Delicious food and service was great

Unfortunately the delivery came later today and was incomplete. The pizza was missing. Was delivered about 1/2 hour later. The pizza is already cold. In addition, the pizza tasted bland. It's actually a shame because we were always very satisfied.

I was on the way to Berlin with a stopover in Parchim. Ordered a pizza for dinner. It was very, very tasty. My conclusion: It was very quick, friendly service and the pizza was very well topped. I can only recommend it.

Service takes forever, food is very tasty, atmosphere is dark, it could be served on the table or otherwise. Service doesn't seem motivated... What a shame

Unfortunately it was an incredibly bad kebab, the meat was way too thin and far too dry and the sauce also had something terribly pungent in it - you just can't get the taste off your tongue

Ordered 2 kebab plates for €12 each. Paid 30€ including delivery, and you can easily get what was on the plate. An absolute joke. The delivery took almost 2 hours, which is just way too long. If the food had been OK, we would have overlooked it. Sorry but we will never order here again.

Smiley's has been my preferred delivery service so far because pizza and especially the in-house pizza burgers are unbeatable for me. The drivers are always quick and friendly, which is by no means normal for delivery services. However, I recently ordered the breaded cauliflower and was sorely disappointed. The parts were ice cold and just tasted old. Even after warming up there was nothing edible about it. Based on my otherwise very good experiences, I assume that this was just an oversight and I can only hope that I won't be offered something like this again. Food from delivery services is simply too expensive for that.

A star for the STVO drivers would be appropriate

I know Smileys from Neumünster (Schleswig-Holstein) and I used to live there. Me and my husband often ordered there back then. And were always satisfied. Now I was in Greifswald for a short time for work purposes and I was happy that there were smileys in Greifswald and I immediately ordered some. What can I say? I was really shocked at how bad the food was at Smileys in Greifswald. I had a potato state casserole and a cheesecake. The casserole was unsalted and barely seasoned. The broccoli was still crunchy for a casserole. And I didn't know that they've recently started making a casserole that's actually gratinated with cheese. It's also a casserole. Have to pay for extra cheese?! Pure rip off. And the cheesecake was still frozen! When should I eat it? Tonight? I spent 14 euros with you and have never been so dissatisfied. I definitely won't order again and won't recommend it to anyone! Was really disappointed!

Döner is not the best but worth a visit just for Amigo👍
