We were at thespeisberg the weekend before Christmas Eat: Here it was 50/50. Half of the dishes were definitely at star level, full of ideas and very tasty. The other half was good but overall wasn't completely convincing (e.g. the main meat course). Unfortunately, all of us in the group went home hungry, this has never happened to us before in an upscale area. Here it would be good to serve bread throughout with butter or other creative spreads. The alcohol-free accompaniment is very positive. Service: Unfortunately the service didn't really pick us up. The complete establishment of contact with the guest, which is standard at this level, was missing here. Water was placed on the table after ordering and was not poured, let alone refilled. Here you had the feeling that you were too sophisticated for that. I also mentioned that I might like to swap the non-alcoholic accompaniment for wine with the main course. This was not taken up again. Ambience: You definitely won't feel cramped in the stylishly furnished room and the large tables offer plenty of space for a great atmosphere. Only the ceiling spotlights are a bit too bright and strain the eyes a little. But it definitely depends on where you sit.
