Can happen. What shouldn't happen, however, is that if I order a dish - in this case the spaghetti with walnuts - without cheese (please dish no ! Whether vegan, cheese allergy or lactose intolerance, if I specifically say no dairy products and this is confirmed to me, that is an absolute no-go!!! It was no longer possible to return the dish. So that was the first and last time.
