und an mal ein bisschen,aber warten lohnt sich
