We've been here a few times. Pizza and lasagne are good and of proven good quality, in my opinion. The employees are always attentive and friendly. A solution will be found quickly for any problems. It's a bit hectic, but that doesn't bother us.

At L Osteria, you know what you are getting, for a chain, really good food and sometimes even very original. No matter which city you eat in, the food is always of the same standard.

My daughter visited L'Osteria Paderborn today and didn't finish a pizza. She then had over half of the pizza packed up. When she wanted to continue eating it, everything but her pizza could be found in the bag; she had ordered a tuna pizza and had it packed up. Mistakes can happen but it's a shame because she spent money on the pizza and couldn't eat the rest. Bon appetit to whoever got her pizza instead.

The pizza ia very thin. Portion are relatively big though. However, the quality of the pizza is nothing special. Nonetheless, for he price I feel you get a good deal. The atmosphere is nice, mainly cause of the open kitchen.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at L'Osteria, and it was an experience worth every moment. From the moment we stepped in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the perfect tone for a delightful evening. The rustic yet chic decor immediately transported us to a cozy Italian eatery, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. Pizza, pasta and mocktails were top notch.

It's a shame... the place isn't exactly nice for Paderborn. You sit quietly despite the busy athletes from the gym upstairs. But the tables and furniture are quite careless outside.

The restaurant L'Osteria prepares many dishes and especially the pizza and pasta provide an authentic Italian taste, also all the workers are very kind and also quite in all situations. All workers have their own good nature. The pizza was really delicious, although a bit expensive at €17.50. The staff very friendly and attentive! The only criticism is that Google is open until 11 p.m. At 8.45 p.m. the free tables (we sat outside) were gradually locked up, at 9 p.m. the outside lights went off and we sat more or less in the dark. This gives the guest the feeling of having to leave. It's a shame, otherwise it was really good!

The restaurant is simply wonderful! Both the atmosphere and the service are at the highest level. The food is very tasty and prepared with great attention to detail. Overall, a very good and recommendable restaurant – I would love to come back❤️

I was there for dinner with my friend earlier, we ordered pasta. We didn't have to wait long for the food and the service was otherwise good, but unfortunately it has to be said that our food was unfortunately completely cold and that's why it didn't taste that good. The waiter said we could have had our food warmed up if we asked. This statement is meant nicely, but whoever lets the person “warm up” their dish, I expect the dish to be freshly prepared given the price. The price-performance ratio is not that good.

Yesterday at noon I had already pre-ordered a pizza delivery in the city center area via Lieferando for the late afternoon. I specified the desired delivery time as 4:30 p.m. The pizza arrived at 4 p.m., but unfortunately the guests weren't there yet. I called L’Osteria in surprise. The gentleman on the phone then told me that I couldn't expect the pizza to be delivered on time. After all, you never know what the traffic is like. They also incorrectly noted 3:30 p.m. But that would have meant the pizza was half an hour late. When I asked what we could do now, he said a driver could pick up the pizzas and then new pizzas could be delivered. When I asked him when they would come, he couldn't give me an answer. But 4:30 p.m. wouldn't work. So my guests and I ate the 5 pizzas worth over €70 cold and that's how they tasted - just not tasty. I will neither eat there nor order again because I could neither understand the employee's statements nor would I describe them as customer-friendly.

The food was excellent, but the pizzas were clearly laid out and very little pasta for the price. And I wouldn't say anything if the food was something unusual. The pizzas are of course impressive because of their size, but there is very little topping and the dough is extremely thin. The waiter leaves a lot to be desired. You have to have a lot of time, even if there isn't much going on. The fact that you can only stay there for 2 hours despite having a reservation is an imposition. Then drinks are cleared away even though there is still something in the glass. Here the customer is not treated like a king.

There wasn't much going on. We were indoors with 2 adults and 2 children. The starter should be bruschetta and carpaccio, the main course should be pizzas and pasta. The pizzas for the children were supposed to be served with the starter...first came 2 pizzas (for adults) that we hadn't ordered. Then the children's pizzas. Another 10 minutes later the bruschetta (floppy bread). The question arose as to whether the pizza should come now... Answer: we are expecting an appetizer. Then the pizza came instead of the appetizer. This was sent back with the information that we would like to have the missing starter. Then came pasta and nothing for a long time. Everyone had finished eating and the missing starter arrived. Afterwards there was the cold pizza. It was fully accounted for. Evening ruined. Unfortunately, this was the second negative experience in the restaurant. Never again!

Mehr oder weniger zu empfehlen. Sehr lange Wartezeit, unverschämte blicke von dem kellnern und wenig Aufmerksamkeit von den Kellnern ebenfalls. Stehen meistens nur drin rum, selbst zum Zahlen mussten wir sehr lange warten.. Draussen kann man sich drüber streiten ob es cool ist oder nicht, aber neben tische alle am rauchen gewesen als nicht raucher nicht so lecker während dem essen.. Essen war jedoch sehr lecker

Ansich war es ganz okay, jedoch war es bisschen unverschämt dass wir auf unser trinken und essen jeweils viel länger warten mussten als 2 andere Personen neben uns die später kamen und später bestellten als meine Freundin und ich.. Kellnerin könnte auch bisschen mehr Freude ausstrahlen. Essen war jedoch sehr lecker!

I can highly recommend L'Osteria both as a leisure guest and as a long-time employee in the company's service department! Not only is the food great, but also the working atmosphere and all the colleagues/shift managers! I am very satisfied and don't want to miss out on both, the good food and the good mood while working. Simply recommended in both respects!

I would like to say a few things about the restaurant manager Deep. In addition to manipulating and threatening the staff, he regularly steals tips and shortens the hours employees have worked for no reason. Often when you're drunk you have to let him yell at you and attack you. The service and the kitchen have deteriorated extremely, he has driven the best pizza makers and service staff out of the store. He is willing to go to great lengths and countless people can attest to that. As far as its cleanliness is concerned, it's better if I don't start here, otherwise the Losteria would soon remain empty. The guests also get all of this, so you don't need to write much. At the latest when sales collapse, he will receive an invoice for everything he has done.

The food is really top class, whether pizza or pasta! Really delicious every time! I don't like the fact that the tables have always been dirty when I've been there. The staff also leaves a lot to be desired, forgetting drinks or only bringing them when you're almost finished with your meal (the restaurant was empty, there were a maximum of 12 guests). After requesting a rag for the dirty tables, it was also ignored… BUT the food is really good... you just have to weigh it up!

The service was fast at the beginning, the food was great, as always, but a yelling owner or supervisor, who must have been in a bad mood and needed to yell at the staff all the time, so that's the last thing I want to hear, when I am eating. Remember, people can get by without you, but you can't get by without them.

I actually wanted to eat here with my girlfriend and were sitting at the table outside on the far left. After a while we noticed ourselves ordering, as did our table neighbors who wanted to pay. Unfortunately, we were apparently unimportant to the waitresses. Some guests who came outside on the right after us were served quickly. After 15 minutes we had enough and left. This restaurant is canceled for me, what a shame.

The evening started with us having to wait a long time to be served, only to watch our drinks being served on the counter. A waitress who had never held a tray straight before then served us the drinks. She poured half of it down my pants and the rest of the contents of the glass over the table. Can happen! Every beginning is difficult. Unfortunately, she didn't offer to cover the cost of the cleaning. We didn't get new napkins either, although we had to use them to wipe up. Unfortunately, the new drinks (3 out of 4) tasted like dishwashing liquid. We actually had to discuss it. We were brought new drinks that also tasted like dishwashing liquid, so we decided to order bottled drinks. Meanwhile we watched our pizzas getting cold in the kitchen. At least the cold pizzas came before the water. Unfortunately, the pizzas were poorly topped and cold, so the dried out edges were no longer edible. Something can always go wrong. Everything went wrong that evening and no one tried to salvage our unpleasant evening by offering us any kind of compensation. In the end, I was the one who had to feel bad because I had no choice but to at least not tip.

I went here for the first time because my friend recommended it to me. There was a sign on the door telling us to wait, but the manager came quickly and showed us a table. Everything was great. A waiter was there immediately. He was very friendly, his name was Masud if I haven't forgotten. He recommended pizza BBQ chicken to us, so we ordered BBQ chicken and the food came very quickly and was very tasty. So the service was very good, the waiter came to our table every now and then to check if everything was ok. We really loved the food and service here. We will be back definitely.

At first we waited at the door for a long time until someone came. When someone took pity on us it happened quickly. Ordered pizza with spinach, egg, garlic. Garlic was completely missing, egg white was liquid-smooth and only heated briefly. I only ate outside because the service was completely stressed and didn't take up the complaint. Even when I was clearing away, no one asked when I saw my plate. Ambience like any other L'Osteria. Nothing special. We sat at the table (outside) for about 10 minutes and at least 3 waitresses walked past us dozens of times. Nobody asked us to order or brought a menu. Only after wild gesticulations did a waitress come to our table. She said she wasn't responsible for the area at all, but would accept our order. We ordered pizza...it was huge, but the taste was subpar. Wouldn't go there again for pizza. After our complaint, the service was very nice and attentive!

At first we tried ordering by phone for delivery. We were then told that delivery was only possible via Lieferando or via the website. When I asked how I could choose vegan cheese, I was told to use the comments field. The pizza came quicker than expected, but it was already cold. And the vegan cheese on the pizza was also missing. So I called the store. A phone call followed where an angry woman explained that the comments field could not be used for this. No compensation was offered, and one person in our group now went without food. Oh dear.

The restaurant is in a quiet little square. I sat outside when the weather was sunny and it was lovely. Service was attentive and present. Pizza was very, very, very big and delicious. 🍕 It's a good thing I sat alone at the table, there wouldn't be room for a second person. 😉

Ich habe von der spezial Angebote Karte eine Schokoladenpizza geordert. So eine Art gab es schon von einem namenhaften Hersteller und war wirklich interessant. Diese hier war nur ca 15cm und weit entfernt von dem erwarteten. Es stand nirgendwo das es sich um ein Dessert handelt noch die Größe. Für ein bisschen Teig mit Nutella nebst bisschen Früchten ist der Preis absoluter Wucher. Außer "ich mache die Preise nicht und gebe es weiter in Verbindung das Desserts immer etwas kleiner ausfallen" war sie Sache erledigt. Die andere, normale Pizza war in Ordnung. Ich bin absolut enttäuscht.

The waiter caused the problem, putting my friend and me in a very uncomfortable situation. Usually, when you eat pizza at L'Osteria, they bring you a pizza paper, and then the pizza can be eaten without a plate, as is the case in other L'Osteria locations. However, at the Paderborn L'Osteria, the waiter made a huge scene today. He insisted that pizza should not be eaten directly on the table, claiming we scratched it. He even remarked, "pizza costs less than a table," displaying his displeasure towards us. If I could, I would give the service 0 stars. Additionally, the guy was not wearing the uniform and was serving people, which seemed very unprofessional. I would not recommend this L'Osteria for its service. I suggest choosing another location where you will not feel embarrassed in front of other people.

Ordered pizza to pick up. Two half barbecues with chicken, unfortunately without the chicken. Once it was stated when ordering that NO cooked ham should be on the pizza, it also says so on the receipt. Of course there was cooked ham on it. On one side of the pizza you had to cut off the burnt stuff, on the other side it was still in the preparation stage. On the charred side, coating was also saved around the large burn bubbles. The whole thing for a total of €80! Fortunately, there are alternatives.

Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Sohn hier zum Mittagessen und hatten vorher online reserviert. Das Ambiente ist insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Portion Pasta hatte eine normale Größe und die Pizza war wirklich riesig! Insgesamt war alles sehr lecker und die Bedienung professionell & freundlich. Die negativen Kritiken hierzu kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Einen Punktabzug gibt’s nur, weil dass Essen & der Kaffee hart an der Grenze zu kalt war. Trotzdem war es sichtlich nicht unser letzter Besuch

The coffee machine was already cleaned shortly before 9 p.m., but considering that it doesn't close until 11 p.m., that's pretty early... Significantly more drinks could have been sold if people had asked more often. “Wrapping” the Bo Calzone was also very creative. It was wrapped in paper once and beaten up again... The sauce ran into the bag...

It's worth mentioning that we had already been sitting there for an hour when our food came and we only had a 2 hour slot. The food is good, but the prices don't match the rest.

We regularly come to this beautiful restaurant. The pizzas taste really great - thin crust and mozzarella - just like an Italian pizza should. The quality of the service fluctuates, probably due to regular staff changes - a student city. As a tip: the noise level (in the evening) is generally higher than in comparable restaurants. Conclusion: A visit is mandatory :-)

My family and I had a blast! The pizzas are definitely worth trying, they are generous and really big, good value for money! 🍕 We also tried the carbonara pasta and another kind with a gorgonzola sauce and it was delicious! 🍝 The staff was also nice and friendly :)

I ordered at around 3.30 p.m., delivery came at 5.40 p.m. after several calls... no problem in itself, I understand that it is full on Saturdays, but we only ordered 3 things... 80 minutes were confirmed as delivery, it was delivered after more than 120 Minutes… The taste of the food was very good, as always, unfortunately we won't be ordering online anymore but we still enjoy coming to the restaurant :)

We spontaneously went to L'Osteria on a Saturday evening. This was very busy and we had to wait a moment for a table, which we were happy to do. After 10-15 minutes we got a seat behind the bar. Despite the fact that the shop was so full (people were queuing outside), the waitress who served us always remained friendly. You could almost say that you don't even notice the stress on her. My respect for that. This doesn't happen too often these days. The food we ordered was prepared super quickly and the taste was also great (we ordered pizza and tiramisu and panancotta for dessert). Overall we enjoyed the evening. The service was top as was the food. Thank you for the nice evening. And a thank you to the great service team.

Been there for the last time for now. Two out of three drinks were served incorrectly (Diet Coke instead of Zero and light beer instead of dark beer), the risotto, which was ordered without mushrooms, where the waitress had made sure that this was possible, was served almost 10 minutes after Pizzas with mushrooms but without zucchini. Since I didn't want to wait another half hour for a risotto, I put the mushrooms aside and ate the risotto without vegetables. When asked about this, I was offered a hot drink of my choice on the house. However, the espresso arrived cold and the 'spaghetti ice cream', for which I specifically asked if there was cream, was simply a small portion of vanilla ice cream with strawberry sauce for €6.5. In addition, the pizza has become significantly smaller and thicker. I won't be going back to the store any time soon.

We asked if we could put two tables for two together or if we would even sit at the tables next to each other without moving them. That wasn't desired. There were a few tables free, but we weren't allowed to sit at them either. The staff was absolutely overwhelmed, and the restaurant was only 3/4 full. We left without eating.

The pizzas are huge and super tasty. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and attentive. If you want to enjoy Italian cuisine, this is exactly the right place.

Although it was very busy, the staff was incredibly nice, very friendly and attentive, which is not always the case (a lack of staff sends greetings).
