We have had the most amazing and generous experience from this amazing team. We were a table of five and ordered the platter. Such generosity in the serves and such wonderful family orientated service! The dips were spectacular! The fattoush was fresh and herbaceous! They also gave us a complimentary digestif which was delicious peach schnapps. Thank you to everyone who made a family reunion so very special. We will always be grateful for your hospitality! Would absolutely recommend!

Good babaganoush, lentils soup and halloumi with pita. The grilled meat my partner had was okay. They had a gigantic tv screen in the dining area with garden photos and spa music all night long. That was really weird. The staff were nice and the service was efficient.

The Rotes Kamel Contradiction The whispers on the web were loud and clear, Of Rotes Kamel, holding flavors dear. I sought the feast, the Lebanese delight, To end my busy Berlin day with light. But through the door, a solitary guest, I found my welcome put unto the test. The owner came, and with a chilling hand, Assigned a spot no soul could understand: A darkened corner, dungeon-like and grim, Or one low seat by the rest room's echoing rim. I raised a plea, for table placed with grace, To share the common light and dining space. But like a wall, his manner did descend, He turned an eye, and brought the talk to end. A perfect night, then, threatened to be broken, Before a single word of food was spoken. Yet then the waiter, spirited and kind, A sensible, warm presence to my mind, Took up the task, his service keen and bright, And then, the food—a miracle of night! The flavors sung, the spices took their hold, The fillet, out of this world, a story told Of finest kitchen skill, precise and rare, The best Lebanese I'd found in years to share. But though the plate scored five, a perfect prize, That owner's shadow darkened in my eyes. The bitterness of ego, cold and mean, Spoiled the delight of the delicious scene. A phantom taste that lingered, sharp and wrong, Made the brief excellence feel far too long. For food's high art, the praise is fully cast, But for the man or the owner, the zero's fast. I was going to give 1 star but the young waiter felt apologetic and I give 3 stars now

Very tasty food, we were there with a larger group. Prices are reasonable for the service. In my opinion, authentic Lebanese food. Two comments: Apfelschorle here means apple juice with ice cubes (maybe a Berlin thing), and the staff seemed a bit less friendly when paying by card than with cash (actual observation). Would definitely go back!

It was a real find in a prime location, with a super friendly welcome, service, and food. Delicious, fresh, and varied. Great cocktails, etc. A mixed platter for two people cost around €30 and was plentiful. I'd happily go back anytime.

The service and food were very good, but we didn't like the ambiance. It needs some tweaking. It felt more like a good snack bar with table service than a restaurant. We'd come back if we were nearby and hungry, but it's not worth driving across town.

This was my first time at the Red Camel and I was immediately impressed. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed and cozy; you can immediately tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on creating a pleasant ambiance. The food completely won me over: the spices and fresh ingredients, in particular, are superb. The service was friendly and personal; I felt truly welcome. For me, it's a great place to enjoy good food in beautiful surroundings. I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu!

Four of us went there and were warmly welcomed and given good advice on our order. Everyone enjoyed the food. The prices are a bit high, but that's just how it is in the center of Berlin. We'll definitely be back. See you soon...

I had a lovely meal at Rotes Kamel, the steak was cooked to perfection, full of flavour and complimented very well with the side salad and garlic butter. Both waiters provided excellent service, were down to earth and made my experience much more pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant, if you do visit you must be the hummus and fresh bread to start…

They treat guests here with great kindness — whether you’re dining alone or with a group, you’ll receive thoughtful and complete service. After each meal, they carefully clean the tables, even the small gaps between the chairs and seats — a detail many restaurants tend to overlook, but they handle it exceptionally well. I’m truly grateful for the delicious food and excellent service they provide.

Food was expensive but good quality. Credit charge of €10 for use was very steep. Put a dampener on the meal.

Without a doubt, our favorite restaurant we tried during our stay in Berlin. The experience was excellent! We ordered several dishes from the menu, both starters and main courses, all to share, and we loved it! We took advantage of the nice weather to dine on the terrace, and the service was very pleasant and attentive! Highly recommended if you're looking for a tasty and different kind of meal!

The seating here is nice and quiet, the service is top-notch, and even includes a complimentary cup of tea. The meat is by far the best we've encountered in Germany this past week. Incredibly flavorful and tender.

A truly beautifully decorated restaurant with friendly staff. This family-run restaurant grills on real charcoal, and you can watch the chefs directly if you like. The food arrives quickly and is exceptionally delicious; I've probably never eaten better than today. Because of this, we've already reserved another table for tomorrow to try more dishes. Definitely a recommendation. Edit, we're back here a year and a half later, and the kitchen has changed a lot, but in a positive way. They've eliminated the one criticism we had last time. It was wonderful again tonight! The only drawback is that the tables are very close together.

We ate quite late at this oriental restaurant. Although it was close to closing time, the staff was very friendly. The food had intense flavors, tasted delicious, and looked appetizing. The prices were fair.

Great food and perfect service!

The food here was just amazing. It took a while to get to our table but in the end we were really happy with everything that we ate. Complex flavours, beautiful presentation, nice service and the ambiance is cozy. We sat outside with a heat lamp was it was perfect. We ordered only vegetarian dishes, and so the options were a bit limited but the food was hearty, flavoursome and just the right quantities. 100% recommend.

We spontaneously visited at 6 p.m. on a Wednesday. It gradually filled up. The food is very fresh and arrived quickly. The staff are attentive and always available. At the end of our meal, we were treated to a free mint tea. My girlfriend (a native Lebanese) describes the dishes as absolutely authentic. Card payments are accepted. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

Service is friendly, competent, flexible, and authentic. The food is authentic, even if we were disappointed that the flatbread wasn't warm. The restaurant doesn't serve pork, which our business guests appreciated. Ambience: The space is relatively small but not cramped. Bonus points are given for the location near the Brandenburg Tours.

Had a vegetarian platter which included falafel, mezze (hummus, muhammara, baba ganoush), and grilled veggies. Served 3 people and was plenty of food. Absolutely loved everything! They also gave us a delicious salad as a starter and espresso shot at the end. Must try place for vegetarians!

This is my third time there and I'm very impressed with the small restaurant. I was there last time with my mom. Thanks to our young waiter, Amin, we had a great time at the restaurant. We were thrilled with the side dish because it wasn't fries.

Absolutely delicious, and very friendly service from Hussein. Cannot recommend the hot mezze platter enough. And the chicken skewers were PERFECTLY cooked…to the extent that it might be some of the best chicken I’ve ever hard. Highly recommend Rotes Kamel.

The food was okay, but not amazing. The salad was weak. We've had much better in Berlin, this one was exceptionally sour. The hummus and meat were okay, the best were the pita bread with meat. The service was efficient and friendly. It's worth a visit, but there are better places in the area.

Best meal I've had in a long time! There were three of us and we ordered based on the house recommendation and received extremely good service. We started with a salad on the house, and none of the ordered dishes took long to arrive. Highly recommended for anyone in this part of Berlin!

Great food and service. We got the hot mezze platter for a quick lunch and it was delicious, plentiful, and came out fast. They were playing good Lebanese music, lotssss of outdoor seating along the street, and they gave us complimentary espresso! Super kind staff. The place looks a little too touristy but don’t let that throw you off - the food is good!

It was hard to find a good restaurant during our stay, but we finally found one for our last meal!!! 🙏🏻 I try a lot of Lebanese restaurants everywhere I go, and this one was the best. We had the vegetarian dish to share; everything was delicious! They offered us a salad to start the meal. We ended our vacation on a high note :)

I really disappointed with food , there was too much fat. They baked much more normal and the rest was including too fat .

The food is delicious, nothing to say about that. But for the coziness, good atmosphere and hospitable service you don't have to go there. The staff was pushy, unfriendly, impatient. The host almost got angry when we ordered something other than he recommended. Discussion among ourselves, not a nice place to work, let alone to eat there. A shame.

We discovered the restaurant quite by chance and went there spontaneously and without expectations because it looked inviting, offered plenty of space, and the name appealed to us. Four of us went there, and we were all very satisfied and full. The staff is particularly friendly and customer-oriented. The food was excellent. We tried a variety of dishes and were completely satisfied. We would be happy to return when we're back in Berlin and can definitely recommend the restaurant without hesitation.

Excellent quality Lebanese restaurant near the memorial to the murdered Jews and the Brandenburg Gate! A very well made dish for 2 with accompanying sauces and potatoes! Finished with Baklava and tea! Professional staff and service!

Unser Besuch im roten Kamel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Service ist sympathisch und engagiert. Die Küche macht einen authentischen Eindruck und serviert sehr leckere Gerichte. Wir hatten Linsensuppe und Filetspitzen vorweg und anschließend orientalische Lammspieße. Abgerundet wurde das Essen von einem guten offenen Weißwein, sowie einem Mokka als Abschluss. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Abend hier verbracht, und kommen gerne wieder.
