Pizzeria La Casa in Issum

Driver came back, tuna salad without cheese, I was so angry, I said to the driver, you can take the whole shit with you, paid 16.50 but didn't have any food, they delivered the wrong food, it's not the first time, I'm going to contact the landlord, that's not how you treat customers, a citizen of Issum

Not recommended! Some of the food is cold and simply doesn't taste good/fresh. The staff is unfriendly and very disinterested in the customer... They speak broken German, don't make proper eye contact, and criticism is certainly not accepted. The shop didn't seem particularly clean either. The driver who delivers the food doesn't seem to take the 30 and 20 km/h zones in the village seriously... I've witnessed him several times now driving past people way too fast and sometimes even cutting them off. Simply outrageous and, above all, irresponsible.

Bad food....hardly any flavor, long delivery times, arrived cold. The pizza delivery driver doesn't understand the simplest things and is also cheeky and unfriendly...never again

Good pizza, but the kebab is also recommended.

The kebab was decent, although I've had better, the service was nice, but there was no option to pay by card.

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food, as we haven't ordered from there in a very long time. But it would be great if the drivers didn't drive past the horse farm as if it were a highway. Dogs and cats roam freely there, children play, and the horses are outside. Even at 8:45 p.m., you don't have to drive there at 40-50 km/h!!!!! A little thought would help. Unfortunately, I don't have an email address to write to them directly, and I'm far too angry to call right now.

You simply can't pay by card here. The biggest negative point

Never again, preferably zero stars! Every time we order there, something is wrong. The fries look like they were fried the day before, and they taste that way too. Another time, I had a baked doner kebab with the crispy doner meat advertised, which looked quite pink and was very raw, most likely undercooked. When I complained, they said we had ordered shortly before closing time and couldn't get anything made until the next day. The end result: I was left with no food. Their suggested solution: I should buy a €10 voucher and would get an €11 voucher. Absolute cheek! I was supposed to spend another €10 to get €1 free. And three days later, my brother had a squashed snail in his doner salad. That's a no-go. Never again; this is a clear case of poor hygiene and service.

Wow, the food was really delicious! I and the whole family enjoyed it. The staff was very polite and friendly. We will definitely come back and can only recommend it.

There were several hairs in the food and had brutal stomach pains after eating.

It was ordered 45 minutes before the store closed. Then something was forgotten and they said it was closed. Really a bottomless cheek. The last time I ordered there was. Thank you

The food came 2 hours late (even though we called 3 times in the meantime - always only broken German). It was always “food comes, food comes” Then the kebabs were incorrectly topped and some were cold. In addition, the fries were over-fried and chewy. I'll never order from them again and can't recommend them to you at all!!! I hope they go bankrupt...

Food that came 1.5 hours late and was delivered warm. The dough is too thick and no taste. The toppings on the pizza are far too few. Large salami pizza only 6 slices is really not much

Super friendly and very tasty. Pizza is great, the schnitzels taste very good too. Delivery is also very punctual.

I always like to order here. Very friendly and the food is good too. I can't say anything about the delivery service because I always pick up. But what really struck me was that the delivery people simply didn't pay attention to the traffic signs and instead raced through Issum as if they were on a race track. The ambience isn't the nicest, but that doesn't bother me because I eat at home. Otherwise everything is okay!!!!!

We always like to order here. The taste varies sometimes but usually it is really tasty. The guys are friendly and always try hard. Plus, the price here is right 😉

Fast and tasty pizzas with good toppings, but not Italian

Food comes late if it comes at all! You always have to call. We've tried it there several times but that's a no-go. Food is also cold.

Delicious dishes and a good price/performance ratio. Delivery within 45 minutes. The complete Staff very friendly!

In Issum mit einer der besten Imbisse, das Essen ist lecker und die Preise sind immer noch Top.

Insgesamt sehr hohes Potenzial, Preis Leistung stimmt hier in jedem Fall. Manchmal fehlt etwas Salz, oder es ist zu viel. Aber die Nudeln mit Sahnesoße sind wirklich sehr gut. Auch die Pommes schmecken hier meistens sehr gut. Extra Wünsche müssen aber betont werden, die werden in der App z.B. häufig überlesen.

Der beste Imbiss in Issum. Pizza & Dönergerichte werden mit frischen Zutaten belegt und schmecken demnach auch Top. Nur zu empfehlen!

Das Essen war für uns immer sehr gut. Die Döner Pizza ist mein Favorit. Wir bestellen sehr gerne zur Mittagspause dort. Sonderwünsche werden prompt umgesetzt.

Die Pizza ist lecker, der Salat ist ok....es ist eher eine Pizzeria, in der man abholt, bringen dauert ca 1 Std, auch schon mal länger.... Der Pizzabäcker ist flexibel und immer bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Dabei ist er freundlich und sehr übersichtlich.......!!! Man bestellt also telefonisch, bekommt eine Abholzeit. Alles ok. Es gibt Tagesangebote, die verlockend sind, sehr günstig!!! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich gut!!! Ich bestelle sicherlich wieder dort....

Lässt stark nach.. vor ein paar Jahren war es echt oke. Die Lieferzeit ist mittlerweile oft lang. Auch die Qualität vom Essen wird nicht besser .. War mal besser, schade !

Wenn Nudeln, Pizza oder Döner in Issum, dann LaCasa. Qualitativ und geschmacklich das beste Fastfood im Dorf, super nette Mitarbeiter und schnelle Lieferung.

Sehr leckere Pizzabrötchen. Zudem ist die Portion sehr großzügig. Wir haben vor Ort abgeholt. Ist nur zu empfehlen.

Ich finde diese Dönerbude einfach lecker. Geschmack ist ja immer subjektiv. Objektiv, sehr netter Inhaber und was ich sehen kann, sehr sauber.

Der Döner ist leider nicht mehr so lecker wie früher, da das Brot oft zu kross ist und das Fleisch auch teilweise schwarz.Dazu kommt, dass die Zutaten und Saucen nicht sehr gut sxhmecken. Dafür muss man aber sagen, dass die Pizza und die Pizzabrötchen ganz klar schmackhafter geworden sind. Empfehlenswert sind die Ausführungen mit Salami. Schnitzel, Nudeln und Salat Gerichte kann ich, ähnlich wie den Döner, leider auch nicht gut bewerten, weshalb sich eigentlich nur die Pizzen lohnen. Der Lieferservice ist allerdings immer schnell und hält auch die Zeitangaben ein, die am Telefon gemacht werden. Um es auf den Punkt zubringen: Wer eine durchweg gute Pizza haben will, aber nicht zum Italiener will, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Wer allerdings Döner,Salate usw. haben will, ist bei der Konkurrenz in Issum besser aufgehoben.
