We ordered 3 pizzas but only received 2. After two calls we were assured that the missing pizza was on its way, unfortunately it never arrived. There was also no refund. Too bad!

Today I experienced the most incompetent delivery driver ever. Despite the precise location, I waited at the apartment door for ten minutes after the doorbell rang. He then mixed up the invoice amount with my payment details and refused to give me €12 in change. Only a phone call clarified the situation. This is how you lose a regular customer.

Pizza is always super greasy. Somehow they put extra oil on it, even though I specifically wrote “without oil”. I also wrote to please call in advance and not ring the bell (for reasons) but that was not followed either. Anything can happen, but it always happens. Therefore not good service and the pizza is just soggy from the oil. It doesn't work at all.

You serve completely UNCOOKED pizza and your courier has audacity to PUSH people to tip him? Excuse me, i know it's Christmas but y'all don't have to play Grinch. DECLINE the order if you don't want to cook anymore and close, yea? Give my money back, i don't want diarrhea from raw dough.

The owner is extremely rude. Absolutely avoid this place.

The branch is an absolute disaster. I pre-ordered food via the app at 2:30 p.m. and paid online and also received an order confirmation that the order was accepted with an order number. I call at 3 p.m. and they tell me that they haven't received an order and that they can't do anything with an order number. I won't get any money back from them either. I should just order again. So you pay twice but only get food once. They supposedly don't have an email address so they can send you an order confirmation. You are presented as if you had not ordered. And the order was even placed via their app. Not even via Lieferando or anything like that. Absolutely not recommended this branch! Addendum. Now at 8 p.m. the doorbell rang unannounced with the food that I supposedly ordered at 6:30 p.m. which is an absolute lie. From then on, an hour and a half is another thing in itself. I told the driver I hadn't ordered again and had already gotten my money back from Paypal and that I wouldn't accept it. What did you think? That I didn't eat anything else during that time and that food was brought out unannounced in the evening and I thought yay my order from lunch today?

Ordered 2 pizzas on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. and delivered at 6:40 p.m. The pizzas were still warm enough. One pizza was OK, the other had no cheese in the crust (it was a promotion, on Saturday cheese in the crust was free, it was also on the bill), and it was bone dry and only hunger drove it down. Paid €37 with pizza rolls and the pizzas weren't worth it.

Delivery service is great, just like the food on site, always arrives warm and the selection of drinks has increased

Sent me the wrong size in boots and never got back to me despite me reaching out to them on EVERY PLAYFORM. Worst customer service I’ve ever had by far. I wouldn’t bother with them
