Never again! Unfortunately, absolute disaster! I called on Sunday to place an order for Tuesday afternoon at 5:30 p.m. because it was a big birthday. I was assured on the phone that everything would work and the pizza would be delivered on time - I repeated to myself that it was important that it was a birthday. When it was Tuesday (yesterday) and it was 5:30 p.m. and there was still no one there, I called where the pizza was. We were simply forgotten. What absolute chaos, children going crazy with hunger just like workers coming home from work hungry. Extremely embarrassing for me.. I organize and it doesn't come on time. First I had to discuss where the pizza was. Then I said that I wanted to speak to the boss, the man on the phone said he was the boss. I told him that I didn't want to pay the full amount due to the unpleasant circumstances I now have. He said no without compromise. Please what ? You don't deliver and you don't even come to meet me? What kind of shop is this? Well, I repeated myself and said again that I wouldn't pay the full amount and then said no again. I was so complex about how to treat your customers like that. Then I said that I would at least like some other compensation. Hardly understood on the phone, just so yeah. Apart from that, I felt like I had to repeat my address 30 times on the phone because the employee/boss barely spoke German. Everything is pretty tiring. When he finally arrived half an hour late and everyone was half starving, they brought two drinks and two salads as compensation. Unfortunately, it's pretty sad because if I hadn't had so much hair on it, I would have had a touch of nothing. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't that tasty either. Service is absolutely catastrophe. Thanks for nothing - I'd rather spend more money and get it on time and it tastes good!

According to the menu with onions and mushrooms. These were not included. I then called Smyrna to submit my complaint. This was done with the words "I have to work here, I don't have time to always write WhatsApp". Because the Lord no longer responded to what I wrote. And “they get upset because of the lack of onions”, “I won’t take the salad back just because of the onions and mushrooms”. Conclusion: Smyrna cannot handle criticism and customers (loyalty/complaints). And you don't care what happens after you pay! He lost me as a customer with the campaign and I can only recommend the delivery service to a limited extent. Because if something is missing from the order or is not correct. Then you stay hungry! Although good tips were ALWAYS given. He doesn't care. Disappointing... And about the salad, now the picture is attached. Two cucumber slices, a tomato slice, two pieces of butter chicken with sauce on a few leaves of iceberg lettuce. WITHOUT advertised onions and mushrooms! For comparison, the salad is on a dessert plate (small flat plate) and a normal fork.

Today I ordered a pizza using Lieferando. My delivery time was supposed to be 15:50. I waited till 16:10 and tried reaching them through their land phone..I tried 5 to 6 times and after that they responded. The reason why I orders the food online is because I am sick and I need to take my medicine, so before that I need to eat my food. Luckily they attended my 7th call, they were not even listening anything. They simply saying that the delivery will take another one hour and they simply cut the call. I paid the money and this is what I am getting from them. Never ever in my life I will order at this restaurant.. if I give could them 0 star, which is what they deserve, I would have given that. Unfortunately 0 star is not possible in this review system.
