One of the best Arabic food places in the area (if not the best). Ordered their catering for a party. All guests found it to be excellent. Thanks!

The nicest, dearest employees from Berlin. The food is classic very tasty Palestinian cuisine all sauces fresh and homemade. All employees are perfectionists. Always happy.

Point 1 Ambience: Very dreary and not nice. Point 2 Service: See nice man, but looks like he's not feeling well, can't stand and is very sweaty.. then wipes the sweat with his hand and continues preparing the food. Point 3 Eating: Way too greasy, the first bites of the chicken felt rubbery. All in all, I don't like to give so few stars but unfortunately that was my experience. Also only 2 stars because he was so nice. Before there was Abu Hassen he was the GOAT of Shawarma.. We miss you

Unfortunately, old fries that have already been fried are put into the deep fryer to be reheated. Not only do they look old and greasy, they also don't taste good at all. Otherwise the store is OK, but there are better ones in the area.

Small, very pretty shop, calm Arabic music is playing and the owner is just a ray of sunshine - hence a good name for the place - Nour means light :) The food is outstanding and authentic😌

Whenever I'm in Berlin, AGENOR Felafel is a must! For me the best and most authentic Lebanese snack bar in Berlin. This shop tops many Lebanese restaurants/snack bars even in Beirut. Everything was super tasty and fresh. The absolute best felafel in Berlin, the Agenor plate is just great! Particularly noteworthy is the warm and very friendly service. The employees here have their hearts in the right place and you can taste that everything is prepared with a lot of love. I'll be back in Berlin for Easter and I'll definitely come here to eat again. Simply top!

I agree with Enrico. Al Safa was my trusted Lebanese for fifteen years - all clean and fantastic delicious food. I was here about once a week. Now they have a flashy menu display which certainly cost money and the food suffered greatly because of it. There are only a few side dishes (no more couscous), only one piece of bread instead of two and the price is higher. The sauces are no longer put directly on the food, but are instead filled into small plastic (!) containers. If the service would respond to the usual special requests ("salad anything?"), one might still be able to get used to the concept, but when I asked if I could get a second (small) garlic sauce, I asked for a small one Discussion (!) now FOUR sesame sauces (wtf?) in my bag and ZERO garlic. The one small hot sauce is only half full; the hummus too. Today I paid eleven euros for a plate of shawarma that I won't like. If you want fries and chicken - you can get that at City Chicken too. And at least they give you garlic sauce.
