Worst customer service I have ever seen, you call to make a delivery and you have to wait on the phone for 10 minutes for the order to be taken. That is simply wrong

My kebab was good and evenly topped. The kebab was also delicious. The price of €7.50 (10/24) is also good for current conditions.

Unfortunately it has developed negatively and no longer tastes the same as it did a few months ago

1-French fries was soooo salty 2-the menu on google is updated and expensive 3-I ordered small fries but the they charged them the price for the large fries which I realized later,so be careful

This tzatziki is so tasty, different from all other kebab shops. The employees are incredibly nice. 👍

The service is poor, the food is of poor quality and there is no cleanliness

So the Manta platter tastes really delicious...mmmh and the people are always in a good mood, just perfect 😊

So for a real kebab like you know it from before, always come back there. Price performance is completely ok. Friendliness can be improved but you just want to eat and not build a relationship 🤣

Update October 26, 2024 Simply the better kebab in Heinsberg Update August 18, 2024 Got better, okay Not professional, unfortunately I can't say anything good anymore... Ordered food by phone at 5:21 p.m. and was supposed to be delivered 40 minutes later at the latest...then arrived at 6:40 p.m.

Ich bin seit Jahren Gast in der Olper Sauna-vor Jahren war das Restaurant richtig gut 👍 leckeres Essen-gutes Getränke Angebot--aber heute kann ich den Daumen nur nach unten halten-das Angebot ist ganz minimal geworden-recht teuer und einfach nur schlecht-wusste gar nicht-dass man bei einem Burger 🍔 oder einer Portion Pommes 🍟 soviel falsch machen kann-Dressing für Salate kommt natürlich aus einer fertigen Flasche-von wegen hausgemacht-Sekt trinkt man aus einem großen Rotweinglas--männliches Personal recht unfreundlich.... absolut nicht empfehlenswert-Sauna super-Restaurant--forget ir
