Food was excellent. Service unfortunately not very warm and minimalistic. Locally typical of a good Italian.

First the positive, the food was very tasty.. Unfortunately, the service was subpar. As soon as we ordered drinks, we were informed that the kitchen wasn't open that long, depending on what we ordered. At first I was respectful that the waitress was able to remember 6 people's orders without writing them down. But she couldn't, my wine was forgotten. I had chosen spaghetti as pasta, penne arrived, and another guest had spaghetti instead of penne. Instead of apologizing, the chef came and said he was throwing it away now... and that he was the only Italian in WOB who cooked fresh. I dare to doubt it. At 9 p.m. we were asked to leave the restaurant, the opening hours were until 10 p.m. We were told at the door that they wouldn't let anyone open if they didn't even have a starter and at least 30 euros per person Ordered on a Saturday evening... I have never experienced something so rude and arrogant in a restaurant. It was probably our first and last time in this restaurant. Every cent of tip was too much.

The food was again very tasty. See you next time.

Wunderbare italienische Küche, tolle landestypische Atmosphäre und das weltbeste Tiramisu! Danke für diese Gaumenfreude, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Kein Restaurant in Lörrach kann qualitativ hier mithalten. Klein, schlicht, authentisch und mega lecker!

Super leckeres Essen. Ich komme seit Wochen ca. 1 Mal die Woche hierher, immer wenn ich geschäftlich in Stuttgart bin. Dieses Restaurant überzeugt durch sehr leckere Speisen sowie einen sehr freundlichen Service. Das ist auch der Grund warum ich immer wieder komme. Absolut nur zu empfehlen!

sehr leckeres Essen, faire Preise. Das Ambiente ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Deko zwar typisch, aber altbacken, dazu ein Staubsauger, der im Gastraum aufbewahrt wird. Bedienung war etwas verwirrend, schüchternd zurückhaltend. Wir haben gefragt an welchen Tisch wir zu zweit dürfen, haben uns also in eine ruhige Ecke gesetzt, weil gesagt wurde, wir dürfen frei wählen (es war nicht viel los). Dies war falsch, setzten uns dann an einen Zweier Tisch auf den gedeutet wurde, was auch falsch war, daraufhin wurden wir dann endlich final an einen Vierer Tisch gesetzt. Wirkte alles etwas komisch, obwohl das Essen sehr gut war.

Most of the food is good value for money. But you have to be aware that you won't be full without a starter or dessert. The dishes ordered were consistently served well. Unfortunately, additional orders and thirsty people were not responded to. There is clearly potential there. Even if the service tried very hard. The restaurant is nicely decorated, but on the way to the toilet you stumble over abandoned tables and other equipment

Excellent food, best pizza in town, high level service and pleasant atmosphere

The restaurant has a really nice terrace where you can sit comfortably. Unfortunately the service was quite unfriendly, which spoiled the atmosphere a bit. The food was OK, but nothing special - just average. I found the prices a bit too high for what was offered.

Best Italian restaurant in Hagen. The pizza🍕 is sensational, the service in the restaurant is courteous but not intrusive! Keep it up CAPRI!
