Not only super friendly but also super delicious!

This was my first time ordering here and it will be my last! I advise everyone not to eat here. The salmon in the bowl was not fresh and posed a health risk. The banh mi bread must have been at least two days old.

On a Thursday evening in Düsseldorf's old town I was undecided where to eat. I came across this store and was already impressed by the look!!! The waitress, who introduced herself as “Jule”, was very personable from the start and gave me great advice!!! The shop is outstanding in every respect and the bowl was one of the best I've ever had. More than recommended!!!!

The team still remains professional and strives to provide guests with a good experience. In terms of price, MA'LOA Poké Bowl is in the higher range, which is understandable given the fresh ingredients. However, some extras could be a little cheaper, as the price of a customized bowl rises quickly. Overall, a recommendable address for healthy and fresh Poké Bowls in Ehrenfeld. With small improvements in wait times and pricing it would be a perfect 5 star rating.

We were in the PokeMana store in the eastside mall, which seems to belong to this chain. The price is quite reasonable, but you can pay it for a delicious bowl. Unfortunately, that doesn't apply to this store. The rice is quite hard, almost raw. It looks like it has been sitting there for a long time and is drying out. When you ask if you can have other rice you are ignored. Overall, absolutely not recommended and a waste of money.

I ordered through Wolt today, the portion size of the bowl is a disgrace and completely unacceptable. It doesn't work that way!!!
