I ordered through Lieferando yesterday and used my voucher as a payment method. Unfortunately, I never received my order. Due to an error in the pickup time by the Lieferando app, I waited over an hour and a half without my order arriving. After contacting customer service several times, I was told that I would not be refunded the value of my voucher (€24.70). I was advised to contact the restaurant. Furthermore, my complaint was answered twice with the exact same email, completely indifferent and without any real solution. After contacting the restaurant, I was told that the driver had arrived but couldn't find the restaurant – even though I've been ordering regularly to the same address for over two years and have never had any problems. At that time, however, the app still showed that my order hadn't left the restaurant.

Open from 5pm but when we shook the door at 6pm it was still locked! Thanks to a tip from the neighboring pizza taxi, it opened for us and we were allowed to take our reserved table! Then the completely overflowing trash cans behind the counter were emptied so slowly that the lights were turned on and we were deprived of normal business in the empty and extremely carelessly decorated "restaurant". The food was okay, but completely overpriced since it came from the neighboring snack bar. (Margherita plus onions 13€) The lady in service was nice and helpful, but "Filippo's" days are definitely over, so we're not kidding ourselves. We're definitely not going to show up there anymore, the swansong of the "in-Italian" back then is hard to bear.

Very tasty pizzas with very friendly service.

Have ordered this twice and the pizzas are really great. Great taste, high quality ingredients and perfectly prepared! Unfortunately, in most pizzerias you can no longer get the taste. Luckily it's still here! Big praise goes to the Diavolo Pizza, I've rarely had such a good pizza

The problems started when we ordered our drinks: they didn't have a wine menu. The staff didn't know what wines were available, which made it very difficult to choose our drinks. As for the food, several members of the group ordered beef steaks, but we weren't asked about the cooking level we wanted. Even after specifying our preferences, the steaks were served incorrectly - some were overcooked, others almost raw. In addition, one member of our group, who is pregnant, had her order completely forgotten. When the dish finally arrived, it was incomplete - just meat with vegetables - and the side dishes were brought out at the end of the meal without any explanation or apology from the staff. Overall, the service showed a clear lack of organization, attention and professionalism, which seriously affected our experience. Given the restaurant's reputation, we were deeply disappointed. I share this feedback to alert others and in the hope that management will review these issues to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future. We were really looking forward to the pizza we ordered. It was a wonderful late summer day and the square with a direct view of the castle and the Saturday hustle and bustle on the castle square were very stimulating. The pizza took longer than an hour. The quality reminded us very much of frozen goods. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the food. The service was friendly and attentive.

Restaurant has closed. Now a Vietnamese should open it. There was nothing online about it

Highly recommend. Birthday party 11 people and everyone got food at the same time.
