Biggest dirty shop! Food was ordered and no one came! You have to have a job like this first!

Super delicious pizza 🍕 Very friendly staff, we ate on site, the order was very quick.

I waited over 1.5 hours for the food. A gratin. Then the EC device didn't work. I had to pump my neighbor. And then drive to the bank to get money. After the change of ownership the store was in poor condition.

It was very tasty and tasted very good😋 I can only recommend it.

I ordered to be picked up today at 7 p.m., the food was ready and very hot, and I got a drink for free. I recommend it to everyone, it was very tasty

It used to be very good, but unfortunately it's getting worse and even more expensive!

Ordered at 10:30 p.m., requested at 11:15 p.m. Both croques are ready, they just need to be delivered. 11:50 p.m. a phone call to the supplier that he couldn't find the address, even though it can be found with all card providers. Never experienced such bad service.

We have ordered again for a long time. The burgers were the worst we have ever eaten. The bun was baked dark and the bottom part was more than cross. The chopped pallets were rather dark and hard at the edge, rather dried out, for over €8. One pizza was so greasy, for the other you need a magnifying glass to find the toppings. Conclusion: The free Sprite was the best.

I ordered for the first time. I am very very satisfied. Fast delivery and it was very tasty and hot. Definitely I will order here again.

Waited 2.5 hours for the food and it never came. This has happened for the second time now, even though we called and asked several times. It used to be a good shop, but has now become very bad. We don't order here anymore.

I placed my order around 6 p.m. and I didn't receive it until 10:30 p.m. I had to wait several hours for my food because they weren't able to coordinate and send the goods better.

So it's gotten really bad, I used to always order there, but today my order didn't even arrive and no one picked up the phone.

Ordered, waited 2 hours. After calling we were told that the food was on the way. Nothing ever arrived and calls were ignored. Dirty shop

We always ordered there, but today the food just wasn't right! The pizza was so greasy that the toppings alone flowed off the pizza. The citizen's box looked charred and the burger bun was definitely very crispy... The chicken wings tasted like old frying fat. Sorry, but we don't order there anymore.

We ordered online, then ordered something over the phone. When you're on the phone, loud music is playing, which makes it even more difficult to understand than it already is due to the employee's strong accent. It's almost 70 minutes. Waited and didn't even get everything. There was no change either!! NEVER AGAIN

Waited over 2.5 hours for delivery!!! Paid via PayPal. It was only after a phone call that the driver allegedly started moving. If there were negative stars - then the full 5 from me. Never again!!!!! I had to give it one star to even be able to post!!! Ordered at 6:34 p.m.... It's now 9:01 p.m. Food finally arrived.

It's been a disaster since the ownership changed. We definitely ordered for the last time three days ago. It took over 1 1/2 hours for delivery. My daughter had burger and fries. The burger was pretty thin and the fries were unsalted and limp. My son wanted western pizza with sausage in the crust. It was delivered without any sausage in the crust, otherwise it was a simple Margherita with three mini slices of limp ham. There was no minced meat or hollandaise sauce on it. That was the last order there!

I can't give more stars... Waited 2.5 hours for the food, after the second call I was given a 10% discount on the next order?! No, I won't redeem it because I won't be ordering there anymore! After the long wait, we were able to eat the cold food... and throw away the fries.

Was für ein schlechter Lieferdienst, Essen kam eine Stunde später als am Telefon gesagt. Da hat NB definitiv bessere Lieferdienste die es in einer halben Stunde schaffen. Auf jeden Fall war es das letzte Mal das Wir dort bestellt haben!!!

Hatte mir ein Croque mit Extras bestellt und ich kann sagen nie wieder das hat mit den alten Croques nichts mehr zu tun ... erst einmal über 2 Stunden Wartezeit , Essen wurde einfach in Alu gewickelt ohne Box übergeben und jetzt zum Essen, es war kalt , total schmal billig belegt und hatte extra Champions davon habe ich eine kleine Scheibe im Baguette gefunden und das für 1,50 Euro extra .... also für mich hat sich der Laden erledigt !!!

Reinste Katastrophe ....2h auf essen warten ist schon krass. Hab dann abbestellt. Was ist aus dem Ding bloß geworden 🤷‍♂️

Also..fangen wir mit der Wartezeit an. Wir haben zwei Croques und einen Salat bestellt und haben ganze Zwei Stunden gewartet was schon mal absolut unverschämt ist, ernsthaft 2 h.. weder haben wir einen aktuellen Streik noch riesige Baustellen etc. die so eine Wartezeit rechtfertigen könnten. Anmerken muss man das die Croques geschmeckt haben allerdings haben wir im Salat ein gelocktes Haar gefunden was einfach richtig eklig ist und hiermit auch unsere letzte Bestellung war. Columbus Croque haben wir direkt angerufen und informiert um dies auch persönlich mitzuteilen. Definitiv die letzte Bestellung.

🔥Absolut zu empfehlen!🔥 Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett. Wir hatten das Nordsee Croque, Pizza Arizona, Pizza Crispy Chicken und Pizza Americana. Alles war noch heiß und hat richtig lecker geschmeckt. Insgesamt eine 10/10. Ps. Macht bitte weiter so.

Bei Barzahlung hatte der Lieferant kein passendes Wechselgeld. Für letztendlich fast 15€ ein Miniauflauf und ein Crepè mit Zucker. Echt frustrierend. Nach mehrmaliger Enttäuschung werde ich nicht mehr bestellen.

Essen ist immer sehr lecker und der Liederservice ist auch gut. Manchmal dauert es ein wenig bis das Essen ankommt aber das nimmt man für den guten Geschmack gerne in Kauf

Hatte die Hähnchen Pizza. Die war sehr lecker. Geschmacklich besonders und reichlich belegt. Der Fahrer beziehungsweise der Lieferservice war ausgesprochen freundlich. Deshalb 5 Sterne

An sich alles super! Nettes Personal und tolles Essen. Aber die Preiserhöhung ist viel zu hoch!!! Absofort werde ich leider nicht mehr bestellen. Ich bin nicht bereit soviel für Fastfood zu zahlen.

Sehr leckerer Burger und Gratins. Fast das einzige Restaurant in der Stadt, wo man unter Woche nach 22:00 Uhr noch was bekommt.

Eines der besten Läden überhaupt in Neubrandenburg wenn man genau sagt was man möchte stimmt einfach immer alles. Einfach ein top laden, zum weiterempfehlen 👍

(Columbus Croque) Sollte meiner Meinung nach ganz oben eingestuft sein, ich war bei sämtlichen Pizza Lieferservices, bei allen wurde ich sehr oft, sehr enttäuscht bis hin zum Betrug haben sich da manche was erlaubt. Columbus ist immer zuverlässig, die Lieferzeit bleibt auch identisch, nicht zu lang und nicht zu kurz. Die Speisen sind sehr ordentlich und frisch, nicht zu viel fett, aber auch nicht zu wenig, es schmeckt sehr gut und anders als bei allen anderen Pizza Diensten wird man davon auch satt. Das Team und der Service ist offen und hält sich nicht von kleinen Gesprächen am Telefon fern, genauso bei der Lieferung. Die letzten beiden Male dort bestellt und abgeholt. Zubereitung war pünktlich. Aber kein Vergleich zu früherer Qualität. Es wird mittlerweile so wenig Sauce/ Remoulade raufgemacht, dass man den croque im Wasser tauchen muss, damit man den überhaupt essen kann.

Essen kam pünktlich an, und mein Croque war noch warm und reichlich belegt. Hatten mit 3 Leuten bestellt, seit dem neuen Inhaber definitiv eine Verbesserung in den Punkten: Lieferzeit, Belag und Frische! Die Crouques sind super lecker und werden jedes Mal frisch zubereitet! Die Bedingungen ist immer freundlich und locker drauf. Selten so einen guten Crouqe , gegessen, gerne wieder!
