Overly awesome food. The plate with falafel and shawarma mixed is mega. You have delicious hummus and other pastes, rice, delicious meat and salad. The Taboule Salad also tastes really good and is nice and big. 😋 There are also self-service seats inside and outside. A dog is actually not allowed unless it doesn't take up too much space and is quiet (it's very small inside). Bistro is a 10/10 👍🏼

Unfortunately, it has diminished significantly. Staff seems to have changed. Prices are rising, portions are getting smaller. Nowadays you can no longer get enough from one plate. Very unfortunate...

Delicious food on the go when you don't want to go to a restaurant. The plates are unbeatable in terms of price (plate with kafta and shawarma for €12). But the food is also great when it comes to bread.

I cannot understand why this place has good reviews. The chicken was extremely dry and inedible, I had to take it out of my sandwich and eat just the salad. The bread gets extremely soggy because of the filling, and the felafel has cinnamon in it.

Kenne Ali Baba schon seit vielen Jahren. Die Qualität des sehr guten Essens ist stets konstant geblieben. Es gibt von allen Gerichten auch eine vegetarische oder vegane Version. Die Portionen sind echt groß und das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist super. Nach einem Fallafel oder Schawarma im Brot (aktuell 6 Euro) bin ich für den Rest des Tages satt. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und entspannt. Die zentrale Lage gleich neben dem Boxhagener Platz ist auch gut (Sonntags vor oder nach dem Flohmarkt).
