Great pizza, great ambience. The continuous loop of Italian music encourages consumption. Always happy to come back.

Unfortunately my order was disappointing. The pizza was dry, the edges were hard as a rock and the taste wasn't fresh. In addition, 5 euros more were deducted than agreed without me being informed or agreeing to it. That's not okay. Even though only cash payment was possible, I find it inconvenient that no other payment method was offered Tipping is not mandatory and should not be automatically added to the price. I pay for what I ordered. If it's good, maybe I'll tip voluntarily, but I'm not forced to. Such experiences leave a bad impression. Under these circumstances I will definitely not order from you again.

Unfortunately the pizza was not cooked through and not tasty

We were there on a Saturday and were lucky to get a spot spontaneously, as you can't make a reservation on the same day! Unfortunately we received an incredibly rude welcome. When we asked if we had made a reservation and said no, the response was "I don't feel like discussing it now," a reaction that was surprising and inappropriate. No "you" and generally no "welcome" behavior. The waitress was very nice and made an effort. The only thing that was shocking was that she touched the salad without gloves and then or beforehand served, cleared away or made payments. Absolutely unappetizing and a no-go in a restaurant. Luckily the food was still delicious, except for the “silent” shandy. We were there in the past (2024) and everything was good.

Unfortunately we didn't get what we wanted... but we still had to accept it and pay for it. The prices are also very expensive for what you get, overall not recommended and not cheap either
