The Kardinal Schulte Haus in Bergisch Gladbach is a real highlight for me and definitely belongs in my personal top 5 hotels. As someone who travels a lot for work, I know what's important - and this hotel impresses in every respect. The rooms are modernly furnished, absolutely clean and offer well-thought-out comfort. With a bit of luck, you can even enjoy an impressive view of the Cologne skyline, which makes your stay even more unforgettable. The service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The hotel's own restaurant also deserves a special mention: the food is excellent and the ambience rounds off the culinary experience perfectly. Another plus point is the good accessibility and the sufficient number of parking spaces, which is particularly ideal for business travelers and drivers. The hotel is also designed to be barrier-free, which enables people with limited mobility to have an uncomplicated stay - an important and commendable aspect. For me, the Kardinal Schulte House is a clear recommendation, be it for business trips, private breaks or events. Everything is just right here – from the amenities to the location to the service. I'll definitely be back!

Nice little hotel. The rooms are not modern but tidy. Everything was clean, I slept well there and felt very comfortable. The breakfast was great, very nice service staff who always asked what we wanted. Definitely recommended for a stay.

Awfull place to stay, it is supposed to be relaxing and quiet , but people book rooms to get drunk and party all night . No one is there during the night to help us to switch room and the number from the office is not working . Go away if you can

I was in Neuss for professional training. Accommodation in this hotel was booked through our company. The room and especially the bathroom were in dire need of renovation. Breakfast would only have been possible from 8 a.m., which was impossible in my time frame, so without going to training. The access to the hotel via the beer garden is so poorly lit that there was a risk of accidentally stumbling. All in all: Never again in this "hotel", absolutely not recommended. You should have read the reviews beforehand. Even one star is too much here at €139.50 per night.

We have been to this hotel several times. For us it is central. A large parking lot is available. The rooms are very inviting, very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and attentive! You can have a very good breakfast here, it is always replenished. The rolls were fresh from the bakery even on the weekend. The offer is completely sufficient. It was possible to invite family or friends over for breakfast! We would be happy to visit this family-run hotel again for generations. This is a good place and very beautiful.

Very nicely located in the old town. Dogs are allowed! Upon request, breakfast was served earlier. However, the room wasn't cleaned once. I would come again and can also recommend the hotel.
