The food was super tasty and the price was also good.

First and unfortunately also the last time ordered. I'm really completely disappointed. It started with the supplier who smelled very strongly of sweat. Salad was already tipped out in the bag when it was handed over. Grilled pepperoni didn't look remotely grilled, but rather old, shriveled and completely dried out inside. Then the gratinated gyro was still partly raw! I almost had to vomit. Unfortunately, dinner was completely ruined, as was our appetite. The only positive thing: The lady on the phone when ordering was extremely friendly.

Because of my celiac disease, eating out is always a bit tricky. But luckily the owner and the chef are knowledgeable about gluten-containing food and the risk of contamination and what needs to be considered when eating gluten-free. That makes me and other people affected very happy and that's what makes professionals! Super! Thank you! They are also honest and say that they cannot offer gluten-free pasta, pizzas and fries, but there are numerous other alternatives. If you're a celib and want to eat Greek, you're in good hands here. When you come into the restaurant, you are immediately greeted with a casual saying from the landlord and his sense of humor always accompanies you in this cozy and nice restaurant. The background music is also pleasant and makes you dream of a wonderful holiday in the south. Especially on a rainy, cold winter day you can treat yourself to something good with all your senses in this restaurant. My husband and I will 100% stop by again next time we visit Hameln. We are excited to see what stories the innkeeper will tell us next time. The price-performance ratio is also okay. THANK YOU for the lovely and culinary break with you!

On the gyro plate, the meat was not freshly cut but came from a stainless steel container in which it had been kept warm for who knows how long. The rice was warmed up in the microwave. A smile or at least a friendly face and a "bon appetit" would have been nice. In this case the portion is quite sufficient and the price is completely reasonable these days.
