Favorite shop in Düsseldorf when I'm in the hotel next door. Lots of choices, including vegan bowls of course. The portion is quite filling and the price is right too. Healthy and wholesome alternative, delicious sauces. Small wish for improvement: Instead of simply serving the plain smoked tofu like that, you could also fry it deliciously and marinate it a little. Otherwise it tastes a bit bland.

Unfortunately, you get the feeling that the store is going downhill. It's a real shame, but it's happened more often now that new staff were there who had no idea about the bowls, many ingredients were missing, sometimes it just opened an hour later and the staff argued with each other in front of the customer. I really hope the store can turn things around again. The food is really good, but I won't be coming back like this for a while. Too bad!

I got a delicious vegetarian bowl for 13.00. Even though I was hungry, I didn't finish it all. Friendly service, highly recommended.

I went with a friend, we ordered exactly the same dish but they looked different. They also served us hot rice, when a poke should be cold.

First of all: I don't hold the friendly employee responsible for the bad experience. We wanted to eat two dishes on site. Unfortunately we ran out of sushi rice and we could only order one. The previous shift must have forgotten to cook rice. Unfortunately there was no whole grain rice either, so the only choice was spinach or zucchini noodles as a base. Tofu was also out. Also the napkins (no stock). The note on the counter that only card payment was possible also turned out to be wrong. Overall a very sobering experience. We felt incredibly sorry for the employee. Despite the miserable conditions, she was courteous and tried hard. We would be happy to come back, provided it was better organized, because the bowl was delicious!

Vegan tofu bowl. Enormous portion, I was unable to finish it. Service was helpful but seemed a bit confused when I asked for tap water.

I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience at this restaurant. Also, I was asked to pay again after they assumed my card didn't work. Now my card has been charged twice. Customer service still doesn't respond to my complaint.

I have never been so disappointed with a delivery! Peanut Lover Chicken Bowl: Chicken was missing Seaweed salad was missing Avocado was missing, even though I paid extra! Sauce was missing Very little! Only half the bowl filled! Malokai Bowl: Get tuna instead of salmon Missing beetroot Seaweed salad was missing Peanuts missing Avocado was missing, even though I paid extra here too. Pineapple wrong Cimchi wrong Tomatoes wrong too. Instead of the sushi rice there was whole grain rice. You probably can't do anything wrong. Quality underground. Even if you give it a chance, the bowl wasn't even tasty. If you then take delivery costs into account, the price was 19 euros per bowl. Simply outrageous!!!

We are currently sitting here on the vegan, culinary scavenger hunt. The spicy tropical bowl is terrific, with a very balanced spiciness. The beetroot falafel are a highlight. The portion was almost too generous, at 10 EUR on the normal menu it was a value for money snapper. Service professional, calm and friendly. Absolute recommendation.

First of all: the food was very tasty and freshly prepared. The waitress helped us by explaining everything to us in detail. Unfortunately, not all of the ingredients listed were in stock, and there were no drinks apart from beer because supposedly the delivery hadn't been made that day. A pity. The ambience was okay in terms of cleanliness, and the decor was comparable to a fast food restaurant. Staff as I said, nice, helpful and friendly. Price performance absolutely ok.👌

I am very disappointed with this bowl shop. After several visits, I finally had my stamp card full and was looking forward to my free bowl. But when I was standing at the checkout, I was suddenly told that the stamp card was no longer valid. There was no advance notice or indication that conditions had changed. The staff was unfriendly and refused to accommodate me. I feel cheated and will definitely not recommend this store. Customer service should look different!

Actually a really good shop with delicious bowls. The ingredients are fresh, the bowls are well assembled and the sauces are also decent and plentiful. For months, however, it has been frustrating every time because they are always gone and at around 12 p.m. This applies to all areas, sometimes there are no water bottles, then there are no napkins or chopsticks, but also ingredients, especially things like tuna and kimchi. So it's no fun when I have to make compromises every time, last year everything worked great.

The shop looks cute... That's it. At 7 p.m. on a Saturday there felt like there was nothing left to eat, so all we had was rice and cucumber with a little sauce, which wasn't even seasoned. No matter what you asked, everything was supposedly already gone. It's a shame because it was on a Saturday and there was a festival nearby.

The place is gorgeous but the most important thing is food right? The prices are reasonable but the ingredients are low quality. I was disappointed in the vegetables and salmon, it wasn’t fresh.

We wanted to try something new and came across this cute shop that was beautifully decorated. The employee was nice. You can put together a bowl yourself or order one of the ones on offer. We created a bowl ourselves; the selection is good. The bowl was delicious, the rice was warm. However, the price for a bowl is quite high at €20. For this price I'd rather eat somewhere else. It was tasty to try, but not something I would eat often.

Eating is possible but mice walk under your feet while you eat. Disgusting! Hire Pied Piper! The employee was nice.

Service was very good, the food was also very tasty. Eating a delicious bowl after university is just the vibe...just fills you up :) My friend works there, who lures you so you know!

The opening times do not correspond at all to those of Google (9:15 p.m.) or those of Apple (10:00 p.m.). So many times I arrived at 8:45 p.m. (not close to closing time) and they were already immediately closed. Unfortunately, even towards the evening you no longer have much choice of toppings and sauces. The bowl tastes good, but the opening times should definitely be changed because they close whenever you want.

We ordered or tried there twice via Lieferando! We waited for ONE hour both times, the order was confirmed and then the order was canceled by Maloa. Outrageous. The number doesn't work either. Please do not order there!! I've read the same review several times on Lieferando. Hands off!

The girls were very friendly but unfortunately they had no idea what they were doing there, but I don't take offense when a boss lets unsuspecting people serve customers, the fault lies with the boss. We bought a bowl for lunch, which was fine. BUT we also bought a bowl as a “dessert” with the consistency of a soup and as a baby portion. Without topping, powder mixed with water (although it said milk with almond) We asked if that was normal (we knew full well that it wasn't normal 😄), but it probably was and the toppings were then added after we asked if there was anything missing? 😅 Oh yeah, and I got a fork for the soup😂 Well, you can see the result in the photo. Anyone who knows a bowl like this knows that it shouldn't look like that. We paid money for that! We didn't want the girls to be in a bad mood during the rehearsal, but that's just not possible! If you can't do it, the boss MUST be on site and get the training right!!!

Order for over 200 euros canceled for no reason. So I can't rate the food and ambience

I ordered via Wolt for a total of 24.70. Finally a freedom bowl arrived for 15.90 that I hadn't ordered. The piece of paper with the name and address (the name and address were correct) also had the wrong order on it, so I didn't pay attention to it when accepting it. Unfortunately, the restaurant could not be reached by phone and reordering or exchanging was not possible. However, the bowl itself was very tasty.

The chicken was probably no longer good and the consistency was very strange - I had to throw up after eating and had severe stomach cramps. Never again

Ordered and picked up from Wolt. There were no pineapples and cashews, instead there were walnuts that were not ordered (see photo). Notice when picking up not available. I will avoid it in the future.

Leider bin ich heute sehr enttäuscht - das erste mal das wir nicht satt geworden sind von unserer Bowl, da die einfach gefühlt halb leer war. Aber für den selben Preis wie sonst auch immer

Beste Bowl in der Stadt. Man kann so viel wählen und die Portionsgröße ist mega gut. Am besten, dass die Zutaten in der Bowl mit der Sauce gemischt werden, so hat man überall Geschmack und keine "trockenen" stellen ohne Sauce.

Ich hatte eine wirklich richtig gute Bowl. Die Portionen sind riesig und von allem ist wirklich sehr großzügig in der Bowl vorhanden. Preis-Leistung absolut fair.

Für die Bowls vergebe ich 5-Sterne, schmecken wirklich sehr gut und auch meine Gesamtbewertung bezieht sich hauptsächlich auf den Geschmack. Service ist eigentlich nicht vorhanden, da man sich die Bowls an einer Theke zusammen stellen lässt. Das Ambiente ist modern und einfach gehalten. Vollkommen ok, um Mittags mal was essen zu gehen. Für ein gemütliches Abendessen mit Freunden oder Familie eher nicht geeignet.

Leckeres Poke Bowl Restaurant. Ich liebe die Tofu Spicy Bowl. Zum lunchen würde ich kurz vor 12 Uhr da sein, da der Andrang Mittags häufig groß ist.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und man wird definitiv satt. Der Service war super nett. Allerdings ist das Essen relativ teuer. Die Bowls sind gerade noch verschmerzbar vom Preis her. Die Smoothies für 5,50€ finde ich dann doch sehr happig.

Super frische Qualität! Service war prompt und schnell auch beim vollen Betrieb. Alles im allen lecker!

Super leckere und frische Bowls, die langanhaltend satt machen! Gerade bei warmen Temperaturen die perfekte Mahlzeit. Die Bedienung war sehr kompetent, freundlich und einfach klasse.

Die Bowl hat wirklich extrem gut geschmeckt!! Richtig viele toppings und auch viel davon drauf. Das Ambiente ist vor allem draußen nicht so schön, drinnen ist es ganz modern und recht neutral eingerichtet.

Im Prinzip handelt es sich hier um ein Subway für Bowls. Über der Frischetheke kann man sich entweder fertig zusammengestellte Bowls aussuchen oder aber man stellt sich seine Bowl Schritt für Schritt selbst zusammen. Der Angestellte war dabei sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zutaten sind alle einsehbar und frisch. Die Bowl war am Ende dann auch super lecker, da alles drin war, was ich gerne mag. Dazu gibt es ein paar ungewöhnliche Getränke wie Biere aus Hawaii. Das Ambiente ist ebenfalls modern und einladend. Ein paar Außenplätze gibt es ebenfalls, wo man schön sitzen kann. Ich kann einen Besuch sehr empfehlen.

Als erstes lud mich das schöne Ambiente ein dort eine Bowl zu probieren. Auch die Mitarbeiterin empfing mich sehr herzlich. Wir bekamen eine sehr große Portion frischer und leckerer Zutaten. Nur, dass man für einige Toppings einen recht hohen Aufpreis bezahlen musste , habe ich ein wenig schade gefunden. Sonst aber, war ich vollkommen zufrieden und komme gerne ein weiteres Mal dort hin.

Der Service war sehr gut, der Geschmack war auch super. enttäuscht war ich von der Qualität der Zutaten. Obst vermutlich aus der Dose und Hähnchen aus der Metro fertig aus dem Beutel. Für eine Bowl erwarte ich frische Ware. Dann ist der Preis auch angemessen.

Essen ist super, nun zum Aber: 1. Immer (!!) fehlt etwas in der Auswahl. Mal gibt es keine Coke, mal kein Wasser, mal keine Apfelschorle. Also wirklich - es fehlt immer irgendwas. 2. Gleiches gilt auch fürs Essen - es ist immer etwas ausverkauft. 3. Manchmal fehlt sogar Besteck oder, jetzt aktuell, Servietten Store Management hat also definitiv großes Verbesserungspotential, wer auch immer das verantwortet. Restliches Personal ist super nett, könnte aber etwas schneller sein.

Das Personal ist freundlich und die Bowl lecker jedoch muss ich einen Stern abziehen, da die Tische im Gastraum allesamt dreckig waren. Wäre der Laden voll gewesen, könnte man das verstehen, allerdings war zu der Zeit samstags nichts los.

Great spot for a lunch. Very healthy and enjoyable good. I always do my own combo and it never gets boring. The interior is also very welcoming and cozy. Worth trying.
