We had a very nice visit to Patakan. The food was good, the ambience too. Although the zoo was overcrowded on Easter Sunday, ten of us sat at a reserved table in a quiet and beautiful atmosphere. We all thought the solution with wristbands for all guests and the fact that they were registered at the checkout was great. We found the price-performance ratio to be good, the service was also good and everyone would like to come back. Thank you for the lovely hours.
The Magherita pizza was totally over salted and only tasted of salt. The cheese was flattened and you couldn't taste any of the tomato sauce. Once and never again. The snack bar is so inexpensive for good reason.
Food was ordered over an hour in advance for 5:30 p.m. - I had my box shortly before 6:00 p.m. Why I pre-ordered is a mystery to me.
The sushi tasted really good. But the price-performance ratio is still not right; the “box for 2 people” is more sufficient for one person. Wasabi was completely missing, soy sauce was far too little - but the place was filled with some kind of salad. But I ordered a sushi box, not a salad box.
Overall, I would no longer order sushi there at the current price structure.
Price-wise, it's an absolute disgrace. Compared to some other restaurants in Delitzsch, you pay significantly too much here. I paid €14.13 for a 28-centimetre salami pizza. I could almost get a 40-centimetre pizza at Funky Pizza for that. It tasted okay, but of course, it wasn't sliced. So, all in all, you can say that the price-performance ratio is definitely not right.
On-site dining recommended as dishes are kept in warming containers and are not cooked/fried to order.
If you eat on site as mentioned above, I can recommend this; there are takeaway alternatives in the center
Fantastic beef roulade, delicious freshly tapped beer, top service despite the small kitchen... Price+performance totally OK... and highly recommended: Neideidel's healthy water as a compote
I could have known. As soon as I walked in and saw that the operators were Indian or Pakistani, it was almost clear to me that the spaghetti wouldn't work. But everyone deserves a chance and I like to test different providers. First of all, the ambience - not very inviting. I don't want to eat there at all. Regardless, the woman at the counter was friendly and I didn't have to wait very long for my spaghetti. At €7.50 they weren't exactly cheap, but considering the result they were completely overpriced. This brings me to the meal itself. The spaghetti a la pesto. Promoted on the menu with fresh! Basil, garlic and cream sauce. The fact that the spaghetti was no longer al dente and was just about to overcook was the lesser evil. Not even a trace of fresh basil! The dish was covered in thick cream and, if at all, saw a teaspoon full of pesto. I suspect that ground, dried basil and granulated garlic were used. Apart from the cream there was almost nothing to taste. The whole thing was one big mess. Sorry, but if you can't cook, you shouldn't! Conclusion: Food was a total failure - a shame for the money. The friendly service doesn't help either. Maybe the pizza is better, but I'm afraid that has nothing to do with the Italian original.
