K2 Pizza Burger & co. in Ulm

Never again! Unfortunately, absolute disaster! I called on Sunday to place an order for Tuesday afternoon at 5:30 p.m. because it was a big birthday. I was assured on the phone that everything would work and the pizza would be delivered on time - I repeated to myself that it was important that it was a birthday. When it was Tuesday (yesterday) and it was 5:30 p.m. and there was still no one there, I called where the pizza was. We were simply forgotten. What absolute chaos, children going crazy with hunger just like workers coming home from work hungry. Extremely embarrassing for me.. I organize and it doesn't come on time. First I had to discuss where the pizza was. Then I said that I wanted to speak to the boss, the man on the phone said he was the boss. I told him that I didn't want to pay the full amount due to the unpleasant circumstances I now have. He said no without compromise. Please what ? You don't deliver and you don't even come to meet me? What kind of shop is this? Well, I repeated myself and said again that I wouldn't pay the full amount and then said no again. I was so complex about how to treat your customers like that. Then I said that I would at least like some other compensation. Hardly understood on the phone, just so yeah. Apart from that, I felt like I had to repeat my address 30 times on the phone because the employee/boss barely spoke German. Everything is pretty tiring. When he finally arrived half an hour late and everyone was half starving, they brought two drinks and two salads as compensation. Unfortunately, it's pretty sad because if I hadn't had so much hair on it, I would have had a touch of nothing. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't that tasty either. Service is absolutely catastrophe. Thanks for nothing - I'd rather spend more money and get it on time and it tastes good!

Delivery time twice as long as stated. Burgers, pizza, pasta, squid rings were all cold. All cheap products sold expensively by discounters. Pizza dough not homemade. Cheapest beef patties. Never again. If I could, I would give it 5 negative stars. Shame on you to sell such food.

Neither the prices online nor those in the store were right. Food wasn't very appealing, very little chicken in my rice dish even though it cost 9 euros (collect yourself)

1. Pattie half the size of the bread itself, a total rip off 2. Cheeseburger was ordered, but normal burger was delivered. Very cheeky for such a small pattie hidden in a large burger bread. Delivery time was good, the rest 0 stars I can't judge the other food

Mega Pizzeria... Lange nichtmehr so eine gute pizza gegessen wie gestern!

So jetzt muss ich wirklich Mal eine Bewertung schreiben: Wir/ich bestimmt schon 50mal dort bestellt, ging immer schnell, immer pünktlich, das Essen ist top (bisher gegessen wurden alle möglichen Pizzen, Salat, Pommes und die Pfannkuchen)...also nur positives, eine Bereicherung für die Weststadt seit die da sind 👌

Also ich habe ja jegliche Art von Burger probiert, doch ich muss sagen ihr habt einer der besten Burgers in Ulm. Bleib bitte so wie ihr seid. Werde definitiv wieder bestellen.

Nach einem jahr immer noch TOP GESCHMACK ist sogar besser geworden !!! Die meisten neue läden lassen den Geschmack nach. Die bude wird ein zeichen in ulm sein wenn es heißt pizza oder burger!!!!

Als Italiener finde ich die Pizza bei K2 sehr lecker!

Sehr gut! Weiter so! So, nach der dritten Bestellung und Lieferung kann ich ‚aus Erfahrung‘ sagen: Spitze. Bestelle immer per WhatsApp - bekomme sofort Feedback, angegebene Lieferzeiten wurden bisher immer unterboten. Bisher nur Pizza bestellt - aber kann mir gut vorstellen, dass die anderen Speisen auch so gut zubereitet sind. Das wichtigste: nicht über lieferando bestellen. Dann müssen die Lokalen nicht noch extra Provision an die abdrücken.

Tolles Essen !!!!! , Mega !!! selbergemachte Burger !!!! . leider wird mit salz und Pfeffer etwas gespart :-) . Aber natürlich !!! gibt es 5 MEGA ! LECKERE ! STERNE !! *****

Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe unterwegs, es war sehr lecker. Die Organisation war super. Auch Kontaktaufnahme per WhatsApp ging super und super netter Service. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Unschlagbar, wir kommen extra aus Stuttgart um hier zu essen. Der geschmack ist wirklich einzigartig, alles frisch und sehr freundlicher Service. Wer noch nicht hier war, verpasst was!
