Unfortunately, things have declined since the change of tenants. It was already unkempt before (grounds, carpets, cobwebs), but the food was consistently good. Now the quality of the food and service fluctuates. It really depends on the server (language skills). It's very commendable that the tenants make an effort, and you can put together your own salad from the salad bar for each main course. The coleslaw is delicious.
