You shouldn't order through any delivery services, but apparently from Benen itself. It takes an incredibly long time for the order to arrive. I've been waiting for 1.5 hours even though they're right on Warendorfer. Unfortunately extremely unpleasant!

We just ordered there for the second time and it was perfect again. Food was hot and super tasty!! Will definitely order again. Absolute recommendation :)

Insults on the phone when I asked when the order would arrive because the store was about to close. The employee just hung up on me, insulted and when I asked if I would get my money back, I was yelled at. The order did not arrive, which is fine if it is then officially canceled by Smileys itself. Thanks to Lieferando I was helped, Smileys itself no longer answered my calls.

I have ordered pizza from Ciao several times and am always very satisfied. The food was always warm and the fries were usually nice and crispy. Delivery usually takes place even faster than announced - often after 20 minutes instead of the stated 30 minutes. The service is extremely polite and friendly. I can definitely recommend Ciao Pizza!
