What a wonderful Friday evening at the Goldener Anker. Fantastic tapas, attentive service, and such a lovely atmosphere. It's a shame we don't live in Heidelberg... We would definitely be regulars. We'll definitely keep going 💛

Great hidden place off the beaten main street.

We had for February 14th. reserved a table. When we arrived it was closed. We then went to the associated restaurant Chambao, where we were informed that Chambino had closed due to a wave of illness. It was claimed that they had been informed by telephone the day before. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. There was also no message on the voicemail that was supposedly spoken to. They couldn't help us and we were sent away, which is twice as annoying on Valentine's Day when you want to go out to eat with your partner. An absolute no-go and a real shame as we have always enjoyed visiting for the good food for a long time.
