Insults on the phone when I asked when the order would arrive because the store was about to close. The employee just hung up on me, insulted and when I asked if I would get my money back, I was yelled at. The order did not arrive, which is fine if it is then officially canceled by Smileys itself. Thanks to Lieferando I was helped, Smileys itself no longer answered my calls.

I ordered yesterday via Lieferando. The notification came relatively quickly that the driver was on the way. From then on it took an unusually long time - perhaps the driver got lost. Pizza was almost cold, ice cream had thawed. Unfortunately, the pizza itself was also very bad: drowned in chili sauce, soggy, little other toppings. I really didn't have anything else, otherwise I would have thrown them away halfway through. It's a real shame, the idea and combinations for toppings and options like whole wheat dough sounded so good 😔

This is not the first time that I and my family have ordered pizza for myself and my family at the weekend and I am generally satisfied. The delivery time sometimes varies from what is stated on the app but that can always happen, so I am very sorry for the bad reviews. I hope that you can have a better experience next time. I like the guys and fulfill my every wish. Thanks for that.

I ordered a pizza despite the bad reviews. The pizza arrived relatively quickly for a holiday. Overall I'm happy with a delicious experience.

Fast and nice service, good food. Always happy. It was even possible to customize the ingredients on site and get the “Ring of Fire” vegetarian, even though it is no longer on the regular menu. Top! 👍 / Update 11/1/24: Delivery only after almost 1.5 hours, no information about the delay, when asked by phone they said: "just an oven". Calzone lukewarm, flattened and a bit squishy. Too bad. You could do that better.

I ordered via Lieferando. The picture of the pizza probably speaks for itself. Maybe the delivery person has to run over them on the way. I can't explain such a sight any other way. It's also a shame how dried out the shrimp are. The intestines could also have been removed.

I can say that it is the best pizza I have eaten in Germany.😊

An hour late, food cold. The pizza toppings had already dried on the box. Really not ok for a pizza over twenty euros!

The food was simply amazing...I ordered a pasta casserole. I got cooked pasta with some ready-made sauce. Even I can't cook that badly. You can't eat that. Sorry

Even though the store was empty, they hardly noticed us and it took probably 10 minutes before we could place our order. The additional toppings ordered were hardly available. Otherwise the pizza was OK. Even though it was restaurant prices, the pizza was served in a cardboard box and there was no cutlery. Even my wife's pasta was served without cutlery and in an aluminum bowl. Only after asking were wooden cutlery given. Abiente was like a tent party. We would have been better off going to our Italian restaurant, everything would have been right there and it would have been cheaper too.

Preferably -100 stars. I ordered a pizza through Lieferrando and unfortunately entered the wrong address. Because of this it was outside the delivery area, instead of giving the money back I was personally insulted and humiliated by the boss on the phone. I should pick up the pizza there or I'm out of luck. Now I have 15 euros less and still an empty stomach. INCREDIBLE. WHAT A DIRTY STORE. I will NEVER eat here AGAIN!!!!!!

Soft, uncooked dough. Just half melted cheese. It's quite possible that it was because I had extras and the surface became thicker as a result. But then you can put two and two together and leave the pizza in the oven for 2 minutes longer. From what I received yesterday, there doesn't seem to be any final quality control. Next time you'll go to the stone oven pizzeria around the corner

I order there regularly. The employees are friendly and the order is always correct. I like the pizza.

Really nice pizzas, plenty of options for toppings and the prices are great. Delivery works great but you also get a discount if you pick up yourself.

Bestelle oft den Caesars Salad und es war immer gut. Dieses Mal scheint viel gespart worden zu sein. Wenig Salat, Hähnchen (obwohl sogar Garnelen abbestellt), Croutons. Allgemein fehlt von allem ein Viertel. Zudem war der Salat teils leider nicht ganz frisch und braun. Sehr schade. Hoffe, dass sich das nicht allgemein geändert hat.

Pizza-Qualität gut, aber vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eine Katastrophe!

Die Pizza war sehr lecker, ich habe jedoch ohne Pizzarand mit teriyaki Sauce bestellt. Ich bekam jedoch eine Pizza mit Rand und Barbecue Sauce. War trotzdem die beste Pizza die ich in Münster gegessen habe

Also ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen wirklich nicht verstehen. Die Slalate, Pizzabrötchen und Käserandpizzen sind mit Abstand die Besten aus Münster. Die Preise sind auch völlig normal, eher günstiger als der Durchschnitt! Ich bestelle hier immer gerne.

Pizza war sehr lecker und die Größe mehr als okay aber der Preis ist wohl etwas zu hoch. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Gut, die Pizzen sind ein ticken teurer als bei anderen Läden, jedoch ist die Lieferung immer unglaublich schnell und das essen immer sehr lecker. Der Käserand mit Dip ist mein Highlight.
