I ate here regularly years ago when I was studying in Giessen... I don't know why it occurred to me at 1 a.m. after 10 years, but I thought the Pegasu plate with the Metaxa sauce was something legendary... plus the boss was really very warm and super friendly... Kind regards

Very good Greek cuisine. There are many places by building a covered outdoor area. You can sit there well protected and still outside. There are also seats in the restaurant. The toilets are on the ground floor. There are enough parking spaces available, but I don't know whether this is also the case when events take place in the Hessenhallen.

Good food with great potato wedges. The lamb fillet was good but could have been a little tenderer. The potato wedges and salad were convincing. Nice staff who even replace drinks if the customer makes a mistake.

I was there recently and ordered gyros with coleslaw and fries. I skipped the tzatziki because I always get full too quickly. The gyros (on the spit) was excellent in terms of quality and flavor. The side dishes were plentiful. My companion said I was missing out on a lot because I didn't order tzatziki, so it must be pretty good, too. The staff were incredibly friendly; I felt like I was in a very upscale restaurant. The same goes for the ambiance. I don't know what it's like in Giessen in general, but I was able to pay with a credit card here, which is still not available in rural areas. That's also a plus in my opinion. All in all, I will definitely come back. Great food, great service, great ambiance.
