Great, everything tastes great, pizza, pasta and salad, we can only recommend it. Boss is also super nice. I will be ordering here much more often. Only the ordering system is pretty stupid, but once you understand it, it works 😂

A real surprise. Although it is on an empty street, the pizzas we ordered were on point, they looked like commercial pizzas, with stretchable cheese and an adequate proportion of ingredients. I think it is better to go, you are guaranteed a product at its ideal temperature and beautiful to look at. In addition, the person who attended was very friendly. I recommend it.

Basically still very warm upon delivery. Both the pasta and the pizzas taste very good.

For God's sake I've never experienced anything like that!!!!! I ordered a pizza that was burnt. So my children were happy all day and then something like this happens. My little Johannes even threw up! Sorry not recommended. Staff was super nice but otherwise nope. I actually love pizza but that just wasn't possible. I hope you change something. I ordered my cola zero but it was normal cola. My husband has diabetes and that didn't work at all. Yesterday was a holiday so I couldn't even go out and buy something tasty to drink. Even my husband makes better pizza there. Pure waste of money!!!!

Hello, I'm really very disappointed. I ordered a party pizza from you and the pizza arrived burnt, really outrageously! The waiting time was also excessively long. We were told that the pizza would arrive in 1 hour, then we were told that it would be half an hour, then again that the pizza would be there in 15 minutes. That's not possible. I ordered a party pizza and two salads for 37€ too expensive and the fact that it arrived burnt and extremely dry was a big disappointment for such a long wait. The worst pizza I have eaten, I also left a complaint with them over the phone and didn't get my money back for the same pizza again and they said what was it?? A really small pizza that was super oily and burnt on the edge, that's a real shame, I've never experienced anything like that before. I don't recommend it to anyone and will never order anything here again.

I don't think that works at all, you can eat it but never again. The staff are very polite and friendly but the pizza is much too dry, the edges are completely burnt, the salad is also much too dry, the sauce could save it a bit, we had to wait 90 minutes wait even though it should actually be there in 60 minutes, it's a huge disappointment, especially the pizza, it's not good at all, it's much too dry and the edge is burnt, it's also very hard and for a party pizza it was the size of a family pizza, the food It didn't taste good at all. I called because it didn't work at all and they said we would get a new pizza as compensation. Now I'm waiting for my pizza. I hope I won't be so disappointed again. I've never had anything like that before, but the service has it I understood the criticism and said we would get a new one. The meal cost a total of €37. I don't think the price for the meal was understandable at all, especially because it didn't even taste good. Unfortunately, I only looked at the reviews after ordering and I regret it I was hoping that it wouldn't be a disappointment, unfortunately the food wasn't good at all. That's not meant to be bad, but I'm just giving my own opinion. I thought because it has a 4 star rating it would be good, but many other reviews also say that the food is just not good, as I said, polite staff but bad food a lot expensive and waited far too long I ordered a party pizza and instead got a pizza that was at least the size of a family pizza and was dry, hard and had burnt edges. I also had 2 salads that were also very small and dry and the sauce could have been used I definitely won't be ordering some of the salad again, but of course everyone should make up their own mind, and at least that's my impression of it.

Everything delicious !! Homemade pasta and delicious brownies!! I can still rate it 5 stars after 2 years! Great food!! ☺️

Delivery came on time. Pizza was totally greasy and tasteless. The edge was relatively hard. A pity..

Today I had Spaghetti Bufala Piccante and a small mixed salad with balsamic dressing. First of all, the positive: the salad was okay, the dressing had a strong taste. However, a somewhat unclear aftertaste and the consistency lead me to suspect that it is ready-made dressing. Not really great, but you can eat it. About the pasta: The pasta was barely salty, an Italian who thinks that pasta water should be as salty as the sea would turn away with tears in his eyes. Buffalo mozzarella and a few tomatoes were decorated over the pasta, but I seem to remember ruccola instead of the announced basil. Personally, I wouldn't mind that (I like both), especially since the quantity was rather negligible. Regarding the taste itself: The term “piccante” can only be understood as a humorous contribution. When I first looked at the dish, my colleague rightly remarked that it looked like naked pasta with a few tomatoes. There was simply no spicy sugo to be found. There was a bit of broth in the bowl afterwards, but it was completely tasteless and probably consisted mainly of leaked tomato juice and remaining pasta water. Otherwise there was nothing to be found that would add even the slightest taste. Sorry, that doesn't work at all. Cooking with such poor taste is somewhere between indifference and intention. A chef knows which flavor-forming ingredients are contained in the dish. Even if you make a real mistake and don't taste it, you'll still get more flavor - if that's even a little important to you. I'm sorry that my criticism is so damning. Another colleague also said his dish today was nothing. Why am I writing this novel? I just couldn't order from Tom's anymore. I think everyone deserves a second chance. Please think about the taste of your pasta! Please try what you sell for yourself! If there is an improvement, I will definitely mention it accordingly. Oh yes: One more positive thing at the end: The spaghetti was actually al dente, which is not bad for a delivery service.

Partypizza vorbestellt. Bestellung kam pünktlich, netter Kontakt. Pizza war gut, der Teig war lecker, der Belag war etwas fad und etwas zu fettig. Trotzdem solide!

Das essen ist immer gut und immer frisch wird jeden Tag frisch gemacht und bin immer begeistert was ich immer leckers finde.

Man bekommt das was einem versprochen wird. Zuverlässigkeit und Kontinuität. Allerdings war die Pizza , vergleichsweise nicht die beste in Ulm . Trotzdem war ich sehr zufrieden. Es wird einem genau das geboten was man von einer Lieferpizza erwartet.

Große Auswahl an Pizzas. Meine war sehr lecker, ich hatte eine Pizza mit scharfer Salami. Schmeckte sogar noch am nächsten Tag

Aus irgendwelchen Gründen wollte Google meine alte Bewertung nicht mehr, daher noch mal neu, weil ihr es einfach verdient habt: Ihr seid die Besten! <3 Wir bestellen unsere Pizza seit über 10 Jahren mit wenigen Ausnahmen nur noch hier, weil einfach kein anderer Laden in der Gegend an euch rankommt. Auch die Salate, Pastagerichte und v.a. das Tiramisu sind großartig. Zudem hatten wir bisher immer freundliche Lieferanten und die Möglichkeit über die Webseite zu bestellen, ist auch genial. Alles in allem: Schön, dass es euch gibt. Bleibt uns erhalten. :-)

Eine 1 Stern Bewertung muss andere Gründe haben jedoch nicht in der Qualität der Produkte. Egal ob Pizza oder andere Gerichte, seit Jahren konstant gebliebene Qualität. Ich esse hier gerne!

Meiner Meinung nach ist das der beste Lieferdienst on Ulm! Unkompliziert, pünktlich, preiswert und lecker! Und die Paniani's mir Aioli sind ein super Snack oder zum Salat prima! Wir sind große Fans! Und wenn es doch mal länger dauert als bei der Bestellung gemeldet *was bisher einmal von sicher 15 Bestellungen vorkam*, meldet sich jemand, statt das man auf Kohlen sitzt und genervt wartet! Die Partypizzas waren geschmacklich gut, nur leider etwas spärlich belegt und mit viel Rand. Die Lieferung war pünktlich.

Früher gab es hier sehr gute Pizza, und vor Allem, ein richtig leckeres Tiramisu, aber im Laufe der Zeit hat die Qualität leider abgenommen. Unsere heutige Bestellung wird wohl die Letzte gewesen sein. Es häuften sich die kleinen Fehler. Das Tiramisu ist nicht mehr so lecker, Zutaten fehlten immer mal wieder auf den Pizzen, dazu die Preiserhöhungen und (ich meine) die Pizzen wären auch kleiner geworden. Insgesamt schon immernoch ein solider Laden, aber im Vergleich wie er mal war, leider für uns nicht mehr Grund genug um hier weiterhin zu bestellen. Das finde ich sehr schade :/

Quattro Stagioni, Bologna, Frutti di Mare, hier schmeckt echt alles. Hatte auch noch nie Probleme mit den Lieferungen, vielleicht weil ich nicht mit der Stoppuhr neben dem Telefon sitze.
