Great pizzeria with good pizzas. All in all, everything perfect

"Then I'll call the police," the waiter answered me when I asked to pay by card. While walking around the city, I unexpectedly came to this cafe. They did not warn me that the payment is ONLY in cash. When I wanted to pay by card, they threatened to call the police. And yet they accepted the payment by card. BUT FOR A FEW EUROS MORE than my account was.

Perfect service! For our company trip, we ordered 30 pizzas for our tour bus ride back to the Netherlands. They arrived exactly on time, as agreed. Everyone enjoyed their pizza on the bus. Thank you!

The pizza is really okay, but the service was really terrible on a Friday evening. 2 waiters, both totally overwhelmed. We had to wait 20 minutes before anyone even had the idea to ask about our drink requests. There's no chance that someone will come to the table uninvited. Instead, people are chilling on their cell phones at the bar... ugh

I feel like I've tried every pizza in Düsseldorf. Uscana's is by far the best! I always wonder why there's no online ordering tool, but they'd probably have to triple the size of the place.

Having legitimate reviews deleted has never been a good idea, instead they should address the complaints and improve them... Here again: The prices have been increased significantly, although the old prices are still on the website. What cost 13.90 a year ago is now 26.50. The portions are also smaller and the quality drops significantly. The one star is for the always friendly service. We've enjoyed eating here for years, but that was probably the last time.
