The food selection was good, but overpriced. The prices for the schnitzel were too high. Unfortunately, the value for money here isn't right. We had a farmer's breakfast and a roast beef. Both were very greasy, and the farmer's breakfast was too salty. We also found two large beers for €11 to be too expensive for this region. The ambiance was fine for a forest inn.
Have been there several times. Not just for bowling but just food. I can highly recommend it. On the train you feel like you have been transported back to old times. The food tastes good and the price-performance ratio is great. It's best to book in advance for several people. Have fun and enjoy it.Hi went to dinner at the event today. Battle week wonderful. From the sausage soup to the pork knuckle and of course the “dead grandma”, everything is there. The next event is the GDR Day. Everything from the kitchen like in Ossi's time. It's sure to be delicious. 👍🖖
You could ignore the incredibly unfriendly owner who was also on the phone if the sushi tasted good.
Unfortunately, it was actually inedible because it was fried in old fat.
In the 4th salmon maki there was actually salmon.
Absolute warning before consumption.
Unfortunately there are no negative stars 🤷🏽♂️
Ambiance old dingy, service well the couple who run the shop, either she is on the phone loudly or he listens to Asian music and sings along, food is fresh and good, requests are taken into account, price performance is good
Das war ein schöner Besuch! Das Café liegt zentral und ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Kaffee und Kuchen sind empfehlenswert. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich komme gerne wieder.
I wonder why I even entered this place. If you have 220 dishes on the menu, that can't be anything. And that's how it was. The man behind the counter was very sleazy just like the store. I really can't recommend this place. Creepy.
Our experience in the bar of the Leonardo Hotel in Weimar, i.e. the bar of the Restaurant Esplanade, was overall solid with a few weak points. The cocktails were excellently mixed, thanks to the dedicated bartender, who told us during the conversation that he was training to become a mixologist. The bar itself offers a pleasant ambience, but this was marred by the bar menu. This consisted of loose A4 sheets of paper on a clipboard and therefore didn't look very appealing. In addition, the selection of cocktails was far too limited for a bar of this size with only four options, although there was an extensive selection of alcohol types. However, the quality of the cocktails themselves were excellent. Overall our visit to the bar was a 4 out of 5, with a lot of potential for improvement, particularly if the menu presentation and drink selection were improved. We wish the talented bartender much success on his path to becoming a mixologist.
Had dinner there with two colleagues a few days ago. Various menus and drinks. All 3 have severe food poisoning. I advise everyone away from this store!
