We were always regular customers for Indian food here. Unfortunately the quality has completely decreased. If you check spicy, you get a mild dish that doesn't taste like it and if you're lucky, sambal oelek with it. But that's not the same as a spicy meal! You used to get a well-seasoned meal, but now you only get mush. And things are often forgotten when ordering, such as bread. even if you paid for it. The delivery times are also not adhered to, not even if you order 2 hours in advance.

We were regular customers at Pizza-Welt in Recklinghausen for a long time, but unfortunately that has now come to an end. Our request to have the pizza delivered sliced ​​was repeatedly completely ignored (despite the corresponding information on Lieferando and the tip). This is particularly annoying because it happened every time. In addition, our food was increasingly arriving burnt - yesterday it was so bad that we both felt really sick afterwards. As if that wasn't enough, the delivery person was extremely unfriendly and gave the impression that she didn't care at all how customers were treated. It's a shame how you can alienate such long-standing customers. That was definitely the last time for us.
